Abstract: 

Objective: According to the Latin article by Jeff et al., The professional relationship between one of the above variables on audit quality has been examined. The purpose of selecting and doing this is to examine the extent of the professional relationship between an audit firm and the company's CFO on audit quality. Method: To analyze the research hypotheses, the statistical population was selected from 2013 to 2020 for 8 years and included listed companies. The statistical sample was selected by elimination method and 80 companies were selected. The research method used is descriptiveanalytical method and research data were collected and classified by referring to the financial statements and financial reports of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. Data panel data method was used to analyze statistical data; In the analysis of descriptive statistics, inferential statistics and various related tests were performed and data analysis was performed using Eviews software version 9. Results: According to the analysis of the regression model, the main hypothesis was confirmed and it was found that there is a professional and significant negative relationship between an auditing company and the financial manager of the company (customer of auditing firms) on the audit quality of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. It is in line with the research of Jeff etal In 2021. Conclusion: Therefore, in order to increase the quality of the audit, the managers of the companies should pay attention to the relationship between the financial manager and the auditor, and on the other hand, control the reporting of optional accruals provided by the financial manager and the auditor's opinion.

Abstract: 

Entrepreneurs are the driving force behind economic development and will increase the speed and improvement of organizational activities. This study aims to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurship and strategic management. The method is applied research of the documentary type, which is obtained by library investigation of documents and information. The results indicate that the entrepreneurial process has a fundamental and important role in the effectiveness of organizations and finding appropriate arrangements. Entrepreneurs expand organizational success and development by creating the appropriate bed, and they establish a structure consistent with entrepreneurial concepts by increasing competition. The point of interaction between entrepreneurship and strategic management in organizational areas causes to create privileged positions in science and technology that lead to managers equipped with science and technology; therefore, the art and science of formulating, implementing and evaluating organizational decisions requires long-term goals, opportunistic behaviors and advantage-oriented that creates entrepreneurial goals through strategic management and the intersection of these two with each other.

Abstract: 

Review: Customer trust is one of the key factors and one of the main elements of success in e-commerce. To the extent that many experts consider the key to success in e-commerce to be the establishment and establishment of a reliable and trustworthy process for the buyer. Despite this, the meaning and concept of customer trust in e-commerce and the dimensions and factors affecting it are in an aura of ambiguity. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting customer trust in e-commerce in Iran Tejarat online store in Tehran in 2020. The method of research and collection of information is library and field and for this purpose a researcher-made questionnaire has been used. The statistical populations of the study are customers who have purchased electronically from Iran Tejarat e-shop, from which random sampling was done. The research hypotheses were presented in the context of individual, corporate and infrastructural factors and were examined through descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of data analysis show that except for the hypothesis related to individual factors, other research hypotheses are confirmed.

Abstract: 

We try to introduce technical specifications & features of a universal electronic website (under web) and a relevant mobile phone application what those will be multi objective for going up communication efficiency and facilitation of entrepreneurs and business and customer’ s triangle. This website contains capacity of data base for spouse finding, friendfinding. Also it consists of Electronic Business, Eshops, Electronic document credit, computer crimes, E. auction, E. job-finding, electronic payment service provider, electronic contraction, electronic sign, etc. The possibility of search motor on internet for finding cost, time, distance optimization by this central website and application in business and customers ways. In under inactivity, business to customer and versus like COVID19 pandemic condition, minimizing of traffic rate, mandatory social presents time, fuel demand gradient, car traffic of big town look like Tehran is very important problem for city management planning. So the design of general centralised electronic site for raising social communication process is significant.

Abstract: 

Background: In the present era, the reverse logistics issues have attracted the attention of many researchers due to the increasing importance of saving raw materials, environmental factors and government laws. It has been electronics. Methods: This research is an applied research in terms of purpose and is a mixed research (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of method. The statistical population of the research consists of a group of experts familiar with reverse procurement, whose number is 12 people. This community is used in Delphi technique and ranking and the second group includes experts and employees of production companies of Morche Khort industrial town of Isfahan, whose number is 1200 people and with Cochran's formula, 291 people have formed the sample volume. And simple random sampling method has been used. The main research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire in Delphi with 4 components and 20 items. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha. Results: The results indicate that 4 main components and 20 sub-criteria were identified. Finally, with the Delphi technique, experts agreed on 4 main criteria and 15 sub-criteria during three screening stages and then with the help of analysis. Confirmatory factor and structural equations and LISREL software were modeled and ranked. The criteria are in order of priority: processes, systems and methods with a factor load of 0. 56 in the first place, growth and excellence and organizational learning with a factor load. 0. 45 in second place, manpower with a factor of 0. 34 in the third place and stakeholders and finance in the amount of a factor of 0. 22 are in fourth place. Conclusion: In the future, the world will see applied technologies and integrated capabilities in this field, which will create a completely new class of strategic supply chain design.

Abstract: 

The rapid growth of the Internet and the widespread use of cyberspace have attracted businesses to this new and influential environment. This trend has made social media advertising one of the most effective ways to attract customers. In the meantime, achieving a two-way relationship and interacting with customers is effective in advancing sales goals, retaining customers and creating new customers for the company. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of social media advertising on WOM based on brand loyalty and purchase intention, which is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of data collection and analysis. In order to study the model and test the research hypotheses, the data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires according to the sample size of 395 customers of companies in Anzali city and Anzali free zone area who were members of social networks and using structural equation method Performed by SPSS22 and SMART PLS3 software. The results of this study in examining the relationship between model variables from path analysis show that the positive effect of interactivity on purchase intention is not confirmed. Other research hypotheses that examine the impact of dimensions of social media advertising on WOM are confirmed.
