The mediating role of Strategic Thinking in Relationship between Strategic Intelligence and Organizational Entrepreneurship in Experts of Youths and Sport Ministry

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of HRM on Organizational Entrepreneurship by considering the role of mediator of capital among experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research method was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population included all experts of the Ministry of Sport and Youth (350 people). That is through simple random sampling 218 were selected as samples The research tools were used by Chen and Huang HRM(2009), Marguerite Hill Organizational Entrepreneurship Questionnaire(2003) and Intellectual Capital Questionnaire based on the Stewart Standard Questionnaire (1997). Cronbach's alpha values were calculated and verified using the HRM 0. 893, Enterprise Entrepreneurship0. 923, and Intellectual Capital 0. 908. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. The software used was SPSS and LISREL. Based on the proposed model, it can be said that HRM practices with a coefficient of 0. 79 have a positive and high impact on Intellectual Capital and also 0. 48 coefficients have a positive and moderate effect on Organizational Entrepreneurship. Intellectual Capital with beta coefficient of 0. 54 has a relatively high impact on Organizational Entrepreneurship. As a result, HRM has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Entrepreneurship due to the mediating role of Intellectual Capital.
