Abstract

The general purpose of this study was to validate the Human Capital Motivation Scale based on Quranic teachings in Schools of Hormozgan province. research method; A correlational description and the statistical population included all Schools in Hormozgan province. In this study, the stepwise cluster sampling method was used. In this regard, from 22 educational districts of Hormozgan province, 25% of the districts including 6 districts were randomly selected. Then, out of 1126 Schools in 6 educational districts, 10% of the Schools were randomly selected and finally 510 teachers in the selected Schools were interviewed. The research instrument was the Human Capital Motivation Scale based on the teachings of the Holy Quran (Turkzadeh and Ismaili, 1397), which includes 3 subScales of orientations, principles and methods and consists of 44 items with a range of 5 Likert options. Data using statistical methods; Item analysis, Cronbach's alpha and confirmatory factor analysis were analyzed. The research results showed; Considering the significant factor loads of the components of this Scale as well as the fit indices calculated in the first-order confirmatory factor analysis, the components of the Scale have sufficient validity in terms of Motivational function and applicability and their validity was confirmed. The analysis of the second confirmatory factor showed that the dimensions of this Scale have a good significant factor load in terms of Motivational function and applicability, therefore the validity of the dimensions of this Scale in terms of Motivational function and applicability was confirmed. Overall, the results showed the Motivational function and applicability of the developed Scale for field research in the field of research.
