Abstract: 

Since the beginning of the revolution, various moves have been made to change the administrative and bureaucratic system of the country. In the early years after the revolution, revolutionary organizations and institutions were formed to mobilize and carry out missions that these institutions are unable to carry out. All in all, these revolutionary organizations performed very well. It was expected that the performance model of these organizations would be transferred to other institutions and organizations of the Islamic Republic. After the end of the war, not only this did not happen, but these organizations themselves gradually moved towards the previous undesirable structures. Perhaps rereading the experiences of the post-revolution period can be very useful and effective in finding a way to describe or explain the features of the desirable Iranian administrative and bureaucratic system. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to investigate the bureaucracy management of Iran's government organizations based on a meta-combination study. Based on the perspective of research, many theorists and researchers have made different theories and definitions about bureaucracy. This research is the first research that has been written on the topic of bureaucracy management of Iran's government organizations and has been able to achieve reliable results that can be used as a strategic document for the decision makers of this country. The method of the current research is qualitative in terms of its fundamental purpose, which was collected as a meta-combination and library and reference method using the model of Sandolski and Sandelowski (Barroso & Sandelowski 2006). In this study, after designing the research question, a systematic search based on keywords related to the bureaucracy of organizations, government organizations, structure of bureaucracy, bureaucracy in Iran during the years 2006 to 2019 and also 1384 to 1399 in Iranian and foreign databases including: Magiran, Proquest, Elsevier, Google, Scholar, Civilica, SID, Springer were examined. After performing 7 stages of meta-synthesis and review, 15 articles out of 58 articles were finalized. Therefore, the present research is based on 2 basic dimensions and 20 main components and 73 sub-components (open codes) as a study of bureaucracy management of Iranian government organizations. The result of the current research, in the combination of the findings, shows that all the identified dimensions and factors have a serious and direct impact on the bureaucracy management of Iran's government organizations. and provide a comprehensive model of bureaucracy management in Iran's government organizations.

Abstract: 

The general purpose of this study was to validate the Human Capital Motivation Scale based on Quranic teachings in schools of Hormozgan province. research method; A correlational description and the statistical population included all schools in Hormozgan province. In this study, the stepwise cluster sampling method was used. In this regard, from 22 educational districts of Hormozgan province, 25% of the districts including 6 districts were randomly selected. Then, out of 1126 schools in 6 educational districts, 10% of the schools were randomly selected and finally 510 teachers in the selected schools were interviewed. The research instrument was the Human Capital Motivation Scale based on the teachings of the Holy Quran (Turkzadeh and Ismaili, 1397), which includes 3 subscales of orientations, principles and methods and consists of 44 items with a range of 5 Likert options. Data using statistical methods; Item analysis, Cronbach's alpha and confirmatory factor analysis were analyzed. The research results showed; Considering the significant factor loads of the components of this scale as well as the fit indices calculated in the first-order confirmatory factor analysis, the components of the scale have sufficient validity in terms of motivational function and applicability and their validity was confirmed. The analysis of the second confirmatory factor showed that the dimensions of this scale have a good significant factor load in terms of motivational function and applicability, therefore the validity of the dimensions of this scale in terms of motivational function and applicability was confirmed. Overall, the results showed the motivational function and applicability of the developed scale for field research in the field of research.

Abstract: 

The present study aims to compare the effect of backward teaching and passive teaching methods on learning the seventh-grade experimental science course (junior high school). The research method is quasiexperimental with a pretest-posttest design. This study's statistical population is all seventh-grade female students of Kaj's first secondary school, Pasdaran Effat Girls' High School, which has four classes with a total of 128 pupils in the years 2021-22. The one-step cluster random approach was used for sampling. In the course of the experimental science, a statistical sample size of two seventh grade classes was investigated after balancing the topics, one in the form of passive learning with 30 people and the other in the form of backward education with 32 people. The learning rate of the groups was measured using an academic achievement exam. Teachers, professionals, and educational specialists' opinions were utilized to assess the questionnaire's content validity. The statistical data of the hypotheses were analyzed using an analysis of covariance. The findings of the test analysis revealed that in both the experimental and control groups, there was a significant difference in the scores of simple in-depth and simple superficial learning. In other words, the backward teaching approach is more successful than the passive teaching method in enhancing pupils' general, deep, and atomic (superficial) learning.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Breaking the norms of social behaviors and crime prevention play a major role in directing public opinion and the decision of criminal justice officials. Exaggeration of criminal news and exaggeration of the risk of crimes and stereotyping of the image of criminals and victims, underestimation of some crimes, emphasis on the representation of specific crimes, shows the unreal representation of a criminal event in the media breaking the norm Social behavior is reported. In this regard, the present study, by explaining the effect of crime representation on the criminal justice system, seeks to provide a more realistic view of a criminal event than its media representation. Methodology: The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical and among the descriptive methods, content analysis method was used. For this purpose, the content of news and reports of some sites and media were analyzed. Findings and Results: The findings of this article show that, based on social, economic, political, cultural, criminal criminal court referrals, most of the violations are individual and group in Kermanshah metropolitan area. And this leaves irreparable effects on the face of criminal justice. On the one hand, the magnification of media reports leads to the formation of moral fear and criminal populism or the violation of a fair trial, and on the other hand, downplaying some crimes and heroism and purification of criminals will free criminals from the clutches of criminal justice. Also, sometimes the specific representation of crime reinforces norm-breaking and crime education. Therefore, controlling and monitoring media news and reports and past history and culture can be very effective in crime prevention.

Abstract: 

The use of e-learning is rapidly increasing. Undoubtedly, success in e-learning requires the audience to welcome this type of training. One of the factors that has made e-learning popular is the success of the e-learning system in the e-learning environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the success factors of the teaching-learning system in the electronic environment. Based on the research perspective, various theorists have identified the success of the learning-teaching system as the most vital element in the e-learning process. The method of the present study is qualitative and in terms of the basic purpose, which has been collected as a meta-composition and library method using the Sandolowski and Barcelo (2006, Barroso & Sandelowski) model. In this study, after designing a research question, a systematic search based on keywords related to e-learning and success factors and teaching-learning e-learning during the years (2011-2021) as well as 1400-1390 in Iranian and foreign databases including: "magiran" Proquest "Elsevier" Google. Scholar "civilica" SID "springer were examined and after performing 7 steps of meta-synthesis and review method, 10 articles out of 43 articles were finalized. Therefore, the present study has been cited from 3 main dimensions and from 13 main components and 107 sub-components (open source) as success factors of the teaching-learning system in the electronic environment. The results of the present study, in combination with the findings, show that all the dimensions and factors identified have a serious and direct impact on the success of the teaching-learning system of the electronic environment.
