Abstract

Southwest Asian countries have numerous political, cultural, religious, economic, and ideological challenges that, on the other hand, lack a comprehensive regional structure to address the conflicts and challenges that have arisen, and the functions of an inclusive regional structure. The aim of this study is to resolve the conflicts and challenges in Southwest Asia. The data required for the research were collected by library and field methods and the method of analysis in the library section is descriptive and analytical and in the field section a one-sample ttest was used. Findings of the research based on the opinion of the statistical community indicate that factors such as countries in the region to deal with natural hazards such as dust and environmental pollution, the formation of regional organizations such as the Islamic Conference, ECO, etc., more access to countries in the region. International waters, the joint cooperation of Iran, Iraq and Turkey to counter the separatist actions of the Kurdistan Region, the elimination of visas and the reduction of customs tariffs, are the most important foundations for achieving Convergence in Southwest Asia.
