Abstract

 Field and Aims: One of the most important measures that play a significant role in reducing child victimization in virtual social networks is preventive measures in the form of control and monitoring, The Supreme Council of Cyberspace and the FATA Police are two important policy-making and executive bodies that play a key role in preventing child victimization in cyberspace and can do so by restricting access to social networks as well as by exercising oversight and control. The space will provide the goal of preventing child victimization in social networks more than before. Methodology: In this article, by analytical-descriptive method, the role and position of the two institutions of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace and FATA Police in preventing child victimization in social networks has been investigated. Findings and Conclusion: The idea of establishing the High Council of Cyberspace as an independent and transnational institution has a very good prospect, but until it is given the necessary authority and there is an independent trustee for each area or ministry in the field of cyberspace, This council cannot carry out its mission. Also, the High Council of Cyberspace has both the task of regulating and the task of monitoring cyberspace, especially the protection of the rights of vulnerable victims. FATA Police also has the ability to use its powerful software to patrol and monitor virtual social networks to play a role in preventing child victimization. In order to unify the regulations and monitor the many authorities and institutions that regulate the Internet space and work in this field, it is necessary to design a "cyberspace Law system", including: policy-making, legislation and coordination in the management of this space, Assign to the High Council of Cyberspace. It is expected that in the light of the scientific design of this system, a better situation can be witnessed in cyberspace and less Delinquency and victimization was faced in this space. FATA police, due to the growth of technology and in parallel, the uncontrolled increase of crime and its electronic commission in cyberspace, can use criminological teachings, on the one hand, and the use of specialized police software, on the other hand, Play an effective role in this regard.
