Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of managers' acceptance of disclosure intention regarding the role of mediator of moral courage. The statistical population of the study was 588 employees of Imam Khomeini Naval University of Noshahr. Based on Morgan's table, a sample of 233 people was selected by stratified random sampling. In order to measure the variables of the research, Tyler & Jackson (2013), Dorsemy Disclosure (2013), Park & Associates (2008) and moral courage of Sorkka et al. (2009) have been used to measure the variables of the research. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability. For data analysis, structural equation modeling and PLS software were used. The results of the research indicate that the managers' acceptance of the intention to disclose and moral courage has a positive effect, which also indicates that ethical courage has a positive effect on the intention of the revealer The results also showed that managers' acceptance, both directly and through moral courage, increased the disclosure in the organization.
