Investigation of presence of elements of emotional schema, and their collocations in Persian language

Abstract

 An overview of how emotion is displayed showed that there is a general schema for emotion that consists of the elements of cause, effect, control, and reaction. Thus, in a corpus approach, 5, 000 sentences were first examined by a human arbiter to determine which of the mentioned elements of the emotion schema is present in the document. Using the obtained results, it was found that the element of reaction is more important in feeling anger and the element that creates emotion is more important in the element of fear and surprise. In the feelings of sadness and happiness, the presence of all the elements is moderately observed. Feelings of sadness, joy, and anger tend to be more to the structures in which the reaction took place, and feelings of astonishment and fear are more to the structures that cause these feelings.
