Abstract

Background and objective: Behavior in organizations is not a function of formal expectations, individual needs and organizational goals. It is the result of the dynamic relationships of these elements. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of Innovative behaviors and job motivation in the relationship between Spirituality in the workplace and Immoral behaviors. Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. The statistical population includes all managers and employees of Ansar and Ghavamin banks in Mazandaran province who were selected through Cochran's formula of 183 people, 78 of whom were from Ansar and 105 from Ghavamin, by multi-stage cluster sampling. Mazandaran was divided into east, center and west and the branches of the mentioned banks were selected in each part. Valid questionnaires were used to collect data, the validity of which was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis and the reliability by Cronbach's alpha. The hypotheses were analyzed through structural equations with LISREL software. Findings: Data analysis showed that Spirituality in the workplace has a negative effect on immoral behavior. Spirituality in the workplace affects job motivation and innovative behavior. Job passion does not affect immoral behavior. Innovative behavior affects immoral behavior. Also, Spirituality in the workplace does not affect immoral behavior due to the mediating role of innovative behavior and job motivation. Conclusion: To reduce Immoral behaviors, strengthen people's relationships, hold short courses, job enrichment are some of the activities that bank managers can pay attention to.
