Abstract

Reactive or criminal prevention of delinquency consists of complex measures and actions of criminal justice system that have been applied after committing to a crime in order to deter potential and actual criminals from committing the first or another crime. In this paper, accelerating the CRIMINAL PROCESS in both national and international CRIMINAL POLICY is investigated.
