Abstract

Purpose: Views of managers and staff are sought about utilizing MOBILE SOCIAL NETWORKS by NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF IRAN for service provision.Method/Research Design: Data is gathered using a questionnaire completed by 150 members.Findings: 70.9% respondents favored utilizing social networks; 68.6% favored employing social networks for service to users; 72.1% favored them for file transfer with INSTAGRAM, while 82.7% favored TELEGRAM and 78.2% file transfer.
