Abstract

The present paper seeks to study the effectiveness of collective education through monotheistic integrated method on decreasing aggressive behaviors of MALE PRISONERS in central prison of Shah-re-Kurd. It is an experimental research with control group, whose statistical population includes all MALE PRISONERS in central prison of Shahr-e-Kurd in 1391 (2013), among whom 40 prisoners were selected through multi-stage sampling and divided into an experiment and a control group randomly. AGGRESSION general questionnaire was used as a tool of screening. Then twelve sessions (each 90 minutes) of a collective education program through monotheistic integrated method were offered to experiment group. A posttest after therapeutic intervention and a follow up test after 30 days were given to both groups. The results show that there is a significance difference between the mean score of AGGRESSION of two groups in posttest and follow up. So, it can be said that collective education through monotheistic integrated method decreases aggressive behaviors of MALE PRISONERS in central prison of Shahr-e-Kurd.
