Nowadays Due to the increasing advances in technology in the banking industry and changes in the expectations of bank customers, especially the desire to eliminate unnecessary face-to-face Services and the need to receive 24-hour banking services, virtual portals, especially Internet banking websites have been welcomed. According to many experts success of websites is closely related to their degree of usability, so ease of use can act as a powerful leverage to attract customers to a bank that has a more usable website. In this study, after a comprehensive review of the literature, interviews with 41 experts in this field and then by a qualitative method of theme analysis, a comprehensive model of internet banking website was presented. In this model, usability is affected by two groups of external dimensions and internal dimensions, which in case of compatibility with users' expectations, the website is evaluated as usable and as a result, user satisfaction is achieved. Due to the wide range of customers of commercial banks, in addition to traditional segmentation, it is recommended that intelligent segmentation of target users done to improve the usability of Internet banking websites.

As the electronic and internet communication grows, the need to desig websites for universities has become more apparent, and attracting the users to these websites and passing information through these websites, has become one of these organizations’ primary goals. As a result, designing Graphical User Interface for these websites plays an important role and identifying design criteria, would be a great help to improve it.This paper is a study in design problems of websites in the Iranian universities in comparison to common patterns in the websites for successful universities of the world. To reach this goal, from both Iranian and the world's university websites, some cases have been chosen regarding their scientific and website rankings. In each category 53 websites from different universities have been taken into account, based on their study departments and location and their visual aspect, like texts, type and size of fonts, colors, images, animated pictures, etc have been studied via a checklist questionnaire with some questions and prepared options. The data has been extracted and presented separately for each category. Then the data has been analyzed with frequency distribution graphs and by the help of Chi square test.The result of this study indicates that overall, the Iranian and world’s university websites work the same in characteristics such as choosing main and background colors, not using patterns in the backgrounds, way of distinguishing the main links, number and using different sized pictures, dividing the page into three or four columns and avoiding to use music,. The difference though, between universities in Iran and the world is more related to the texts, like using borders around headers, overusing of different typefaces, insufficient diversity of font sizes and short distance between lines in the Iranian websites. In other occasions, Iranian websites, in addition to using slide shows, make use of animated pictures and usually other pages of Iranian's university websites do not follow the same color and design pattern of the homepage.

Background and Objectives: The aim of the present study was to demonstrate a clear vision of the quality status of Khorasan Razavi hospitals’ websites in four dimensions of content, performance, management and using the website.Material and Methods: This was a survey study. The sample size consisted of 49 hospital websites of Khorasan Razavi province. A check list including 21 components and four criteria (content, performance, management and how to use the website) was used as the assessing instrument. Its validity and reliability have been proved through previous studies. Also, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.Results: The findings showed that only 59% of the hospitals in Khorasan Razavi had active websites. The overall status of the websites showed the following: too weak (51%), moderate (26.5%) and weak (16.3%), respectively. Regarding the content, performance, management and using the website and design criteria, the findings showed that 40.8% of the websites had an unfavorable condition. Of the 16 high quality websites selected, only three websites including Sina Hospital in Mashhad, Javdoll-Aemeh in Mashhad and Razavi were in good condition; meanwhile the others were in poor condition.Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that most websites do not consider minimal medical standards and also, they could not establish good relationships with their audiences. In fact, in Iran, considering the quality and performance of websites has not been a priority for improving service quality in hospitals. The findings of this study can be effective in the identification and development of hospital websites quality criteria in terms of design, content, performance and management and how to use websites.

Publishing advertisement through Internet channel is an issue whose importance has been doubled by commercializing web. Existence of more than 65 billion websites in the Internet has made it impossible to publish advertisement with high efficiency through this channel which seems very easy. In this respect, the present study embarks to answer the question that "what is the most appropriate website for publishing a display ad in the world of web?" Since the concept of "right website" and advertisement in the web are new issues, the combinational method of comparative-inductive is used in this study. In this regard, first a content analysis was conducted on international studies and five features influencing right website selection were identified from among 90 previous studies in the area of Internet advertisement and marketing. The key features include: quality of electronic services, user-oriented design, electronic business model, interaction, and type of website involvement. Then, considering each of the extracted features, the conceptual model of right website selection was designed and in order to evaluate the model, a 5-scale Likert format questionnaire was developed which presented each feature as a hypothesis and tested their effect on the selection of right website for publishing advertisement. Although the test was strict, all hypotheses were confirmed by the experts. After confirmation of the conceptual model, a specific methodology was designed for operationalizing the model on the basis of TOPSIS farness from and closeness to the ideal. According to this mechanism, the model of right website selection is presented. At the end, a case study was conducted to evaluate the performance of the model and the results indicated that the model possess a good operational capacity.

Websites are a set of interconnected web pages grouped under the same ‎domain name. Websites are useful tools for introducing organizations to ‎their clients. They are best known for their ability to combine text with ‎graphic signs and other multimedia for the purpose of exchanging ‎information between the organizations and the users. Universities are among ‎those organizations that use websites for interacting with faculty members, ‎students and other interested people. This article emphasizes on the key characteristics of university websites. ‎After studying the websites of top universities in the world, the author ‎suggests a framework for the university websites in Iran.‎
