Abstract: 

With increasing competition in the field of marketing, exports and the efforts of export companies to capture the market is constantly changing, identifying the factors that affect export performance increases the benefits of export companies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of effective organizational factors (market-oriented, competitorcentered, customer-centric and quality of relationships) on export performance mediated by companies' export commitment. The research is descriptive-causal in terms of method. The research community is 80 active export companies in Khorramshahr. Census method and standard questionnaires were used to collect data. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content method and convergent and divergent validity and the reliability of the questionnaire was based on Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability. The test of research hypotheses is based on structural equation modeling. The results of data analysis indicate the confirmation of the relationship and correlation between the three factors of market-oriented, customer-oriented and competitor-oriented with export performance and non-confirmation of the quality of relationships on export performance. Also, the mediating role of organizational commitment in the relationship between 4 internal factors on export performance in relationships (except the relationship between relationship quality and performance) was confirmed.

Abstract: 

هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر اعتماد و تعهد کارکنان بر عملکرد صادرات است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه کارکنان انجمن شرکت حمل ونقل بین المللی کالا شهر مشهد می باشد. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی وهمبستگی وبه لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه می باشد که ازسه پرسشنامه استاندارد اعتماد، تعهد کارکنان و عملکرد صادرات استفاده شده است. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه ها نیز تأیید شد. در این تحقیق از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شده است. در این تحقیق تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون ومدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و Smart PLSانجام می شود. ازنتایج این تحقیق می توان برای شرکتهایی که در حوزه صادرات فعالیت می کنند بهره برداری کردکه تاکنون تحقیقی با این عنوان کارنشده است ودر نوع خود جدیداست. قابل ذکر است که در خصوص اعتماد وتعهد تحقیقات خیلی اندکی صورت گرفته بود که یکی از بزرگترین محدودیتهای تحقیق به شمار می آید. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده مشخص می شود که در این تحقیق اعتماد و تعهد بر عملکرد صادرات تأثیر معنی داری دارد. همچنین نتایج فرضیات فرعی تحقیق نشان داد: اعتماد بر عملکرد صادرات تأثیر معنی داری دارد. تعهد بر عملکرد صادرات تأثیر معنی داری دارد وهمه فرضیات مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند.

Abstract: 

این تحقیق به بررسی تاثیر کیفیت درک شده از خدمات بانکداری الکترونیک بر رضایت و تعهد مشتریان می پردازد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی است و برای انجام این تحقیق 384 نفر از مشتریان شعب بانک صادرات استان تهران که تجربه استفاده از خدمات الکترونیک این بانک را داشته اند به صورت نمونه گیری خوشه ای و بطور تصادفی انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه اطلاعات تحقیق گردآوری شد. برای سنجش روایی پرسشنامه از روایی صوری، محتوایی و روایی سازه استفاده شد و همچنین برای برآورد پایایی از سازگاری درونی استفاده شد که مهمترین شاخص سازگاری درونی آزمون آلفای کرونباخ است که ضریب الفای کرونباخ نمونه 30 نفری 0.912 بدست آمد که بزرگتر از 0.7 است. این تحقیق از نظر ماهیت توصیفی - پیمایشی است و از فنون آمار توصیفی - استنباطی برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شده است. در سطح تجزیه و تحلیل توصیفی به تجزیه و تحلیل داده های جمعیت شناختی و در سطح تجزیه و تحلیل استنباطی با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری به تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها جهت تایید و یا رد فرضیه های تحقیق پرداخته شد. نتایج بدست آمده از این تحقیق نشان دهنده این است که هر سه فرضیه اثبات شده است. کیفیت خدمات درک شده از بانکداری الکترونیک بر رضایت مشتریان تاثیر مثبت دارد. رضایت از خدمات درک شده از بانکداری الکترونیک برتعهد مشتریان تاثیر مثبت دارد. کیفیت درک شده از خدمات بانکداری الکترونیک بر تعهد مشتری تاثیر مثبت و مستقیم دارد.

Abstract: 

Research on the export performance of firms, and the variables that influence it, has long been considered of significant interest to researchers, managers and policy makers. The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of four variables of export commitment, market orientation, export strategies and competitive advantage on export performance using a meta-analysis approach. This paper is a documentary research; and target population is all researches related to effect of these variables on export performance; that based on a search in various internal and external databases, 41 studies are found and after refining the articles, 26 articles entered to process of meta-analysis. Finally, the CMA2 meta-analysis software used to calculate the effect size of each research. The results showe that export commitment with effect size equal to 0.260, market orientation with effect size equal to 0.421, export strategies with effect size equal to 0.328 and competitive advantage with effect size equal to 0.295, affects export performance.

Abstract: 

Steel industry is one of priorities in Iranian vision export. This research suggests conceptual export decision making model in steel industry. The statistical population was 280 of KSC. and MSCO. senior manager, simple sampling with 168 surveys. Conceptual and visual validity approved through two stages distributing open and close ended questionnaire by expert. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and PLS software used for analyzing. In measurement stage, Reliability measure by Cronbach’, s alpha and Composite Reliability (CR), Convergent validity with average Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Divergent validity by Fornell-Larcker criterion and confirmed. PLS standard coefficient diagram apply for investigating hypothesis. The results reveal that distinction resource, Internal and External environment have direct and positive significant impact on market attractiveness. Moreover, market attractiveness with organization commitment to export and organization export commitment with Export decision making have positive and significant relationship. R2 coefficient, Stone–, Geisser (Q2) and GOF supports significance of coefficients and the strong predictive capacity of the model.

Abstract: 

The combination of natural and unnatural resources exporting has a great importance for the economic improvement of countries, so that if natural resources exporting is replaced by unnatural resources exporting, amount of exporting will be unchanged, but production will reduce in unnatural resource exporting part. on the other hand if natural resources exporting income is spent for importing, some parts of unnatural resources exporting will be damaged. Because of topicʼ simporting, some parts of unnatural resources exporting will be damaged. Because of topicʼ s importance, in this article the effects of natural resources exporting on unnatural resources exporting and importing is studied in 18 countries which have fuel, metals and minerals and in 2000-2016. As results show in those countries which their economic has a great dependency on natural resources exporting, the natural resources exporting will reduce unnatural resources exporting and will increase importing, although in countries with low incomes, in undeveloped countries and in countries with powerful government, the natural resources exporting will reduce the unnatural resources exporting, but in countries with powerful government the affect is less and natural resource exporting will reinforce unnatural resources exporting.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research is to investigate the effective factors on export performance with the mediating role of marketing mix adaptation in the exporting companies of Khuzestan province. The statistical population of this research is the managers and supervisors of the sectors related to exportation in the exporting companies of Khuzestan province. Since the level of analysis of this research is the company, the questionnaires were distributed as a census among the companies and 83 questionnaires­ ­ ­ were received from 34 exporting companies. The data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart-PLS software. The results of the research revealed that export proactivity had a positive and significant effect on the marketing mix adaptation and in turn the marketing mix adaptation had a positive and significant effect on export performance. In­ ­ ­ addition, the mediating role of marketing mix adaptation with regard to the impact of export proactivity on export performance was confirmed. However, the effects of export commitment and perceived market distance on marketing mix adaptation were not confirmed. In addition, the mediating role of marketing mix adaptation with regard to the impact of export commitment on export performance and with regard to perceived market distance on export performance was not confirmed.
