Abstract: 

The present study was carried out with the aim of examining status of organizational culture and it`s relation to teachers` organizational learning of high school second grade of Kermanshah. Research procedure is in the line with survey and descriptive researches. Statistical population were 800 people include all teachers of high school second grade of Kermanshah province. In this research the statistical sample was equivalent to 260 people, using Jersey and Morgan’ s table, taking background variance into account, that were selected using random sampling method. Instruments of collecting data were using Robbins’ s standard questionnaire to measure organizational culture and Marquette`s questionnaire to assess learner`s organization (organizational learning). Considering standard being, validity and reliability of the questionnaires were verified. The collected data was analyzed carrying out the descriptive and inferential statistic calculations (Spearman correlation coefficient test, multivariate regression). The obtained results indicated that there is a meaningful relationship between all components of organizational intelligence (risk taking, attending to favor, creativity and innovation, attending to organization members, effect of decision results on stuff, attending to team and measuring stability) and the learning. . The obtained results indicated that there is a meaningful relationship between all components of organizational intelligence (risk taking, attending to favor, creativity and innovation, attending to organization members, effect of decision results on stuff, attending to team and measuring stability) and the learning.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of organizational culture on organizational learning and creativity of high school teachers of Miyaneh city. Considering the importance of organizational culture in the field of learning and creativity, we have tried to investigate the influence of organizational culture on organizational learning and creativity and due to the lack of researches investigating the relation between these variables, in this research we’ve tried to fill the gap. The research method is descriptive-correlative. In this study, the statistical population was 411 high school teachers of Miyaneh city, of which, 200 people were selected by using the Cochran's formula and were chosen by Simple Random sampling method. In this study, to achieve validity, questionnaires were used from content and construct validity. In this study for data analyzing, the Spearman correlation coefficient and linear regressions and structural equation modeling are used. By using the Cronbach's alpha (coefficient 0.812), reliability was approved. The results show that, organizational culture has a positive impact on the organizational learning and creativity of high school teachers of Miyaneh city.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational culture on Entrepreneurial passion with an emphasis on the mediating role of Organizational learning and market orientation. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection (Research design) passion with an emphasis on the Structural equation Modeling. The statistical population included all employees of the Technical and Professional Organization in Khuzestan Province (N: 800). Due to the geographical dispersion and difficulty of access to all members of society, a random multi-stage cluster sample of 260 people was selected based on Cochran's formula. Data collection tools have been standard questionnaires with validity and reliability. Thus, to measure organizational culture, Cameron and Quinn's (2011) questionnaire, market orientation, Narver and Slater's (1990) questionnaire, organizational learning, Neefe's questionnaire (2001) and Cardon et al. 's (2013) questionnaire were used for entrepreneurial passion, that their formal and content validity was confirmed by professors and experts. Also, the results of the reliability test were calculated and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0. 91, 0. 89, 0. 99 and 0. 72, respectively. The results of data analysis using structural equation modeling with SPSS & PLS Smart software showed that organizational culture has a significant effect on Entrepreneurial passion both directly and through market orientation and organizational learning.

Abstract: 

واگرایی مطالعات جرم شناسی و رفتار سازمانی در تحلیل جرایم شرکتی موجب شده تا یافته های مطالعات در حوزه جرم شناسی جرایم شرکتی نامتوازن و پراکنده باشند. از این رو، تحلیل دقیق جرایم شرکتی مستلزم توجه هم زمان به نظریه های جرم شناختی و سازمانی و ارزیابی و انطباق آن ها با یکدیگر است. بر همین اساس، پژوهش حاضر درصدد است تا حالت خطرناک شرکت ها را در پرتو مدل فرهنگ سازمانی شاین بررسی کند. نظریه حالت خطرناک متشکل از دو متغیر قابلیت انطباق اجتماعی و ظرفیت مجرمانه و مدل فرهنگ سازمانی شاین شامل سه سطح سازه ها، ارزش ها و پیش فرض های بنیادی است. یافته های این پژوهش در مقام تطبیق دو نظریه، نشان می دهد که شرکت های دارای حالت خطرناک با به رسمیت شناختن فرهنگ سازمانی جرم زا، در سطح سازه ها به دنبال نشان دادن چهره قانون مند از خود هستند. این امر که از طریق تصویرسازمانی صورت می گیرد، مؤید انطباق اجتماعی بالای شرکت های بزهکار است. با این حال، رفتارهای به رسمیت شناخته شده در سطح ارزش ها و پیش فرض های بنیادی که شامل نهادی سازی انحراف و بهنجار بودن جرم می شود، مؤید ظرفیت مجرمانه بالای شرکت ها است. بدین سان، ارزیابی حالت خطرناک بر اساس مدل شاین ثابت می کند که سازه ها منطبق با قابلیت انطباق اجتماعی و ارزش ها و پیش فرض های بنیادی منطبق با ظرفیت مجرمانه هستند. با توجه به الگوی مورد اشاره، می توان گفت که فساد مالی گسترده در مؤسسه مالی اعتباری ثامن الحجج در حوزه های مختلف نشان می دهد که در سطح ارزش ها و پیش فرض های بنیادی، ارتکاب جرم به عنوان یک ارزش و رفتار بهنجار محسوب می شود و از این رو، مؤسسه مالی اعتباری ثامن الحجج دارای ظرفیت مجرمانه بالا است. با این حال، تمرکز بر فعالیت های مذهبی و اجتماعی در سطح سازه ها نشان می دهد که این شرکت دارای انطباق اجتماعی بالا نیز هست. بدین ترتیب، می توان گفت که مؤسسه مالی اعتباری ثامن الحجج با داشتن ظرفیت مجرمانه بالا و انطباق اجتماعی بالا در زمره بزهکاران یقه سفید قرار می گیرد.

Abstract: 

Organizational agility (OA) is known as a powerful competitive tool that is able to work in highly uncertain and changeable environment. As employees and their knowledge and skills are main capital of any organization, then it is expected that knowledge workers have most important role in establishing OA. In addition, providing appropriate context for knowledge workers' activity is very determining in creating an OA. One of these key contextual factors is Organizational learning culture (OLC). Importance and Dual nature of organizational culture has attracted researchers' attention toward identifying cultural factors that effect on OA. Therefore, the objective of this article is to investigate the mediating role of knowledge management (KM) in relationship between OC and organizational agility (OA). Bahman Khodro Company was selected as Target population. Questionnaire was the survey instrument and for testing hypothesis, structural equation modeling was used. The result showed that OC has significant positive effect on KM and OA. However, the effect of KM on OA was non-significant when controlling for OC. This article adds new knowledge to the OA literature and emphasize on key role of consistency in improving OC and forming OA.
