Abstract: 

This study compared the performance of the partial least squares-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) and the robust partial least squares-structural equation modelling (RPLS-SEM) methods through Winsorisation approach The inputs and the outputs used in this model were based on the electricity generation data, derived from the Al-Zawiya Steam Power Plant, Libya. Furthermore, the researchers compared the novel RPLS-SEM approach with the traditional PLS-SEM approach and noted that the novel RPLS-SEM method was more efficient compared to PLS-SEM.

Abstract: 

در این پژوهش، هدف بررسی تاثیر هوشمندی کسب و کار بر چابکی عملیاتی با تاکید برنقش سرعت بینالمللی سازی شرکت و یادگیری شبکه است. جامعه آماری پژوهش 142 نفر از کارکنان شرکتهای دانشبنیان در تهران است. برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد چنگ و همکاران (2020) بکار گرفته شد. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده و جهت پاسخ به سوالات و بررسی فرضیات تحقیق از نرم افزار SmartPLS3 و روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که هوشمندی کسب و کار بر چابکی عملیاتی، سرعت بینالمللی سازی و یادگیری شبکه تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین یادگیری شبکه و سرعت بینالمللی در رابطه بین هوشمندی کسب و کار و چابکی عملیاتی نقش میانجی دارد.

Abstract: 

Proactiveness is a strategic orientation. Studies have shown that firms with higher proactiveness gain better performance than their competitors. So, identifying the factors that affect proactiveness is becoming more and more essential. Analytical orientation is known as a strategic orientation too. Analytical orientation means the inclination of firms toward using decision support systems, planning techniques, control systems, human resource planning, and executives’,performance appraisal. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between analytical orientation and proactiveness. Data collected from 91 managerial and economic consultancy firms in Iran. Data analysis was done using the structural equation modeling technique with SmartPLS3 software. Findings showed that analytical orientation has a positive significant effect on proactiveness. Those consulting firms which aspire to strengthen proactiveness should pay serious attention to analytical orientation.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of organizational ambidexterity on strategic entrepreneurship in software companies. Therefore we examined the ambidexterity with two dimensions i. e. exploration and exploitation as an independent variable and strategic entrepreneurship with four dimensions i. e. entrepreneurial mindset, innovation, managing resources strategically and competitive advantage as the dependent variable. The research methodology is based on structural equation modeling. We use a questionnaire with 22 questions that 97 firms answered it. To measure the validity and reliability we used convergent and divergent validity and Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability respectively. Data analysis has performed by using SmartPLS3. The results show that ambidexterity has a positive and significant effect on strategic entrepreneurship. So we can conclude focus on improving ambidexterity can lead to development and promotion of strategic entrepreneurship.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, building effective inter-organizational relationships is an important source of competitive advantage. Inter-organizational trust is one of the key factors which can strengthen these relationships. In the present research, the role of trust-building capabilities of management consulting firms in moderating the relationship between dynamic and operational capabilities is studied. The statistical population consisted of 340 management consulting firms of Iran which were members of Iran Management Consultant Association. To gather data, a 24 item questionnaire was distributed among the CEOs of these firms and finally 97 questionnaires were collected. To analyze data, variance-based structural equation modeling was used. SmartPLS3 was used in this regard. The results show that operational capabilities are stronger in firms which have stronger dynamic capabilities. Moreover, it is found that trust-building capabilities moderate the relationship between dynamic and operational capabilities.

Abstract: 

In Enterprise information technologies life cycle in organization, Different factors such as reengineering of processes, shift in regulations, performance improvement could cause periods of change in these Information technologies. The purpose of this study is investigation of the role of users’,knowledge of these change periods based on their perception of task difficulty. For reaching to this purpose, data of 153 staff of one public bank and it’, s four subsidiaries in Tehran based on random sampling by means of questionnaire, is collected. This study is an applied research which correlate between variables and use structural equation modeling for evaluation of cause and effects. Results by aid of SmartPLS3 software, showed that “, command based”, , “, tool procedural”,and “, business procedural”,affect users’,evaluation of task difficulties. It is also concluded that users’,with more technology experience evaluate tasks less difficult.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of job insecurity on employees' exhaustion by considering the role of mediating breach of psychological contract. The statistical population of this study consists of 348 managers and employees of the Mellat Insurance Company in Tehran, of which 183 were selected as sample size. Data were collected through standard questionnaires and simple random sampling method and analyzed by structural equation modeling by using spss22 and SmartPLS3 software. The validity of the research questions was confirmed by using convergent and divergent validity and reliability of the questions by factor loading, Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability. Our findings indicate that the violation of the psychological contract as a mediator variable has a significant effect on the variables of job insecurity and employee exhaustion. Also, the violation of the psychological contract as an intermediary variable, has a relative role between job insecurity and employee exhaustion.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this paper is to explore the effects of intellectual capital on Organizational Ambidexterity dimensions (exploration and exploitation) as well as the moderating effect of Mediating innovative culture in electricity industry. The research method is descriptive-correlation. the research statistical population constitute 90 manufacturing company’ s managers in the electricity industry in the country select as the subjects. Data were collected via three standard questionnaires with 42 questions. to assess dimensions, Organizational Ambidexterity Scale proposed by jansen et al (2006), intellectual capital Scale was developed by Bontis (1998), and innovative culture Scale was developed by Deshpandé , Farley & Webster (1993) was employed. This study applies SmartPLS3 to investigate the research model. The results showed that intellectual capital and intellectual capital demensions has positive effects on Organizational Ambidexterity. In addition to, this study finds that innovative culture is the moderating factor between intellectual capital and Organizational Ambidexterity.

Abstract: 

This study examines how the symmetrical internal communication system and responsive leadership contribute to promoting a positive emotional culture and the quality of employee-organization relationships and its effects on employees' advocacy among hotel frontline staff.The present research is an applied project in terms of purpose, a survey in terms of data collection method, and a correlational study based on structural equation modeling in terms of data analysis method. In order to achieve the aim of the research, the data were collected from 210 frontline employees of Espinas Hotel in Tehran through simple random sampling method. The results of testing hypotheses using SPSS and SmartPLS software indicate that internal communication (i.e., symmetrical communication and responsive leadership) has a positive effect on promoting positive emotional culture and the quality of employee-organization relationships. The positive emotional culture and the quality of employee-organization relationships in turn have a positive effect on employee advocacy.

Abstract: 

The study was conducted with the aim of Identifying Factors Affecting Rural Women's Behavior to Prevent Forest Land Use Changes in Lorestan Province. The statistical population included all rural women over 15 years in Lorestan province (N= 231000). A questionnaire was used to collect data. The content and face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability was confirmed by evaluating measurement model and using Cronbach’ s alpha coefficient. Data were then analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modelling by the help of SmartPLS3. 0 SPSS19 and software. The results showed that all predictor variables in the theory of planned behavior have a positive and significant relationship with the behavior of rural women to prevent forest degradation. Also, structural equation modeling results that explain variables such as attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control and tendency are able to explain 73. 4% of the variations of rural women's behavior change.
