Management and leadership practices are a function of the values that govern the constructive fabric of a society. Hence, the nature of the constituent elements in their society requires a special way of management. Given the need for the rule of divine values in Islamic organizations, it is necessary to implement a special method of Islamic management in them to succeed The present article examines the do's and don'ts of sustainable development of Islamic management and its results indicate that: Since management deals with human beings, development also requires developed human beings and one of the characteristics of these human beings is: belief in the ability of human beings to influence the environment instead of just being affected by it, more belief in science and technology, life expectancy and so on. . . . . Leadership is based on three principles the first principle is related to the importance of man and the resources and forces that lie in him, which he usually does not pay attention to. The second principle is related to the difference between man and animal, and the third principle is related to specific laws of human life. A series of principles govern human behavior that if one wants to manage and lead a human being, it is not possible except by knowing the laws that govern human life and routine. According to the results of the present article, the main do's and don'ts of the principles of Islamic sustainable development management are as follows; The principle of piety, the principle of unity for the principle of unity of order, the principle of trust, the principle of love for all human beings, the principle of good faith, the principle of flexibility, the principle of ability to control self, the principle of appreciation, the principle of discipline and avoidance of relationship, the principle of consultation The principle of benevolence, fair salary and reward, the principle of proportionality of work with the individual, the principle of evaluation and supervision, the principle of being and paying attention to individuals.
