Abstract: 

The drug issue is one of the most challenges that currently Iranian and many societies facing with it The subject of our study is the study of the harms that drugs and addiction do to student adolescents. Adolescents on the way from home to school and vice versa are in the community, and they are likely to encounter different people, and on the other hand, they may choose inappropriate role models in the company of their peers and family; Because the family environment and the group of friends are emotionally richer and people influence each other more. Also, in Iranian society, due to its proximity to the source of drug production (Afghanistan and Pakistan), access to drugs is easier and people should further strengthen their social skills and self-control. The purpose of this study is to be aware of the effective and environmental factors on youth's tendency to drugs and to provide solutions for culturalizing so that the conditions of home, community and school are organized in such a way that young people do not even think about addiction and inform them that addiction only is not for others, but any person may get caught if he is not properly aware of it and associates with the wrong people. Our research method in this article is descriptive-analytical and library method. In the present study, we examined the role of parents and peer groups on people's tendency to addiction and proposed strategies to prevent adolescent addiction, To better inform about this issue, we examined the goals and causes of people's tendency to addiction and enumerated the harms of addiction. It is hoped that parents and adolescents will be safe from drugs and their harmful effects by studying and informing themselves and their families.

Abstract: 

Background: Human resources is one of the most important assets of an organization and improving the psychological well-being of employees is one of the most important tasks of managers. Aims: The aim of the study was to estimate the Structural equation model of psychological well-being based on the role of psychological capital and mindfulness Method: Descriptive mythology with descriptive-correlational type and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used in this research. Statistical population consisted of all education employees in Tehran's education staff. in 2019. The sample consisted of 610 people were selected through multivariate regression analysis in SEM. Tools: Psychological Wellbeing Questionnaire of Ryff & Keyes (1995), Psychological Capital Scale of Luthans and Avolio (2007), and Mindfulness Questionnaire of Baer (2006) were employed to evaluate the situation of staffs. Data analysis was done using SEM and Amos Software. Findings: The obtained results showed that the research model fit indicators were reliable and the proposed model had an optimal fit. Conclusion: The research results emphasized on the vital role of psychological capital and mindfulness in predicting the psychological wellbeing. Therefore, psychological wellbeing of employees working in education organization will be improved psychological capital and mindfulness is improved.

Abstract: 

Management and leadership practices are a function of the values that govern the constructive fabric of a society. Hence, the nature of the constituent elements in their society requires a special way of management. Given the need for the rule of divine values in Islamic organizations, it is necessary to implement a special method of Islamic management in them to succeed The present article examines the do's and don'ts of sustainable development of Islamic management and its results indicate that: Since management deals with human beings, development also requires developed human beings and one of the characteristics of these human beings is: belief in the ability of human beings to influence the environment instead of just being affected by it, more belief in science and technology, life expectancy and so on. . . . . Leadership is based on three principles the first principle is related to the importance of man and the resources and forces that lie in him, which he usually does not pay attention to. The second principle is related to the difference between man and animal, and the third principle is related to specific laws of human life. A series of principles govern human behavior that if one wants to manage and lead a human being, it is not possible except by knowing the laws that govern human life and routine. According to the results of the present article, the main do's and don'ts of the principles of Islamic sustainable development management are as follows; The principle of piety, the principle of unity for the principle of unity of order, the principle of trust, the principle of love for all human beings, the principle of good faith, the principle of flexibility, the principle of ability to control self, the principle of appreciation, the principle of discipline and avoidance of relationship, the principle of consultation The principle of benevolence, fair salary and reward, the principle of proportionality of work with the individual, the principle of evaluation and supervision, the principle of being and paying attention to individuals.

Abstract: 

Education must lead to the all-round growth of students. Our focus in this study is to examine active and passive teaching methods and identify the best teaching methods for social studies. The purpose of this study is to gain knowledge and understanding of teaching methods so that teachers can use the best methods with the best efficiency in accordance with the conditions of the class and the classroom. The method used is descriptive-analytical method using library method. In this research, we have introduced some examples of teaching methods and enumerated the benefits of active teaching methods. We have also mentioned the issues facing the educational system in implementing this method and introduced the best methods in the social studies course. The results show that teachers talk more than they act and use dry and stereotyped methods that are derived from the behaviorist school; As a result, they took away the power of analysis from the students. Instead, schools and teachers should use active teaching methods that increase analytical power and pay attention to high levels of learning.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of e-learning based on inverted classes on the academic performance of ninth grade students in science. The research was an applied goal in terms of collecting quasi-experimental information with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a sample of eighty students of the ninth grade of the first secondary school in Javanrood was selected by available sampling method. The Rio Student Occupation Questionnaire was used to collect data. In this study, four softwares (MMB-Storyline-Kumtazia-PowerPoint) were used in education to better examine the effect of e-learning upside down on students' academic activity. The research data were analyzed through descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation and mean) and inferential statistics (analysis of variance with repeated measures and analysis of covariance and LSD post hoc test to compare educational methods). The results showed that e-learning based on inverted classes has a positive and significant effect on students' academic performance (p = 0. 0001) and also in the comparison between the effects of software on education, the educational content produced by PowerPoint software had the most impact.
