Abstract: 

BACKGROUND: THE ISSUE OF PACKAGING PLAYS A KEY ROLE IN MARKETING OF CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS. THE USER PERCEPTION OF THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT THROUGH COMMUNICATION ELEMENTS OF PACKAGING AND ITS BEAUTY HAS IMPACT ON THE USER'S SELECTION, AND THIS IS A SUCCESS KEY FOR MANY MARKETING STRATEGIES.OBJECTIVES: THIS STUDY AIMS TO INVESTIGATE THE IMPACT OF DIMENSIONS OF PACKAGING AESTHETICS ON DECISION MAKING BY COSMETICS' BUYERS IN IRAN.METHODS: TO INVESTIGATE BUYERS' VIEWS ABOUT THE IMPACT OF DIMENSIONS OF PACKAGING AESTHETICS CONSIDERING THE EFFECT OF TWO VARIABLES OF TIME PRESSURE AND INVOLVEMENT LEVEL ON THEIR PURCHASE DECISION, A DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH WAS CONDUCTED USING A SURVEY FIELD STUDY. THE STUDY POPULATION INCLUDED COSMETICS' CONSUMERS IN TEHRAN BETWEEN 2012 MARCH AND JANUARY 2013. A RANDOM CLUSTER SAMPLING METHOD WAS USED AND 300 QUESTIONNAIRES WERE DISTRIBUTED. IN ORDER TO INVESTIGATE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN VARIABLES AND ANALYZE THE INFORMATION GATHERED FROM THE QUESTIONNAIRES, ONE AND PAIRED-SAMPLES T-TESTS WERE PERFORMED.RESULTS: THE GRAPHICAL AND PHYSICAL STRUCTURE AND THE DIMENSIONS OF PACKAGING AESTHETICS HAVE AN IMPACT ON THE PRODUCT SELECTION (P<0.05). THE INFLUENCE OF ELEMENTS OF PACKAGING AESTHETICS ON THE SELECTION IS MORE POWERFUL WHEN THE PRODUCT INVOLVEMENT LEVEL AMONG CONSUMERS IS LOWER (P<0.05) AND IN A SITUATION IN WHICH CONSUMERS HAVE LESS TIME (TIME PRESSURE) TO SELECT THE PRODUCT (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: THE GRAPHIC AESTHETIC PACKAGING AND THE AESTHETIC PHYSICAL STRUCTURE OF PACKAGING HAVE IMPACT ON THE PRODUCT SELECTION, SO INDUSTRIAL AND MANUFACTURING COMPANIES SHOULD CONSIDER THIS IMPORTANT ISSUE.

Abstract: 

IN THIS STUDY, THE EFFECT OF THE RELIABILITY OF CORPORATE DISCLOSURE AND NOTIFICATION OF THE DECISION TO INVEST IN COMPANIES LISTED IN TEHRAN STOCK EXCHANGE DURING THE PERIOD 1392-1389 HAS BEEN. IN THIS STUDY OF 175 COMPANIES LISTED IN TEHRAN STOCK EXCHANGE DURING THE PERIOD WAS DETERMINED.TO TEST THE HYPOTHESIS OF REGRESSION ANALYSIS OF POOLED / EVIEWS 6 HAS BEEN USED IN THE APP IN THIS STUDY, TO DETERMINE THE CAPABILITIES AND INFORMATION ATKA’AFSHA’ FIRMS AS THE INDEPENDENT VARIABLE, BASED ON INFORMATION FROM FIRMS RELIABILITY SCORES ARE USED. THE MAIN VARIABLES TO DETERMINE THE DECISION TO INVEST, INCLUDING RETURN ON EQUITY, EARNINGS PER SHARE, THE STOCK MARKET VALUE AND BOOK VALUE IS BASED ON MODELS AND COST EFFICIENCY. THE CONTROL VARIABLES, FIRM SIZE, SALES GROWTH WAS USED AND THE TYPE OF AUDIT. FINDINGS SHOWED THAT THE RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION SCIENCE FIRMS DECIDE TO INVEST ON THE MODEL OF PRICE AND EFFICIENCY, NOT EFFECTIVENESS. ALSO, THE TYPE OF AUDITOR AND BOOK VALUE ON THE STOCK MARKET, AND A SIGNIFICANT AND DIRECT IMPACT ON THE SIZE OF THE COMPANY'S STOCK MARKET VALUE, THE EFFECT IS NEGATIVE AND SIGNIFICANT.

Abstract: 

THE MAIN GOAL OF THIS STUDY IS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICES OF EMPLOYEES WITH THEIR JOB INVOLVEMENT IN THE CUSTOMS OF KURDISTAN. FOR THIS PURPOSE, ACCORDING TO THEORY OF GREENBERG: ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE HAS 3 DIMENSIONS: 1) DISTRIBUTIVE JUSTICE, 2) PROCEDURAL JUSTICE, 3) INTERACTIONAL JUSTICE AND JOB INVOLVEMENT CONSIDERED ACCORDING TO THEORY OF KANANGA WHICH HAS BEEN DESIGNED 1 MAIN HYPOTHESIS AND 3 SUB-HYPOTHESES. STATISTICAL POPULATION OF THIS STUDY IS THE EMPLOYEES IN CUSTOMS OF KURDISTAN WHICH CONSISTS OF 158 PEOPLE. THE RESULTS SUGGEST THAT ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE AND ITS DIMENSIONS ARE EFFECTIVE ON THE JOB INVOLVEMENT OF EMPLOYEES IN KURDISTAN.

Abstract: 

NOWADAYS ORGANIZATIONS SERIOUSLY SEARCH FOR THEIR OVERALL IMPROVEMENTS WITH THE AIM OF ACHIEVING TO THE ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE. ORGANIZATIONS CAN’T MANAGE THEIR PROGRAMS EFFICIENTLY WITHOUT USING COMPREHENSIVE MODEL DUE TO EXAMINE AND REFORM THEIR PROGRAMS. BECAUSE OF THESE NEEDS AND PROBLEMS, IN THIS THESIS WE ARE ANALYZING THE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ASSESSMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY USING EFQM MODEL. AFTER ANALYZING THE CONDITIONS OUR AIM IS TO PRESENTING AN EFFICIENT AND CONFORMING MODEL FOR THIS DEPARTMENT. FOR ACHIEVING TO THE RESEARCH’S AIM, DATA OF THE STATISTICAL POPULATION CONTAINING 60 PERSONS OF MANAGERS AND EXPERTS AT THE DEPARTMENT WERE COLLECTED OCCASIONALLY. THEN FOR ANALYZING DATA AND CALCULATING STATISTICAL INDICATORS SUCH AS FREQUENCY, PERCENTAGE, MEAN AND DRAWING CHARTS IN THE CONTEXT OF DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS AND DOING T-TEST, SPSS AND EXCEL WAS USED. IN THIS RESEARCH WE INVESTIGATE THE AMOUNT OF SOVEREIGNTY OF ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE ASPECTS WITH THE RESPECT TO THE MANAGERS, EXPERTS AND EMPLOYEES IDEAS. FOR DOING THIS, FIRST WE GAVE A SCORE TO EVERY ASPECT AND THEN DIFFERENCES AT THE EMPOWERMENTS AND RESULTS WERE STUDIED. THE RESULTS THOSE CAME FROM ANALYZING THE DATA WITH STATISTICAL METHODS SHOWED A BIG DISTANCE BETWEEN TODAY’S CONDITION OF THE DEPARTMENT AND DESIRED CONDITIONS. IN THE OTHER WORD THE AMOUNT OF SOVEREIGNTY OF ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE ASPECTS AT THE DEPARTMENT WASN’T DESIRED ONE.

Abstract: 

TODAY, STATISTICS AND INFORMATION IS CONSIDERED AS THE MAIN SOURCE OF POWER IN THE WORLD AND ALSO ONE OF THE VALUABLE RESOURCES OF ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGERS. MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN IMPROVING THE MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE IN ORGANIZATIONS. THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS STUDY WAS TO DETERMINE THE PERFORMANCE OF GUILAN HOSPITALS MANAGERS WITH AN EMPHASIS ON STRUCTURE, PERCEIVED ENVIRONMENT AND MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS. THIS RESEARCH IS DESCRIPTIVE AND CORRELATIONAL STUDY AND USE FIELD METHOD TO COLLECT DATA. THE STUDY POPULATION IS ALL HOSPITALS (N=33) IN GUILAN PROVINCE THAT USED CENSUS METHOD. AFTER COLLECTING THE QUESTIONNAIRES, 8 HOSPITALS WERE EXCLUDED BECAUSE OF INCOMPLETE AND FINALLY THE QUESTIONNAIRES OF 25 HOSPITALS WERE OBTAINED. DATA COLLECTION WAS CONDUCTED BY STANDARD QUESTIONNAIRE. THE DATA COLLECTED WERE ANALYZED USING THE SPSS20 SOFTWARE IN BOTH DESCRIPTIVE AND INFERENTIAL STATISTICS. THE RESULTS OF THE RESEARCH SHOW THAT THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE VARIABLES. FINALLY, SOME RECOMMENDATIONS HAVE BEEN PROPOSED TO IMPROVE MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE ACCORDING TO THE RESULTS OF HYPOTHESES.

Abstract: 

TODAY THE MAIN GOAL OF EXISTING MEDICAL CLINICS IS TO ABSORB NEW CLIENTS, ENCOURAGE CLIENT RETURN, AND PROMOTE ADVERTISEMENT OF SERVICES THROUGH THE WORD OF MOUTH. RETAINING CLIENTS AND ENCOURAGING THEIR RETURN BY WINNING THEIR SATISFACTION ARE CONSIDERED A KEY STRATEGY FOR CLINICS AND MEDICAL CENTERS PRESENTLY. THE PRESENT STUDY AIMS TO EXAMINE FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CLIENT RETURN IN MEDICAL CLINICS. THE MODEL OF THE RESEARCH WAS DEVELOPED USING VARIABLES INCLUDING PERCEIVED TREATMENT QUALITY, PERCEIVED VALUE, PERCEIVED SERVICE, PATIENT SATISFACTION, TRUST IN STAFF, TRUST IN CLINIC, AND RETURN INTENTION, AS WELL AS PERCEIVED PRICE REASONABILITY WHICH SERVED AS A MODIFYING VARIABLE. THE RESEARCH WAS AN APPLICABLE ONE IN TERMS OF GOAL AND A CORRELATIONAL ONE IN TERMS OF METHODOLOGY. DATA WERE COLLECTED FROM AMONG 174 PEOPLE REFERRING TO THE INFERTILITY RESEARCH & TREATMENT CENTER OF YAZD THROUGH A SIMPLE METHOD USING QUESTIONNAIRES AND SURVEYS. THE SPSS 18 SOFTWARE WAS EMPLOYED TO ANALYZE THE COLLECTED DATA, AND THE LISREL 8.72 SOFTWARE WAS UTILIZED TO CONFIRM THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE VARIABLES USING CONFIRMATORY FACTOR ANALYSIS (CFA) AND STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING (SEM). RESULTS SHOWED THAT PERCEIVED SERVICE HAS A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON PATIENT SATISFACTION. THE RESULTS ALSO CONFIRMED THE EXISTENCE OF A DIRECT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PERCEIVED VALUE AND PATIENT SATISFACTION. ALSO, PATIENT SATISFACTION WAS DIRECTLY RELATED TO TRUST IN STAFF, AND A LINK WAS OBSERVED BETWEEN PATIENT SATISFACTION AND TRUST IN CLINIC LEADING TO CLIENT RETURN. PERCEIVED PRICE REASONABILITY MODIFIED THE IMPACT OF PATIENT SATISFACTION ON TRUST IN CLINIC, MODIFYING RETURN INTENTION CONSEQUENTLY.

AS IN THE CURRENT ERA, CAPABILITIES THAT ARE REASONABLE COULD NOT MORE GOD PREDICTOR FOR SUCCESSFUL IN THE SITUATIONS OF LIFE AND WORK. IT SEEMS THAT, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE CAN BE GOOD PREDICTOR FOR SUCCESSION IN JOB POSITIONS. AIM OF THIS RESEARCH IS INVESTIGATION ON THE JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL OBLIGATIONS. CONSIDERING THAT, HYPOTHESIZES OF RESEARCH WAS EXPRESSED AS INVESTIGATION ON EFFECTS OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENT COMPONENTS ON JOB SATISFACTIONS AND ORGANIZATIONAL OBLIGATIONS. STATISTICAL POPULATION OF CURRENT RESEARCH WAS THE STAFFS AT PASARGAD INSURANCE COMPANY IN LEVEL OF TEHRAN CITY. IN REGARD TO STATISTICAL FORMULA, SAMPLE VOLUME WAS DETERMINED EQUAL WITH 161 PEOPLE. AND DURING THE FIRST HALF OF YEAR 2014, THESE STAFF’S VIEWS WERE COLLECTED. THE NEEDED INFORMATION COLLECTED BY QUESTIONNAIRE AND ANALYZED BY STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING IN LISREL SOFTWARE. RESULTS ACHIEVED DEMONSTRATED CONFIRMATION OF ALL EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENT COMPONENTS INFLUENCE ON JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL OBLIGATION. ALSO IN REGARD TO RESULTS WE SHOULD EXPRESS THAT SELF CONTROL INFLUENCE ON JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL OBLIGATION HAVE LEAST VALUE AND SELF CONSCIENCE ON JOB SATISFACTION HAVE MOST VALUE. AT THE END SOME ADVICES PROPOSED FOR IMPROVEMENT OF ELECTRONIC EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENT IN THIS FIRM.

ALTHOUGH USED EXTREMELY SUCCESSFULLY IN MANUFACTURING IN THE LAST TWO DECADES, THE APPLICATION OF TQM IN OTHER ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN LESS TRIED AND TESTED, AMID FEARS THAT THE PROCESSES IN OTHER ORGANIZATION SPECIALLY SERVICE INDUSTRIES DO NOT LEND THEMSELVES TO THE RIGOROUS APPLICATION OF THE SET OF STATISTICAL TOOLS ASSOCIATED WITH TQM .HOWEVER, THE COMPETITIVENESS AS WELL AS THE RISE IN DIFFERENT INDUSTRIES SHARE GAVE RISE TO THE DEMAND FOR TQM PRACTICE IN DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS. SOME ORGANIZATIONS FIND TQM IMPLEMENTATION CHALLENGING IN AN EFFICIENT AND SATISFACTORY WAY, THEY ALSO NOTICE BARRIERS OR LIMITS HINDERING TQM IMPLEMENTATION. DUE TO THESE LIMITS, ORGANIZATIONS HAVE NOT ACCOMPLISHED THE EXPECTED BENEFITS FROM TQM.

SUGAR INDUSTRY SOMETIMES CALLED SUGAR INDUSTRY, ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD INDUSTRY IN EACH COUNTRY. PANIZFAM COMPANIES WITH MORE THAN 70 YEARS IN THE FIELD OF SUGAR, IS CONSIDERED A SERIOUS COMPETITOR FOR RIVALS. POSITIONING TO A COMPANY THAT LETS THEIR PRODUCTS AND BRANDS DISTINCT OUT AND PROVIDE THE NEEDS OF CUSTOMERS BETTER THAN COMPETITORS. IN THIS CONTEXT, THE AIM OF THIS RESEARCH IS TO DETERMINE BRAND POSITION PANIZ FAM RELATIVE TO ITS COMPETITORS IN TEHRAN. IN THIS RESEARCH, AFTER INTERVIEWS WITH COMPANY EXECUTIVES PANYZFAM AND IDENTIFY CRITERIA AFFECTING THE FORMATION OF MENTALITY AND ATTITUDE OF CONSUMERS AND IDENTIFY THE COMPETITORS OF THE COMPANY, 385 QUESTIONNAIRES WERE RANDOMLY AMONG CUSTOMERS STORES ETKA AND REFAH IN TEHRAN DISTRIBUTED AND COLLECTED AND IN THE END TO DETERMINE BRAND POSITION PANIZFAM WAS USED EXPLORATORY FACTOR ANALYSIS (EFA) AND PERCEPTUAL MAP.THE RESULTS OF THE ANALYSIS SHOWED THAT GOLESTAN BRAND IN TERMS OF ALL FACTORS (PRODUCT, PLACE AND PROMOTION) IS THE IDEAL PLACE COMPARED TO OTHER BRANDS AND PANIZFAM COMPANY TO ENHANCE ITS POSITION WITH REGARD TO THE THREE FACTORS OF PRODUCTION, PLACE AND PROMOTION SHOULD USE MARKETING STRATEGIES IN ORDER TO REACH THE IDEAL PLACE SUGAR ON THE MARKET.

ORGANIZATION OR INSTITUTION THAT HAS A SKILLED WORKFORCE WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN ANY COMPETITIVE AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATIONS, NOT ONLY ON PROFITABILITY APPROACH TO HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, BUT ALSO THE STRUCTURE AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF MERIT SPECIAL EMPHASIS. ACCORDINGLY, AFTER DETAILED STUDY OF THESE CHALLENGES IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF MERITOCRACY IN THE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, THE RESULTS OF THIS RESEARCH GUIDELINES TO ELIMINATE OBSTACLES TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF MERIT-BASED KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY AND SUGGESTIONS AS TO AVOID THE CHALLENGES THAT ORGANIZATIONS WILL BE ESSENTIAL APPLICATIONS.
