Abstract:

Human resources are the most important human capital in organizations to achieve organizational goals. Absence from work due to illness or sick leave or the hidden form of absenteeism can reduce the productivity of human resources. The purpose of this study was to investigate sick leave of nurses based on the codes of International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). This cross-sectional study was conducted in Imam Raza (AS) hospital complex in Mashhad, Iran. The sampling method was from the whole population. Data analysis was carried out using IBM SPSS statistics V22 software. The results showed that coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) with (25. 7%), gynecology and obstetrics with (20. 7%) and diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue with (14. 9%) accounts for the largest proportion of sick leave among nurses. There was a significant association between the employment status and the reported sickness absence rate (P-Value= 0. 0. 26). However, there was no significant correlation between age, work experience, gender, marital status and the rate of absence due to illness. Based on the results of this study, paying attention to at-risk or high-risk groups, using appropriate human resource management procedures, and performing ergonomic interventions based on the type of disease, are considered absolutely necessary, especially during pandemics.

Background The precision Medicine initiative is a new research exertion intending to offer personalized medicine in many illnesses, including cancer. The purpose of the current article is to offer novel insights about the role of personalized medicine in patients with colorectal liver metastases (CRLM). Experimental An assess the writing in regards to personalized medication and cancer in patient with colorectal liver metastases was performed in the MEDLINE/PubMed database. Result and discussion Surgical resection remains the main hope for a cure of CRLM. Worked on surgical scheme to improve remnant liver volume are as of late presented and making progress. Following resection of CRLM scoring methods have been evolved by amalgamated certain preoperative factors, for example, microsatellite instability KRAS expression and sensitivity to immunotherapy with programmed Death-1 inhibitor. conclusion Multidisciplinary management of patients with CRLM has particularly added to survival. While the most recent quite a few years have been described by these significant developments, future advances for patients with CRLM will rely upon a superior comprehension of genomics and molecular biology to promote with the portrayal of a specific tumor "identity" so that individualized therapy for each CRLM patient turns into the rule, and not the exception.

Background and objectives: Mushrooms are excellent basidiomycetes, and the most wellknown of these fungi are in the order Agaricales and Aphyllophorales. It becomes. Including: rich source of potassium to lower blood pressure, strengthen bones, relieve fatigue), high in protein and low in uric acid, a variety of vitamins (B vitamins, folic acid) and antioxidants (selenium) in collaboration with Vitamin E protects cells from the damaging effects of free radicals. The use of fungi in medicine, however, has a long history in ancient and Eastern societies it is a well-known prophecy in the West and in modern societies. Materials and method: In many parts of the world, the effects of using these fungi and their metabolites to treat various human diseases have been studied. So that valid studies have been done on the anti-cancer effects of some meat fungi and their metabolites. High mortality from cancer and current treatment failures justify the use of experimental methods to detect and treat anticancer drugs and move towards finding new and effective therapies. Results: In recent years, by studying fungi and their products, this series of waves has been introduced as materials with therapeutic efficiency and nutritional complement. Due to the high proliferation of fungi, their use in food hygiene and medicine in the treatment of some diseases will be of great economic importance. Conclusion: Finding therapies that are evolving with methods of activating the patient's immune system and modifying the biological response that causes the patient's cells to respond to changes or infectious agents.

Abstract:

Introduction: Hospitalization causes several difficulties in patients. Bedsores, as a significant concern in terms of health treatment, are among these concerns and health professionals are trying to prevent this problem so that patients do not suffer from the mental and physical consequences resulted from this problem. This research was conducted to investigate the local impact of Pistacia Atlantica oil, as an Inexpensive and low-risk substance, on the prevention of bedsores. Methods: this randomized clinical trial study was performed on 70 patients in 2019-2020. The Norton bedsore predictor scale was used to assess the likelihood of bedsores and patients were chosen out of those who were under the same conditions in terms of treatment. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. Routine treatment included changing patients' positions every two hours. Moreover, Pistacia Atlantica oil was used once a day in the sacrum area for a 10-day period in the intervention group. Data were analyzed using Odds Ratio and t-test. P <0. 05 was considered as a significant level. Results: Odds Ratio test showed that the incidence of bedsores was 3. 6 times higher in the control group compared to the intervention group, but there was no statistically significant difference between these two groups (P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The findings of this research revealed that the effect of this oil on the prevention of bedsores requires further studies.
