Including: rich source of potassium to lower blood pressure, strengthen bones, relieve fatigue), high in protein and low in uric acid, a variety of vitamins (B vitamins, folic acid) and Antioxidants (selenium) in collaboration with Vitamin E protects cells from the damaging effects of free radicals. The use of fungi in medicine, however, has a long history in ancient and Eastern societies it is a well-known prophecy in the West and in modern societies. Materials and method: In many parts of the world, the effects of using these fungi and their metabolites to treat various human diseases have been studied. So that valid studies have been done on the anti-cancer effects of some meat fungi and their metabolites. High mortality from cancer and current treatment failures justify the use of experimental methods to detect and treat anticancer drugs and move towards finding new and effective therapies. Results: In recent years, by studying fungi and their products, this series of waves has been introduced as materials with therapeutic efficiency and nutritional complement. Due to the high proliferation of fungi, their use in food hygiene and medicine in the treatment of some diseases will be of great economic importance.
