This research identifies the factors that the realization of organizational digital transformation needs for success. Its purpose is to list the factors that organizations should consider in implementing digital transformation. The research method is exploratory and descriptive and thematic analysis approach has been used. 12 experts purposefully participated in this research. The findings showed that 5 key areas are important in a digital transformation for the organization, which are 1) digital culture (including digital cultural values, digital knowledge management, culture receptive to change and transformation, culture of speed and accuracy in performance, development of culture intellectual property), 2) digital processing (including automation of processes, digital analytics, organization of digital technologies, suitable flexible digital structure, alignment of business processes, digital organizational communication), 3) digital technologies (all technologies including big data, fintech, blockchain and smart contracts, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, 5G and cloud computing), 4) digital workspace (recruitment of knowledge workers, development of digital skills, digital training, digital thinking room) and 5) digital activity (including digital product development, innovation and idea development processing, digital customer orientation, digital distribution channels, digital customer interaction, digital support, creating and maintaining digital sales platforms and establishing digital security).
