Since the use of technology-driven innovation is an important strategy to achieve dynamic economy and wealth creation, ability and knowledge to businesses, business owners and countries and the transfer of new technologies from developed countries to developing and the least developed countries provide a long-term growth path for these countries. Therefore, identifying the factors influencing the success of technology transfer as infrastructure for planning and policy making in this area is very important. Since the Turbines industry is among the industries that achieve top foreign exchange earnings for the country and can decrease the country's dependence on oil revenues which can improve the development of the country through the production of this strategic product. Researcher tries to identify and rank the specialized factors affecting the transfer of technology which better fit to the characteristics of this industry. To achieve this goal after a deep study of the theoretical foundations and seek the views of experts and scholars in Mapna Co. using the Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP tries to classify and prioritize these factors. The findings indicate that three categories of individual, organizational and environmental elements affect the success of technology transfer in Mapna Co. The hierarchical model of organizational factors, such as the ability to supply the following criteria (financial, technical and human), and organizational infrastructure, such as cooperation with the academic community and scientific-research centers, providing appropriate technical services and support, participation of knowledge-based and large domestic companies, research and development facilities and capacity of existing hardware in organizations, is the most important factor in the success of technology transfer. Then individual factors, organizational culture and working environment conditions, such as job satisfaction and security, specialized training of employees and operators on the site, experienced and protective managers, knowledgeable and expertise manpower and their attitude to new technology and functions of new technology experienced are as second factors influencing the success of technology transfer. In the third level external or environmental factors with sub-standard such as political relations with countries that transfer the technology, government and financial centers support for absorption of new technologies, property and granting loans, tax exemption, currency and customs facilities, research centers, Foreign joint venture and foreign direct investment, macroeconomic policies of resistance economy such as self-sufficiency, indigenization and entrepreneurship, are third factors influencing the success of technology transfer in Mapna Co.
