Abstract: 

The purpose and context of the research and the method of implementation: The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the parenting styles of mothers and the procrastination and assertiveness of girls aged 8 to 12 in Sari city. For this purpose, 372 students from primary schools of this city were selected by cluster sampling method. In order to collect information from students' mothers, Bamrind's parenting questionnaire (1991) and students answered Solomon's (1984) procrastination and Gambrill and Ritchie's (1975) assertiveness questionnaires. Findings: The results showed that there is a significant negative relationship between mothers' authoritative parenting style and girls' procrastination, and there is a significant positive relationship between mothers' domineering and permissive styles and girls' procrastination. On the other hand, there is a significant positive relationship between the authoritative parenting style of mothers and assertiveness of daughters, and a significant negative relationship between domineering and permissive styles and assertiveness of children. Conclusion: The more the mother's parenting style tends to be authoritative, the more procrastination of girls decreases and their boldness increases. And the more the mother's parenting style goes towards domineering or permissiveness, the more girls' procrastination increases and their assertiveness decreases.

Abstract: 

The question of the present study was whether there is a relationship between children's independence in adolescence and children's creativity and self-concept? In this research, the parents of elementary school children were not investigated in terms of parenting methods. These components are very important for the success of students and children. Trying to investigate the effect of parenting methods on child outcomes is complex because there is a wide range of parental behaviors and a wide range of child behavioral outcomes. children obtained, therefore, the information obtained may not be completely real. The method of the current research is applied research in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection, considering the relationship between variables, it is descriptive and correlational. The present study was conducted on the population of students aged 9 to 16 in Tehran, on a statistical population of 30 people (15 girls-15 boys) in the academic year of 1401. The criteria for entering the study include having the age of 9 to 16 years, with parental approval. However, in this research, it was tried to get maximum cooperation from children by giving explanations. Also, the results show that the level of self-concept in boys was higher than girls. As a result, it can be said that the level of self-concept is effective on the creativity of children, especially students. Based on the research, it was found that there is a positive correlation between the components of the relationship between creativity and self-concept.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to answer the main question, what effect did the principles and teachings of the philosophical school of Marxism have on the science of management and especially on organizational behavior? Based on the qualitative research method based on document study, it has been done. The findings of this study have indicated that the teachings and theories of organizational behavior management such as "contradiction organizational theory", "change theory", "rational agent theory", "power and dominance theory" and so on. It has been completely influenced by the teachings and principles of the intellectual-philosophical school of Marxism,Thus, the emphasis of the Marxism school on the labor force as one of the principles of this school is considered one of the important aspects of organizational behavior today,The theory of class conflict in Marxist thought is the organizational theoretical basis of conflict, which emphasizes that managers, employees, and departments are in conflicting interactions with each other and pursue multiple interests, and in establishing relationships with the outside of the organization, they are always looking for a way to influence and increase power and interests,Marxist belief that society is changing and societies will go through five stages, the basis of this theory is that organizations are changing and there is always a factor of change in the organization and the factor of change may be from within the organization or from outside the organization,The Marxist view that organizational structures are not rational systems and that they are more like power systems designed to maximize control and profit is the foundation of the organizational theory of power and domination,The principle of change (change in societies), which is emphasized by the school of Marxism and is in the form of the transformation of societies from the early commune to the communist one, is related to the theory in management that the internal and external environment of the organization is constantly changing, and also, the argument of Marxism that the organization is a combination of groups with different interests that are constantly trying to control the policies, practices and actions of the organization, is the basis of the organizational theory of conflict.

Abstract: 

Many individual, organizational and environmental stimuli affect the psychological empowerment of employees. One of the most important factors that play an important role in the psychological empowerment of employees and is categorized under individual factors is personality traits, which are defined as the dimensions of individual differences in the tendency to show stable patterns of thought, feeling and action. The present study is based on the statistics of models related to personality and psychological empowerment and by using the 5-factor "NEO-FFI" personality model of Costa and McGarry (1989) and the psychological empowerment model of Wetten and Cameron (1998) to investigate the views of managers and employees on two levels. It has discussed about the relationship of individual and personality variables with the empowerment of employees in the organization of the General Administration of Social Security in West Tehran. In this study, using SPSS statistical software and performing appropriate statistical tests, such as Pearson's correlation test and independent two-sample t-test, data analysis was done and the significant relationship of variables from the perspective of managers and employees of the organization was studied and evaluated. took The results indicated that there is a direct relationship between the individual and personality differences of employees with their empowerment from the point of view of managers and employees themselves, and by identifying the personality characteristics of their employees, managers can play a role in empowering their employees in a better and more effective way.

Abstract: 

Since the use of technology-driven innovation is an important strategy to achieve dynamic economy and wealth creation, ability and knowledge to businesses, business owners and countries and the transfer of new technologies from developed countries to developing and the least developed countries provide a long-term growth path for these countries. Therefore, identifying the factors influencing the success of technology transfer as infrastructure for planning and policy making in this area is very important. Since the Turbines industry is among the industries that achieve top foreign exchange earnings for the country and can decrease the country's dependence on oil revenues which can improve the development of the country through the production of this strategic product. Researcher tries to identify and rank the specialized factors affecting the transfer of technology which better fit to the characteristics of this industry. To achieve this goal after a deep study of the theoretical foundations and seek the views of experts and scholars in Mapna Co. using the Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP tries to classify and prioritize these factors. The findings indicate that three categories of individual, organizational and environmental elements affect the success of technology transfer in Mapna Co. The hierarchical model of organizational factors, such as the ability to supply the following criteria (financial, technical and human), and organizational infrastructure, such as cooperation with the academic community and scientific-research centers, providing appropriate technical services and support, participation of knowledge-based and large domestic companies, research and development facilities and capacity of existing hardware in organizations, is the most important factor in the success of technology transfer. Then individual factors, organizational culture and working environment conditions, such as job satisfaction and security, specialized training of employees and operators on the site, experienced and protective managers, knowledgeable and expertise manpower and their attitude to new technology and functions of new technology experienced are as second factors influencing the success of technology transfer. In the third level external or environmental factors with sub-standard such as political relations with countries that transfer the technology, government and financial centers support for absorption of new technologies, property and granting loans, tax exemption, currency and customs facilities, research centers, Foreign joint venture and foreign direct investment, macroeconomic policies of resistance economy such as self-sufficiency, indigenization and entrepreneurship, are third factors influencing the success of technology transfer in Mapna Co.
