This research tries to study the barriers against development of electronic commerce in Asia Insurance Company by using three branch model (behavioral, structural, contextual factors) and adding a fourth dimension (natural factors). Main hypotheses of the research contemplate the relationship among contextual, structural, behavioral, natural factors with the lack of E-insurance development in Asia Insurance Company. To analyze these hypotheses, Binomial Test, Pierson Solidarity Test, Friedman Test and Linear Regression Test are used. Tests and analysis show that all above-mentioned factors are the obstacles of implementation and development of E-insurance in Asia Insurance Company and according to Linear Regression Test, natural, behavioral, contextual and structural factors has the most importance and effectiveness, based on Beta Coefficient, respectively.
