Introduction: Nowadays, information technology is the main axis of development and evolution worldwide. Inaccessibility will lead to backwardness, while achieving to technology will lead to empowerment. E-learning is the best and most effective way to engage people with sensory-motor disorders in cultural, social and economic fields. Therefore, this study aimed at evaluating the effect of E-learning on the performance of people with sensory - motor disabilities.Methods & materials: Between 2010 and 2014, 26 articles were found by searching “disability” and “electronic learning (E-learning)” as keywords in Scopus, Elsevier, PubMed, Sid, Irandoc, and Magiran databases. After full review, 16 articles were chosen to be analyzed.Conclusion: E-learning in saves costs, increase productivity, enhances motivation, increases life expectancy; provide employment opportunities and social participation. By facilitating access to information and services, the benefits of new technology will change all aspects of their lives. In this field, the jobs which are related physical activities in real word will convert to e-business which is free of physical activities. Also, social communication for the common people which require mobility and physical presence will be converted to multimedia session.
