The purpose of the study was to examine the effectiveness of management in developing and expressing entrepreneurship in the NISOC. Five basic criteria of entrepreneurship were considered, including: creativity and innovation, risk taking, accountability, decision-making ability, and participation. To examine the hypotheses of the study, library research was done, and a questionnaire was used for gathering field data. The questionnaire was developed on the basis of the related theoretical and research literature. The results of the study showed that the management of the company was successful in developing entrepreneurship in criteria like risk taking, accountability, decision making ability, and participation, but was unsuccessful in creativity and innovation. Considering the fact that the company under study was a public one, that and numerous studies showed that the private sector pays more attention to entrepreneurship than the public sector, and since no training program in entrepreneurship was conducted for the employees, it can be said that "the overall performance of the company in entrepreneurship was satisfactory".
