Abstract

The purpose of survey is to recognize the critical role of materials and goods provision for use in the infrastructure system of MRP in industrial organizations to reach their objectives. The article has three parts. The first part presents the theoretical framework of materials requirements processes models, and related components with its literature review.The second part is to analyze how to utilize the MRP system based on model building to decrease the current problems. It uses a questionnaire with 35 questions to get data from experts of the Drilling Dept. The statistical population is the drilling department of NISOC. The procedure uses opinion polling around a multi-dimensions model for detecting latent levels of problems. After testing seven hypotheses and analyzing the findings, some practical recommendations were presented to NISOC, especially to the Drilling Deportment which will need them to improve its MRP systems.
