The most important principles and foundations of Imam Khomeini's (PBUH) management model is explained under a comprehensive Islamic model as a new school of thought in political management which includes: planning, decision-making, organization, leadership, control and supervision.Although its elements are similar to the elements of other management model, each of its elements is inherently different from other models and has innovations such as a comprehensive look and goal setting in planning applying a divine-intellectual model in decision-making, organization of system based on Welayate Faqih, super-charismatic leadership which are among the most important indices of Imam Khomeini's (PBUH) political management model.

Participation is associated with human's inherent freedom to choose his collective destiny. In Islamic thought, however, collective participation receives a special meaning and concept which is both similar to and different from its species. This article investigates theoretical foundations of participation in the frameworks of Islamic political thought. Having brought up meanings of participation and its species, this article investigates pre-requisites of participation. Then, it explains position and scope of participation from Islamic perspective. Finally it explores foundations of participation in Islam from religious texts and explains them in three fields: Quranic, theological and jurisprudential.

This article tries to provide an answer to this question: How has Imam Khomeini (PBUH) faced and integrated concepts such as freedom and its derivatives into Islamic traditional system (intellectual-religious)? The hypothesis of this article is that the method of domesticating modern political concepts by Imam Khomeini (PBUH) is probably based on viewing similarity in form and difference in content. Initial researches indicate that his method in applying ijtihad and religion is based on viewing modern and traditional concepts similar in form and different in content.

Comparing Imam Khomeini's (PBUH) viewpoints, as the symbol of divine discourse, on international issues including global justice to scientists of international relations specially those who complain about the current world order such as Cox, Linklater and Gill is the main subject of this research. Mentioning key points in Imam Khomeini's (PBUH) thought about politics, international relations and system, this research tries to compare his thoughts with theorists of international relations critical school of thought and to particularly study similarities between them.

The main purpose of this article is to explain Islamic Republic of Iran's reflection on west Europe based on "theory of broadcast". By studying political relations between Islamic republic of Iran and western European countries, this article highlights the most important issues between them since the victory of revolution to critical and comprehensive talks period and after 911 in terms of source and destination. In the subject of broadcast, it has been tried to search for possible reflection of Islamic revolution on those countries using common methods in measuring the reflection of Islamic revolution and providing hard evidence to prove these effects.Finally barriers and challenges faced by Islamic republic in exporting revolution to west Europe have been discussed.

Scotch believes that social revolutions happen due to domestic and international structures. He denies the role of leadership, revolutionary ideology and a goalseeking mentality from the beginning. He insists that revolutions are not made but they come.Studying the foundations in which this theorist is interested, this article tries to prove that differences in foundations will lead to changes in theory itself. What this article studies are epistemological, ontological, anthropological foundations and foundations in religion studies as well as social philosophy and methodology. Through a change in these foundations and replacement of Islamic foundations the theory itself will be transformed.

Iranian traditional bazaar has been among influential groups in the victory of Islamic revolution. Subsequent to the revolution, the relation between government and bazaar changed. Two theories may be laid out to explain this change: first independence of bazaaris from government second government's domination over bazaar and guilds. Given evidence through historical research method, it seems that both theories refer to bazaar realities after revolution.Results of this study indicates that during first decade following the revolution, the relationship between government and bazaar changed; a part of bazaar joined the government and a governmental part of bazaar was formed and important governmental positions were assigned to them. Nonpolitical part of bazaar went into a retreat and lost its power in civil society.

Islamic republic of Iran's system should have a comprehensive and reasonable design of its strategies and plans considering dangers and threats. These strategies for success should comply with this system's goals, facilities and barriers and preservation of its pivotal and central values. Applying deductive-analytic method, the author tries to mention strategic goals and policies pertaining to those aspects. The main hypothesis of this article is that government's measures will have an effective role in long term legitimacy and its thriving identity only if following its goals in the frameworks of strategies leads to consistency, unity and continuation of sustainable development. Having goals and values without "strategies" will never lead to goal achievement.

Having discussed the history of defending human rights in Islamic republic of Iran's foreign policy, this article have studied two types of measures taken by foreign policy system namely resorting to international organizations and individual measures. Then the position of defending human rights in the philosophy of sending prophets and establishment of an Islamic system has been mentioned. It has been proven that sending prophets and establishing a government is tightly linked to this important purpose. In addition, international legal system and the constitutional law of Islamic republic of Iran are another support for this approach in foreign policy in three fields; foundations, goals and principles of foreign policy. Islamic republic of Iran's foreign policy principles including peace, peaceful coexistence and defending the oppressed are other supports for this approach in foreign policy each of which has solid bases in Quran and Sunnah.

As a polemic term and an important foundation in state-citizen relationship, supremacy of law has a primary concept. In various paradigms, elements and main and primary components of supremacy of law are different. Some have accepted these propositions as reasons for its legality and some have stated reference and legitimacy as its main elements. In theory and in implementation, different impressions and analyses may be offered for these concepts such as impressions derived from form, content as well as thinking of it as a purpose and as a tool. Having investigated these concepts and impressions from supremacy of law, this article explains the primary concept and the intended impression in Islamic republic of Iran's constitution.
