Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to examination the Role of Irrational Beliefs and Aggression on Academic Performance of Grade male Students at Tabriz High Schools. The subjects were 240 Grade Male Students at Tabriz High Schools that selected multi-stage randomly. For addition the data, it used from Irrational Beliefs and Aggression Questioners, and the Mean's of students as Academic Performance. The data was analyzed by Pearson's correlation and multiple regressions. The resulte’s showed that there is significant positive relationship between Irrational Beliefs and Aggression (p<0.001, r=0.74), and Irrational Beliefs has significant negative relationship with academic performance (p<0.003, r=-0.61). There is significant negative relationship between aggression and students academic performance (p<0.005, t=0.52). And the predictor variables in this study, Irrational Beliefs and Aggression each of them have a role in order to predict of students academic performance. Finally, multiple regression coefficients with phases method showed that the collection of predict variables have relationship with students academic performance and predict it, but Irrational Beliefs variable has most role at variance explanation of academic performance ratio to aggression variable.

Abstract: 

This paper deals with Khaje NasierAl-Din Toosi educative methods and their effects upon the mothers’ attitude change in children trainig. The study method was of experimental which used of pre and posttest along with test and control groups. The statistical population consisted of mothers of girl pupils studying in elementary schools in Isfahan. The statistical sample included 30 mothers for test group and 30 mothers for control group who were selected stepwise randomly. The tool used to measure was an scholar-made questionnaire. Its reliability was %84 and %85 based on retest and alpha Kronbach, respectively. The results showed that Khaje NasierAl-Din Toosi educative methods had influences on the mothers’ attitude change in training their children.

Abstract: 

In this study, the researcher has studied the relation between the organizational culture and improvement in the secondary schools performance. The statistical population comprises all boys' and girls' high school principals and teachers from the five areas and from Jey district in 2006-2007, to taling 7069 in number. Using randomized stratified sampling proportionate to the sample size, 294 principals and teachers (76 principals and 218 teachers) were selected for the sample size. The measurement instrument was and organizational culture questionnaire. The three components: teamwork, attention to the client's needs and preparing the ground for organizational learning were classified as quality improvement components and such components as enablement and delegation of power to employees, development of abilities in high school teachers and employees, attention to pivotal values, attracting the agreement of high school teachers and employees, creation of coordination and integrity among employees, preparing the ground for change a school classified as organizational culture components. As the questionnaire was standardized, it was valid and based on the cronbach's Alpha, the reliability was 0.96 to analyze the data, statistical methods including freqvency Distribution Table, percentiles, mean store, standard deviation and graphs were used descriptively and analysis of variance for multiple variables, independent t-test, Pearson's correlation index and Tuckey tests were used inferentially, Data analysis indicated that there was a relation between organizational culture and improvement in the performance of Esfahan high schools' further, there was a positive and significant relation between enablement and power delegation to employment (r=0.679), development of high school teachers' and employees' capabilities (r=0.68), attention to pivotal values (r=0.556), attracting the agreement of high school teachers and employees (r=0.596), effective leadership (r=0.751), attention to long-term and short-term goals (r=0.669) and attention to broad perspectives at school (r=0.649) and quality improvement.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of the present was to study effects of descriptive & traditional evaluation project on classroom climate, affective characteristics and creativity for elementary education. It is an applied research which has a non-experimental design without a control group. The population of investigation was tertiary elementary education students at the schools of chahrmahalobakhtiari who have under descriptive and traditional evaluation. The samples, who were selected using random, consist of 480 students from this population (morgan, 1970). The result of the research after applying a spss softwar shows that there is a significant difference for classroom climate variables (cooperative, individualistic, competitive, fairness of grading, class cohesion, alinenation from school, and social support). moreover, the result also showed that between descriptive and traditional groups yielded a significant difference for students affective characteristics (satisfaction, negative affect, relationship with teacher, social integration, opportunity, achievement, adventure).

Abstract: 

Organizations will be universal leaders with intellectual capital and Learning capability quickly. This research has been done with objective study technological, cultural, social factors on settlement knowledge Management in Islamic azad universities. The research methodology is descriptive- survey. All the educational and executional managers in Islamic azad universities of mazandaran province have formed statistical population. Sampling method was classifical random and for determination sample volume have been used krejcie and morgan table, in the case participated 162 person in this research. Data collection has been done by questionnaire. For determination questionnaire validity have been used content and formal validity and the reliability of questionnaire was studied with utilization of cronbach's alpha and was calculated 0.81. The research data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistics and T test. The research finding demonstrate that: information technology is effective factor on settlement knowledge management and despite important organizational culture, organizational learning and human resource, this factors haven't effect on settlement knowledge management. The important suggestion of this research is increase rate capital investment in order to spreading technological infrastructures, education and utilization tools of information technology and update knowledge base.

Abstract: 

This study examined the comparision of emotional intelligence between gifted and non-gifted students of pre - academic level in Tehran city. Secondary hypothesis was relation between EI and academic achievement. The sample (n=120) included 60 gifted and 60 non-gifted students. The students completed Bar-on EQI (form 133 items) and academic mean of previous year was criteria of academic achievement. Findings indicated nonsignificant difference between Emotional intelligence of giftedness. Relation of between EI and Academic achievement wasn't significant. EI of girls was more than boy. Based of this results was suggested that emotional dimensions were highlighted in educational activities.

Abstract: 

This investigation measured the accordance of Isfahan education organization features with learning organization in three individual, team, and organizational areas. It tried to distinguish the respondents’ attitude towards education organization as a learning organization based on age, educational level, and teaching experience. The method employed here was descriptive survey study and the study population was high school teachers of 5 regions of Isfahan education organization in educational year of 2005-2006. The selection was made through cluster random sampling and 260 persons were selected from regions of 2, 3 and 4 by sample size selection formula. Out of this number, 18 did not answer the questions completely, so they were excluded from the study and the remaining 242 were included. The data gathering instruments were questionnaires of learning organization aspects, Atkins, and Marsik. The data was analyzed in two stages of descriptive statistics (frequency, percent, mean, and standard deviation) and inferential (one-sample t-test and one way ANOVA). The results showed that the education organization features in individual and organizational areas were in accordance with learning organization’s features but there was no harmony in group area. The attitude of persons in learning organization showed a meaningful difference just in individual area based on teaching experience.
