Abstract: 

Executing different educational programs with respect to the structure and tasks of the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad in order to update the knowledge and skills of staff is one of the primary tasks of the Research and Education Organization. This study aims at analyzing and formulating effective features in educational programs in the agricultural sector. In so doing, the following two questions about formulating effective features in educational programs in the agricultural sector were asked of the teaching and research staff and educational experts of the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad.1. What are the effective features of educational programs in agricultural sector?2. Which of the identified features to promote the effectivity of the presented model of educational programs are of more importance?This research is descriptive and survey-based.The statistical community, a total of 383 people, were the teaching /research staff, instructors, educational directors, and experts o the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad. Data-collection and measurement tools at this study were researcher-tailored. Data analysis was conducted on two levels of descriptive statistics (frequency, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-tests, multi-variable regression, and path analysis diagram).

Abstract: 

This research administered with the aim of investigates the relationship between trust of teachers to manager and organization with perceived distributive, procedural and interactional Justice among teachers in Isfahan city. On the basis of this goal, prom statistical universe, which include all of the teachers of 5 regions of Isfahan Education organization, 361 (male=127 & female=234) person selected for answer to the research questionnaires, with using cluster multistage random sampling research questionnaires were: two questionnaires for trust with manager and organization and three questionnaires for dimensions perceived organizational justice distributive ,procedural and interactional data analyzed with use of canonicals’ correlation and stepwise regression analysis. Correlation trust with organization and organizational justice dimensions and there is no relation between second couple correlation trust with manager and organizational justice dimensions. Also in predicting the trust with organization by perceived organizational justice dimensions, results showed that only interactional justice had high predictive power.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the amount of graduate students' skills in searching methods, using softwares, accessing and restoring the information retrieved from electronic resources. The research method was a descriptive survey and the statistical population of the study comprised of all graduate students of the university of Isfahan, 4035 students, in 2008-2009 academic years. The statistical sample was calculated to be 380 individuals based on the kergsy and Morgan table and using random clustered sampling method. The data collection was done through a researcher made questionnaire, containing three parts with the reliability and validity of 0.84 and 0.85, respectively. The first part of the questionnaire was devoted to personal information while the second part addressed the assessment of skills in information searching methods and the third part referred to using softwares, accessing and restoring information. For analyzing the data the statistical methods of correlation coefficient and one-variable t-test were used. The observed t was higher than the critical t value of the table at a=0.05 level which disclosed that graduate students with the average of 3.42 (higher than the average level of 3) possess the skills related to searching in electronic databases. Considering the skills of using softwares, accessing and restoring information, the observed t was lower than the critical t value of the table at a=0.05 level, which resulted in acquiring the average of 3 (equal to the average level of 3) and indicated that graduate students have an average of these skills. The observed r, with the value of 0.20 at p≤0.05, revealed a meaningful positive correlation between students' skills in information retrieval from electronic databases and their research success.

Abstract: 

The present study aims at studying the approaches to the development of human resources planning in Tehran educational Organization by Survey on Descriptive Method. The subjects were 70 managers and assistants from different educational bureaus of Tehran and 107 designers and statisticians. A 45-item questionnaire whose items had 5 choices was designed by the researcher through Likert Scale. 20 expert validated the questionnaire and its reliability was calculated to be .93 through test-retest method.Descriptive statistics were used for the calculation of frequency, percentage, mean and variance. And for the sake of identifying the main variables, inductive statistics were used .The results showed that some of the most important approaches towards the development of human resources planning in Tehran Educational Organization are: standardization of human resources, devise decent rules in order to get and keep human resources, payment system reform, combining training and educational activities, training creative and thoughtful staff, equal educational opportunities, prediction of human resources capacities, development of a teacher-knowledge testing system, collaboration of the staff in planning, estimation of needed human resources, qualitative and quantitative expansion of vocational training and development of information technology.

Abstract: 

This is to survey the relation between Time management and Emotional Intelligence accompanied by its components (Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Self-motivation, Sympathy and Social skills). The prepared reaserch has been conducted among the managers of the working-places of Esfahan steel company, that were 365 people (82 woman and 313 man) . by using of the method of random classified sampling choosed 120 people (22 woman and 98 man) as sample. type of field studying was the descriptive-correlation and in order to collect the data we used the seiwert Time Mamagement questionnaire and shrink Emotional intelligence questionnaire that validity of these two questionnaire be obtained through confirm those by guide and adviser professors. Questionnaire reliability also obtained through cronbach alpha coeificent, for Emotional intelligence questionnaire 0/85 and for Time mamagement questionnaire 0/84. the gathered data be analyzed by spss software through pearson correlation coeifficent in the descriptive and deductive statistics. Results of research showed there was a meaningful relationship between the Time Management and Emotional Intelligence at the level of P≤0/05 (r=0/387). Also there was a relationship between Time Management and the all components of Emotional Intelligence (Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Self-motivation, Sympathy and Social skills) with correlation coeifficents (r=0/276), (r=0/226), (r=0/281), (r=0/260), (r=0/214) at the level of P£0/05.

Abstract: 

As job satisfaction maintenance and its promotion always are as determinant factors for organizations, so this research is performed with the purpose of examining the effect of vacation and the kinds of holidays (i.e., national and religious) on job satisfaction in Khuzestan province in 1388. this research was performed by applying survey plan and about 330 employers from 6 organizations participated and two sampling methods such as Base on Purpose (for vacation) and Multistage Cluster (for holidays) were also employed. Then, according to 5 hypotheses considered in this research, a standard questionnaire that evaluated job satisfaction before and after vacation and holidays were distributed among the participants. The data were analyzed by applying T-test of dependent and independent groups, ANOVA and correlation. vacation, religious and national holidays (i.e., joyful) did not have any effect on job satisfaction, but in religious holidays (Tassoa and Ashora) the job satisfaction in employers increased, as after vacation, and their views toward work improved. vacation did not have any effect on increasing the job satisfaction but lacking of this opportunity or its low quality could lead to work force dissatisfaction and resulted in bringing about difficulties for organizations (Herzburg Theory).

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to compare academic achievement of pupolar students whit those who are isolated. For this purpose selected 4 secondray schools in Shiraz by cluster random sampling method. Given the grade three students of selected schools (including 490 boys) a socionetric test, they were asked to choose the person to whom they would like to play or go picnic in a park. Slected 36 students who had the lowest status of sociometric as isolated group and 36 students who had the highest status of sociometric as popular group. The criterion of academic achievement was the average of the students scores in grade one and two. The average of two groups were compared by independent t test. The results showed that the academic scores mean of popular students significantly higher than the isolated ones (P<0.001). This results indicating that academic competences and social competences are not independent and by increasing academic skills of isolated students, may increased their social acceptance.
