Abstract: 

This paper aims to study the leadership model, originated from the Quantum Leadership paradigm, in knowledge-based companies in the ecosystem of the Islamic Republic of Iran. For this purpose, library studies, profound interviews, observation and questionnaires are used as research tools. Whereas the most important research tool to achieve the research objectives was interviewing the experts dominating it, so qualitative method of data-base theory was used. This process was continued until realizing the “theoretical sufficiency” of interest in data-based method and stopping the interviews was specified with this criterion. Among 15 unfinished and profound interviews, overall 411 key points with indicator codes were specified. These points were conceptualized as abstractive concepts. Explaining and communicating among concepts will form them as items. Output of the mentioned coding resulted in answering the research questions and providing the research model in the form of 24 sub-items, 6 main items and 5 theoretical theorems.

Abstract: 

Aim of current research is to investigate the effect of innovation strategy on innovative performance of organizations for Knowledge-based companies of biotechnology area. For this purpose, investigating the relationship between tendency to learning, firm entrepreneurship, research and development innovation strategy and functions of national bio-organizations were considered. Statistical community of the research is all Knowledge-based companies which are 250 in number. In accordance with findings attained of 142 biologic Knowledge-based companies as research sample and using modeling structural equations, the research hypotheses were investigated. With regard to the research findings, all of the research hypotheses were emphasized. Furthermore, the role of research and development innovation strategy as mediator was supported.

Abstract: 

Although the origin and base of marketing is in the field of business, but the ability of this tool to influence on human behaviors has led to its use in political, social, cultural and other issues. Today the use of marketing knowledge in non-business subjects has become widespread in many countries. One of the most important of these subjects is social marketing. The aim of social marketing is to create social welfare through influencing human behavior to solve social problems. One of the social issues in almost all societies is poverty. Giving public assistance in the form of governmental or nongovernmental charities is one of the solutions for poverty reduction in many societies. But the content of social advertising to attract popular donations is a very important issue. Charities and financial donation in helping others have some principles in religious teachings. The behaviors out of this framework will not be accepted. So the promotion and advertising for persuading people to donation must in Religious teachings framework. In this study, with the analysis of 9 chains of verses in the Quran about inviting audiences to Enfagh, it was attempted to design a content model for charitable social marketing. The most important chain is 254 to 274 verses is Baqara Surah, which can be used as a template for construct social advertising in the field of charity. The Analysis of these patterns provides some guidelines for designing Enfagh social advertising. Some of the topics in Enfagh social advertising are Preparation for inviting Enfagh, the use of advertising appeals, addressing favorable behavior, and so on.

Abstract: 

In recent years, Jihadi management literature has extensively been entered the scientific realm of management discipline. Regarding the emergence and outbreak of management in the context of organization, one can say that it is crucial to identify the Extraction, dimensions and components of Jihadi organizations. This research is aimed to identify and characterize the features of a Jihadi organization in the area of industry. The approach of this research is qualitative and the data are gathered using semi-structured interview method and they are analyzed by content analysis. Taking the main question of the research into account that what the components and dimensions of the pattern of the Jihadi organization in industry sector are, the researcher extracted components of a Jihadi organization and then the extracted conceptual model obtained during the interviews had been inspected and confirmed in focal group meetings. Therefore, it is possible to study a Jihadi organization using four main sections including the foundation of Jihadi organization that contains Jihadi values, Jihadi morale and Jihadi work. This section is regarded as the dominant spirit in organization and performs an important role in formation and distinction of the organization versus others. Other sections of organization should have these features and Jihadi culture. Second section is the production elements which include five items such as human capital, policy making in production, production process and infrastructure, capital and raw material. The third section is Jihadi leadership in organizing things in which the main factors of production would end in goals and ideals under this leadership and organization. The fourth section includes goals and ideals of Jihadi organization in which these organizations are making effort to reach them. In each section, the distinctive aspects of Jihadi organization are inspected and they are compared to other organizations.

Abstract: 

In the years after the Revolution Victory, different approaches were formed among the professors and experts of the Mahdaviyyat field, which formed certain scientific context; and with regard to Islamic Revolution civilization orientation, each of these Mahdavi approaches can gain their specific capacities to realize this civilization. One of these approaches was the “foresighted and strategic” one to Mahdaviyyat which was presented by some experts of Mahdaviyyat field. This paper, which is a descriptive-detective research, aims to answer this question: what is the foresighted and strategic approach to the Mahdaviyyat and how much capacity dose it has to realize the Islamic civilization? For this purpose, in the first section for scientific introduction of this approach, a curriculum vitae (CV) with a defined framework, which was lent from “Samaniyeh Topics” of the science of logic, was used; and then in the second section, for capacity identification of civilization, after profound interviewing with the experts of this approach, using qualitative method of Thematic Analysis, in the form of three contents “descriptive”, “interpretative” and “integrating”; and using the software Maxqda, was coded and analyzed. According to findings and information resulted from Thematic Analysis, it was finally specified that the greatest civilization capacity of foresighted and strategic approaches will appear in the “scientific and technological”, “social”, “political and legal”, “spiritual and devotional acts”, “educative and moral”, “cultural and artistic”, “communicative” and “economic” regimes, respectively based upon priority, to move toward the civilization of reappearance (the new Islamic civilization).

Abstract: 

Invulnerability conception suggests the ability of promotion and improvement in the stressful and squally conditions. Indeed, invulnerability shows that when organizations face stressful factors, resistance is not sufficient alone. In these situations, organizations must not only maintain their structures, but also can improve and promote their conditions by learning from stressful factors in long term. If an organization can’t identify stressful factors timely and can’t remedy them, it will be defeated in weak parts and its structure will be lost. In this research, Qom Electrofan Company was evaluated in terms of invulnerability. To that end, the primary framework has been achieved by comprehensive review of literature and the studies carried out about invulnerabilities of different organizations; and experts, by holding sessions, and have extracted and supported the invulnerability criteria, and by the Gray-Dematel method the interaction of criteria was examined and the importance of each criterion is characterized through the process of network analysis. According to the results attained by research, learning by controlled risk can be introduced as the most effective sub-criterion of learning to make organizations invulnerable.

Abstract: 

Attracting the competent labor to the current competitive labor market has become one of the main resources of gaining the competitive advantages. This research, emphasizing the interest value (innovation value) to attract the innovative labor, aims to give offers on designing the “employer brand” to organizations of which priorities are presenting innovative products and services to community. This research is descriptive and scanning type in terms of objective, usage and the way of collecting data. Statistical community of the research is 102 persons of staff who were employed in central unit of Shatel organization in Tehran in short time before conducting the research among which 51 persons were chosen randomly as a sample. Questionnaires are the variable measuring tool that a part of them results from Bretton et.al standard questionnaires (2005), Kannex and Freeman 2006 and Bretz and Judge 1994 and the designed part of them is based on existing definitions of the variable. Modeling the structural equations, using software Warp PLS, is the method for data analysis. Results indicate that employer brand, through association, results in creating a favorite image of the organization in the job seeker minds and, feeling the person – organization propriety in mind, the person is attracted by organization.
