Abstract: 

In many organizations, Technology couldn’ t improve efficiency and performance. Hence In this subject, in-depth and targeted studies are needed to explore successful cases. One of these rare and successful cases is Shaparak. Shaparak is a new corporation in central bank of Iran as a large and public organization that is one of the newest technological proceedings in the central bank. This study was based on the occurrence of this technological entrepreneurial action. This study been done with grounded theory as a qualitative approach. From interviews, 138 categorical propositions in open coding and 38 sub-categories in axial coding sprouted. In selective coding 9 categories came up. These categories include historical background, antecedents of the event process, the structuring of new business models, to convince the public, regulation as the core category and the consequences. Finally the blossom of the grounded theory sprouted and corresponding policy recommendations are presented which can be used in large and public organizations especially in exposure to the new technologies.

Abstract: 

with respect to the process of creation of novelty among economists; that’ s why Schumpeter has used the term “ impossible” in regard to this unknowable process. This is a right term, since this subject matter can’ t be incorporated within the theoretical framework determined by orthodox conceptual rationality. Considering the importance and necessity of the creation of novelty for the process of development, the present article attempts to explain the process of creation of novelty in economic development and entrepreneurship. To this end, first the concept of novelty has been articulated and its necessity in the process of development has been analyzed; then, in order to present an introduction to explaining the process of creation of novelty, Schumpeter’ s article “ Development” , in which he tries to make an explanation of novelty, has put into discussion. Finally, the primary theoretical necessities regarding the creation of novelty and its impossibility conditions are presented.

Abstract: 

The objective of this research was to study barriers of starting and expanding home based businesses in rural areas of Urmia County. The research was an applied research and a descriptive research in terms of goal and method of data collection, respectively. The target population of the research consisted of all rural residents who were owners of registered and approved home based businesses in rural areas of Urmia County (N= 277). According to Krejcie and Morgan table, a sample size of 181 was selected using a simple random sampling method. Data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire. A panel of experts confirmed validity of the questionnaire. A pilot study was conducted to establish reliability of the instrument. Cronbach’ s alpha coefficient for the main scale of the questionnaire was equal to 0. 82. Data were analyzed using SPSSWin20 and AMOS20 softwares. The results showed that five factors namely, supportive weakness, restrictions of home based businesses, infrastructural and cultural weakness, knowledge and informative weakness and lack of related laws, by explaining 66. 483 percent of total variances, have gained the priority of first to five in forming and identifying the construct of “ barriers of starting and expanding home based businesses in rural areas” , respectively.

Abstract: 

Entrepreneurial passion has been shown to have important effect on starting and persistence of entrepreneurial behavior, however its causes has not yet been studied. This paper is aimed at investigating the effect of SQ on three types of passion including passion for inventing, founding and developing with the mediating role of ideal entrepreneurial identity centrality. This descriptive survey was conducted using the random sampling on 120 entrepreneurs of Tehran science and technology parks. The sample size have been calculated using Krejcie and Morgan table and 95 valid questionnaire were collected. Hypothesis testing were carried out through structural equation modeling using SmartPLS software. The results confirmed the effects of entrepreneur's SQ on entrepreneurial passion and the mediating role of ideal identity centrality in the relationship between SQ, inventing and developing passion.

Abstract: 

Many people with disabilities choose entrepreneurship to achieve a better balance between work and life. However, people with disabilities face multiple challenges to become an entrepreneur. One of the challenges that have been constantly suggested in the literature is the lack of entrepreneurial comeptencies and proper entreprneuship education and training. Accordingly, the main purpose of this research is to identify the required entrepreneurial competencies for disabled people. To do so, this study used the qualitative method of inquiry and semi-structured interviews with 12 entrepreneurs with physical and mobility disabilities and educational managers in the education and rehabilitation centers for disabled people in Tehran. The sample was selected purposively. This study revealed 38 components of entrepreneurial competencies of disabled entrepreneurs and classified them into 8 categories. These competencies include entreprneurial opportunity competencies as well as communicational, conceptual, organizational, strategic, personal, manament and business commitment competencies. We contributed personal competencies and business management competencies to the research framework. The results of this study enhance the knowledge and insights on disabled people entrepreneurship. Furthermore, the findings assist policy makers and educators in providing a more supportive and encouraging environment for diabled entreprneurship development.

Abstract: 

Current study with the aim of Effect intelligent leadership Social Entrepreneurship With the role of mediator organizational learning is done. Research methodology Of applied purpose of data collection is descriptive and correlation. The population consisted of all Bu Ali Sina University in Hamedan is staff with Cochran formula 185 as the sample through stratified random sampling method were selected. The data to gather were used from three questionnaires intelligent leadership, organizational learning and social entrepreneurship. The data after collecting were analyzed by using SPSS statistical software and Lisrel. The results showed that the direct effect of intelligent leadership on social entrepreneurship and organizational learning is positive and significant. Direct effect of direct effect of on social entrepreneurship is positive and significant. Indirect effect of intelligent leadership on social entrepreneurship with role of mediator organizational learning is positive and significant. As a result of the factors affecting the development of social entrepreneurship in higher education are intelligent leadership and organizational learning.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this thesis is ranking entrepreneurial supply chain management contents on new product development process in entrepreneurial firms of Iran detergent industry. The type of methodology used is descriptive-survey. As the results can help practitioners; this survey is conducted in an applied research. The analysis method in this level is integrated multiple criteria decision-making (AHP – TOPSIS). The statistical populations include 21 of production experts and top managers of firms in detergent industries (Paknam, Pakriz Co., kondor Co., Pars international products Co., Kafsaz Co. and Man Co. ). According to the results of AHP method, the Profitability criterion from new product and market share have the most importance weighed 0. 257 and 0. 249 respectively. According to results given of topsis method, sales and marketing, the market growth of detergent industry chain and organizational factors (human resources) are prioritized 0. 868, 0. 779 and 0. 757 respectively.

Abstract: 

Cognitive biases have received special attention within the entrepreneurship literature. Yet, the majority of these studies have neglected the role of risk perceptions. This paper aims to explore the affect of overconfidence and optimism on decision to start innovative activities and to examine the mediating role of risk perception. The research is applied and done based on descriptive-correlative method. Statistical population is included of 405 entrepreneurs that are activated in university incubators. Analyses were conducted using structural equation model (SEM) on a sample of 200 entrepreneurs. Samples are selected based on stratified method and proportional allocation. Data gathered by questionnaire and validity and reliability tested by respectively, conformity factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha. The results show that overconfidence and optimism positively direct influences decision to start innovative and direct influences of overconfidence is higher than optimism. Also, the results revealed that these cognitive biases contribute to innovative activities by decreasing risk perception.

Abstract: 

This research was aimed to examine the effect of entrepreneurial competencies on entrepreneurial alertness related to entrepreneurial opportunity. The research was type of applied and descriptive-survey research in terms of goal and data collection method, respectively. The statistical population of this study was consisted of 346 members of agricultural Consulting, technical and engineering services enterprises in southern townships of Kerman province, from which 132 members were surveyed based on Cochran formula and through stratified proportional random sampling. Data collected by the standard questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaire was examined through face validity and discriminant and convergence validity through average variance extraction. The reliability of the study instrument was examined through composite reliability which was at an appropriate level for different parts of questionnaire. (0. 82-0. 90). Hypotheses of the study were approved by results and entrepreneurial competencies had significantly positive effect on three dimensions of entrepreneurial alertness i. e. scanning and search, association and connection and evaluation and judgment. Results also revealed that entrepreneurial competencies had the highest effect on evaluation and judgment dimension.

Abstract: 

The present study evaluates relationship between Transformational leadership, Internal Marketing and Entrepreneurial Orientation of departments within the material procurement management at national Iranian south oil company. The purpose of this research is based on the type of application, as a method of obtaining data from a descriptive and correlation method. Statistic population included of 320 experts and managers working in departments within the material procurement management that using stratified random sampling and Cochran formula, 143 selected as the sample size. Data was gathering by questionnaire that validity of faculty members and reliability using a composite reliability and Cronbach's alpha confirmed. Data analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS) approach and Smart PLS software conducted. Results indicated a positive influence of Transformational leadership on entrepreneurial orientation (0. 409), Transformational leadership on internal marketing (0. 493) as well as internal marketing on entrepreneurial orientation (0. 381) and internal marketing as a mediator in the effect of Transformational leadership on entrepreneurial orientation intensity (0. 188) influence.
