Abstract: 

Due to the extraordinary growth of information technology and enhancement of network communications in the world, foresight activities are very important. Foresight shows many approaches which can be enhanced by decision making processes. In foresight, decision making is based on expert networking and creating knowledge. This future oriented knowledge can in novate future paradigms. Identification of research priorities and emersion technologies which effect on economical and social part of country is one of the most important objectives of foresight. Different activities are done in the foresight area in Iran, but the object of them was determining foresight situation and related frameworks. There isn’t any foresight study in network economic or digital economic area in Iran. This paper presents the capability of the foresight and economic network. Then reviews the experiment of other countries in the field of information technology foresight. In the next section, Iran’s situation was analyzed, therefore the strategies that can be useful for competitive advantages with regard to foresight capability were established.

Abstract: 

Developing a comprehensive model for knowledge management (KM) requires deep understanding of some basic concepts like knowledge itself, kinds of knowledge, management of knowledge and also different models of knowledge management. Attention to needed infrastructures like CEO support and commitment, leadership, human resources management, information technology, informal structures, social and cultural infrastructures, communities, continuous improvement, and KM tools are also important. Processes that help KM success shouldn't be forgotten (cognition, right planning, good design, correct implementation, and suitable evaluation). In this paper we will develop a model considering theses main concepts and characteristics.

Abstract: 

The main aims of management Of Human Resources in Creasing the efficiency of Individual Abilities Of Stuff and establishment of suitable working Condition for cache personnel. For recognition of effective factors of reform and improvement of stuffs revenue, many researches have been done witch it seems that the theory of quality work of life is as a variant compound and complex witch it is the resultant of effects of psychological, social, cultural, structural, management, and physical, bilateral reaction dimensions. In this research, Analyzing quality of work life's employers of Auditing a questionnaire after collecting classification and analyzing of related theoretical and researching in formation.the search samples, include 72 persons of employers of auditing organization. The collected information has been analyzed in the spss software environment by using descriptive statistical index.Maximum amount of ALFA has been considered One Percents (minimum assurance level 99 percents). The result of research Confirm the main Hypothesis that this Hypothesis explain meaning ful relationship between quality working Life and employers performance.

Abstract: 

The new product development process has not been more challenging than it is today. Turbulence in customers’ needs, pressure of global competition, fragmentation of markets into smaller segments, rapid and never-ending changes in technological aspects and flexible production, force the NPD teams to introduce new products to their markets as rapidly as possible, reduce production cost with the high level of quality and reliability. In this paper, first agility concept and its four main dimensions are used in the stages of new product development process, then the critical success factors of agile NPD process in Iranian manufacturing companies are extracted by using the explanatory factor analysis method .Through 34 main items affect the agility power of the new product development process, 6 most critical ones are extracted by studying the 264 NPD projects in Iranian companies. Identification and applying these factors can help the NPD mangers to increase their responsiveness power of new product and capture the competitive markets.

Abstract: 

We are living in an era in which everything is constantly changing and the only thing that does not change is change itself. With the internet revolution in late 20 th century and development of information technology applications in the 21 st century, organizations are facing even more challenges to cope with the fast pace and ever changing environment. Among these changes is a trans formation in organizational structure from bureaucratic to post –bureaucratic, with principles of more flexibility and less hierarchical control. This paper tries to study the post-bureaucratic organizations as a required organizational from in twenty-first century. To achieve this purpose, the post-bureaucratic organizations critical success factors (CSFs) have been identified through reviewing of research literature and classified in the frame of Tri-radiate Model in three co structural, content and context factors.

Abstract: 

The present research which named Assessing of correlation between organizational justice with organizational commitment in staff of girls guidance schools of seven districts of Mashhad The aim of doing this research way responding to this question that does the staffs organizational commitment whose managers obey the organizational justice is more? The present research is a finding field study of correlation kind that was population size 3400 people and sample size of 343 people of staffs of girl guidance schools of seven fold of Mashad It has been a partial random stratified sampling method. The time area of the research has been in the first half of the year 1387. In order to gathering information it is used of organizational commitment questionary of Mow day Steers and porter with Cronbachs Alpha coefficient 96% and organizational justice questionary of Nichoff and Moorman with Cronbachs Alpha coefficient 87. 61% In order to analyzing data it is used of descriptive and deductive statistics and middle indicator and correlation coefficient of Spearman and graded test of kruskal valise .According to achieving results it is confirmed that the organizational commitment of staffs whose managers obey the organizational justice is more. Also observing the International Justice and Procedural Justice has more relationship with staffs organizational commitment rather than Distributive Justice. Also the result of the ore sent research shows that a meaningful relation between staffs organizational commitment with record of service, educational degree, post, job province and working area has not observer.

Abstract: 

Positive performance of purchase department directly affects the lowering costs, increasing profitability and stability of a supply chain. Evaluating and selection of suppliers is considered on of the main responsibilities of purchase department in a supply chain. In this paper, in order to solve the problem of supplier selection, a fuzzy none linear multi objective model is presented. This model enables the decider to allocate different weights to different objective regarding its specific strategies. In addition, the possibility of using the model in conditions which loading costs are imposed to the buyers should be considered after calculating total purchase costs (materials procurement, load and maintenance). In the proposed model, the ambiguity in ranking different objective is considered by using the FAHP. In this article, for the first time the membership function of fuzzy numbers observed as trapezoidal.
