Abstract

 The present research which named Assessing of correlation between ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE with ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT in staff of girls guidance schools of seven districts of Mashhad The aim of doing this research way responding to this question that does the STAFFS ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT whose MANAGERs obey the ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE is more? The present research is a finding field study of correlation kind that was population size 3400 people and sample size of 343 people of STAFFS of girl guidance schools of seven fold of Mashad It has been a partial random stratified sampling method. The time area of the research has been in the first half of the year 1387. In order to gathering information it is used of ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT questionary of Mow day Steers and porter with Cronbachs Alpha coefficient 96% and ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE questionary of Nichoff and Moorman with Cronbachs Alpha coefficient 87. 61% In order to analyzing data it is used of descriptive and deductive statistics and middle indicator and correlation coefficient of Spearman and graded test of kruskal valise .According to achieving results it is confirmed that the ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT of STAFFS whose MANAGERs obey the ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE is more. Also observing the INTERNATIONAL JUSTICE and PROCEDURAL JUSTICE has more relationship with STAFFS ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT rather than DISTRIBUTIVE JUSTICE. Also the result of the ore sent research shows that a meaningful relation between STAFFS ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT with record of service, educational degree, post, job province and working area has not observer.
