Abstract: 

The organization’s culture can be a huge challenge to any knowledge program being rolled out; and yet very little is known about how organizational culture contributes to or impedes knowledge management. Therefore, this study with the purpose of feasibility a km implementation plan in the national Iranian drilling company, seeks to develop and test empirically a conceptual framework to investigate the effect of organizational culture on knowledge create process. Questionnaire and statistical analytical techniques by using spices and lisrel softwares applied to measuring the research variables. The results of the questionnaire analyses indicate that different types of organizational culture have positive and significant effects on the process of knowledge conversion and create organizational knowledge. Also, the complementary results indicate that democracy culture has the best role in the development of organizational knowledge creation and existing an innovation, and entrepreneurial culture is essential in the process of knowledge conversion and creating new knowledge.

Abstract: 

This study assumes that social networks include relations which provide information and required resources for entrepreneurs. A sample of 135 nascent Iranian entrepreneurs participated in GEM National Population Survey in 2011 has been implemented to investigate the effect of social networks on their business performances. To examine the moderating effect of family support between social network and business performance, the Structural Equation Modeling approach is used. Our research findings show the positive effect of social network on business performance. Moreover, findings suggest that family support of Iranian entrepreneurs increases this positive effect.

Abstract: 

Achieving agility in manufacturing requires a set of requirements in a company’s supply chain in order to support the agility in the supply chain. There are factors that can affect this agility. Therefore, identification and ranking these factors affecting supply chain agility is a strategic issue. To find a decent answer to this problem could be important in the long run and have dramatic economic consequences. Compared to other areas, a few researches have been done to identify and rank factors affecting agility in the supply chain. In current studies there is also a greater emphasis on quantitative criteria, while qualitative criteria have been less investigated. It is perhaps due to the inaccurate nature and the interaction between those qualitative factors.In this research, using fuzzy analytical network process (FANP), factors affecting supply chain agility are identified and ranked. To establish relationships between factors, interpretive structural modeling (ISM) is used. The proposed approach is applied in a case study. Results show that this approach can be helpful in achieving effective agents.

Abstract: 

The goal of this paper is to review the various indicators of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among Mazandaran university staffs. In this research, organizational citizenship behavior and the type of tasks University, work experience, education level, gender and type of employment, in terms of Organ theory have been analyzed. The method of survey is used for this study. Statistical population in this research consists of 300 persons of different department staffs of Mazandaran University. The research method is descriptive in which data are collected by a triangulation method using three questionnaires, interviews and document review.The findings show that Mazandaran University staff of organizational citizenship behavior enjoy. While enjoying the various indicators of organizational citizenship behavior, there is significant difference between them. Review documents also show that university education is not organized citizen action training courses.

Abstract: 

In the current changing and competitive world, organizations spend a large part of their energy to their employees, that their performance is the main factor of the success of organizations. Several factors affect the staff’s task performance, including the Islamic work ethic, positive feelings toward work and work engagement. The goal of this study is to investigate the effect of these factors using descriptive-causal methods on the task performance. Considering the important role of universities to educate the human resources, public universities were designated as the statistical community. Then based on the relationships between variables, assumptions and conceptual model were presented. Next, using data from a population of 280 people and by the techniques of factor analysis and principal component analysis, the variables of the model, presented in the research, conceptualized, and then hypotheses tested by using multiple regression. Results showed that task performance both directly and indirectly influenced by the Islamic work ethic (/45), Positive effect to work (/50) and job engagement (/19).

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of the strategic entrepreneurship dimensions. To reach the mentioned goal, the model of Ireland and his colleagues is used which include five dimensions: entrepreneurial thinking, entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial leadership, creativity and innovation, and strategic management of resources. In this article a combination of library and field methods is used and for collecting data the questionnaire is used and the reliability of the tool was approved by Alpha coefficient 97.58%. The study group consisted of personnel with the university degree in Peyman group of Amol. To test the hypothesis, Alpha, Friedman tests, and structural equation model using SPSS and Lisrel software are used. The results of the generality of structural equation model test have been proven the effect of strategic entrepreneurship components in Peyman group of Amol which was confirmed the effectiveness of all variables in model and entrepreneurial leadership variable has the most impact with 91 percent.

Abstract: 

This research examined the impact of internal marketing orientation and organizational citizenship behavior on organizational performance in University of Mazandaran. The colleges of University of Mazandaran and Personnel of them constitute are the population of this study the sample size of 131 was determined. Stratified sampling was applied to select the research sample. The data about the internal marketing orientation and organizational citizenship behavior was collected through questionnaires. Organizational performance data of the colleges were gathered from existing documents of the university. Alpha Cronbach was used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire. The alpha Coefficient was estimated to be 0.87. AVE was used to assess construct validity. It shows that the questionnaire has good validity. Data was analyzed using descriptive and parametric statistics through SPSS 16, Visual PLS and Smart PLS softwares. The path analysis test has been used to test the Hypotheses. The results indicate that internal market orientation and Organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Also the effect of Internal marketing orientation behavior had been proved on organizational citizenship.
