Abstract

The goal of this paper is to review the various indicators of ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) among MAZANDARAN UNIVERSITY staffs. In this research, ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR and the type of tasks University, work experience, education level, gender and type of employment, in terms of Organ theory have been analyzed. The method of survey is used for this study. Statistical population in this research consists of 300 persons of different department staffs of MAZANDARAN UNIVERSITY. The research method is descriptive in which data are collected by a triangulation method using three questionnaires, interviews and document review.The findings show that MAZANDARAN UNIVERSITY staff of ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR enjoy. While enjoying the various indicators of ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR, there is significant difference between them. Review documents also show that university education is not organized citizen action training courses.
