Abstract: 

The aim of this study is verifying the relationship between emotional intelligence and entrepreneur- ship among MA students of management in Islamic Azad University Mazandaran. Based on Krejcie & Morgan's sampling size table, we selected 66 out of 80 students as sample group which finally ended up with 60 due to the missing data collected. In this study, we used Bar-On Emotional Intelligence questionnaire and Scarborough & Zimmerer's entrepreneurship questionnaire. The results indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between any one of the four components of emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship. The coefficients of correlation are respectively r=0.359 r=0.374 r=0.333 r=0.389 with p<0.01.

Abstract: 

The present study aimed to evaluate the teaching process of the elementary school math teachers on the basis of the differentiated instruction approach. A field study was applied and the needed data were collected through purposive sampling using the Tomlinson’s class observation and collected data analyzed by weighed mean method and then fit on favorite continuum. The study findings showed that the teachers were on average level in respect to such factors as: students' comfortable feeling when asking questions or asking for help, showing effective management and leadership in classes, having relationship with students individually during the teaching process, assessing the students to insure understanding and the student’s awareness of the teaching objectives. Meanwhile the teachers were at a low level in the other aspects like providing guidance for focusing on learning objectives, paying attention to student’s questions during teaching, helping students in understanding their points of strength, stating clear instructions for doing homework, emphasizing on competing with selves and not with others, introducing proper standards for learning and paying attention to students with physical and behavioral disorders. These findings indicate a lack of familiarity of the teachers in this study with the constructive approaches and their applications is teaching and learning in classes.

Abstract: 

This study investigated student's satisfaction of educational services in Islamic Azad University of Sanandaj. Method of this research is descriptive- survey. The statistical community includes 11741 students of Islamic Azad University of Sanandaj Using Stratified random sampling based on the Cochran's formula, 508 were selected as sample. Customer satisfaction questionnaire was administered to the students. After gathering and analysis of data, it was found that most of students are not content about educational services offered, after-graduation services, public conception of the Department, loyalty to the university and extracurricular activities and there isn't a significant difference between different departments of Islamic Azad University of Sanandaj in terms of customer satisfaction. The average satisfaction was higher in boys than girls and there is a significant difference about the satisfaction of educational services among students' attitudes in the second, third, and fourth years of schooling. Finally, dissatisfaction indicators in sequence are extracurricular activities, offering of educational services offered, after-graduation services, public conception of the department, and loyalty to the university.

Abstract: 

The meaning of learning organization and organizational learning, in recent years has turned many researchers and many managers, especially educational systems attention to it. Here universities as one of the most important social structures that undertake duty of training creative, initiative, entrepreneur individuals, should take basic and serious steps toward change and development. From this perspective the movement of universities in country toward the learning organizations is realized as highly important. The present study attempts to investigate the conformity of Islamic Azad University Mahallat branch with learning organization's components from the perspectives of the faculty members and employees based on five factors of personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning, system thinking. In this survey, 72 participants were randomly selected out of faculty members and employees. The measurement tool was a questionnaire consisting of 40 items whose validity was provided by reviewing and confirming of experts and whose reliability was calculated from Cronbach's alpha formula as 0.95%. To analyze data, one-sample T test, Friedman test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test were used. The results indicated that amount of personal mastery, shared vision, and system thinking is more than average level and mental models and team learning is less than average level in Islamic Azad University of Mahallat. Demographic information showed that women's amount of personal mastery is less than men. Thus, the amount of shared vision among faculty members and employees with higher degrees than BA/BS was assessed less than employees with lower degrees. From the respondents' work experience perspective, those with more than 5 years of experience showed better than those with less experience regarding all the components of learning organizations.

Abstract: 

The goal of this study is to determine the relationship between time management skills and effectiveness of elementary schools’ management in Bustan and Golestan area. The population consisted of all teachers at boy’s elementary schools in Bustan and Golestan who were working there in the school year 1389-90 (640 teachers). The sample was formed by 128 teachers who were chosen with multi-stage cluster sampling method. A time management questionnaire with 30 items and also a 35-item questionnaire for effectiveness were administered. To analyze data, descriptive statistics and coefficient of regression were calculated. Results showed that there is a positive meaningful relationship between time management skills and their efficiency. Following results were concluded: there is positive and meaningful relationship between time management and manager’s effectiveness (a=0.01); There is positive and meaningful relationship between time management and technical skills in manager’s effectiveness with a=0.01 level; In other words, we are able to estimate manager’s effectiveness and their technical skills by time management; There is a meaningful and positive relationship between time management and manager’s effectiveness with human skills at a=0.01; in other words, we are able to estimate human skills in manager’s effectiveness by time management variable; There is meaningful and positive relationship between time management and perception skills in manager’s effectiveness at a=0.01; in other words, we can estimate perception skills in manager’s effectiveness by time management. Results of one variable regression analyze showed that time management skills are able to estimate the quality of small scales (skills) in manager’s effectiveness.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of the present study is to investigate the intellectual capital management in different zones of Islamic Azad University (IAU). The population consisted of all the employees of the IAU branches out of which 998 were selected using stratified random sampling method. The Bentis's (1997) Intellectual capital questionnaire was administered. The results of on-way ANOVA and LSD test showed that there is a significant difference between intellectual capital management indexes in different IAU zones. The average index of intellectual capital management in zone 3 is larger than the ones in zones 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13. The index in zone 4 is larger than that in 2; zone 5 is larger than 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, and 13; the index in zone 7 is larger than the ones in 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, and 13 but smaller than the rest of the zones; zone 8 is larger than 1, 2, and 6 but smaller than the rest of the zones; 9 is larger than 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 13 but smaller than other zones; this index in zone 10 is larger than that in zones 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, and 13 but smaller than other zones; zone 11 is larger than 2 and 6; zone 12 is larger than 2 and 6 and finally the index in zone 13 is larger than that in zone 2.

Abstract: 

Life today requires full knowledge and the acquisition of skills in using information and communication technology tools in a way that life, and subsequently competition, will be so difficult without such a tool and will lead to missing lots of opportunities in people's everyday life in a society. This research aims to study the role of electronic instruction in updating the information and communication technology (ICT) knowledge and skills among the employees of the ministry of education in Babolsar. This study makes use of the descriptive method and is conducted in a field study type. The target population in this research includes all the employees of the ministry of education in Babolsar totally 1015, out of which 285 were used as samples. A researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by related professors and whose reliability was calculated to be 0.97 through Cronbach alpha formula was used to collect data. SPSS software program was used for data analysis and the descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. Research findings showed that using electronic books and magazines, internet, instructional software and the MS Office software are effective in updating the employees' ICT skills.

Abstract: 

This Survey investigates the factors affecting research performance of faculty members in Islamic Azad University Roudehen branch. Methodologically, this is a correlational study. The population of this study included all faculty members of Islamic Azad University Roudehen branch, out of which 325 faculty members filled the questionnaires. Reliability of questionnaire used to collect the data was a=83% using Cronbach Alpha coefficient. The Spearman correlation coefficient indicated a significantly positive relationship between some of the individual and professional variables (e.g., using internet, research project, and training classes) and their research performance. In general, results showed that the above variables could explain about 68 percent of the variation in dependent variables.
