In this article, we want to show the effect of Islamic teachings and culture on the development of welfare indicators in Iran, specially, with a qualitative analysis method. Both before and after the arrival of Islam in Iran, Credence and religious beliefs always have a special place among the people. As far as, In some historical periods, people spent their lives and livelihoods based on these beliefs. Also nowadays, in modern Iran this matter is shown with intensity and weakness. Nevertheless, religious beliefs and religious training are effective in most aspects of daily lives of Iranians. Over time, one of the effects that these beliefs and teachings have on the lives of Iranian people is in the terms of welfare. These effects can be observed in some indicators like: Housing (shelter), Education, Employment and finally Health & Medical Treatment In this paper, at first, we investigate the proportion of religion with development and the impact of culture on the development of welfare, and more specifically, We will refer to Quran, customs and Islamic traditions Shia (According to the popular and official religion in Iran.And at the end, we survey theirs effects on the growth and development of welfare indicators in Iran One hypothesis of this paper is that there is no conflict in Islam and cultural factors influencing the development of welfare The aim of this study is really usage and we try to use descriptive documentary methods and go through the written works such as books, scientific articles, related sites and also Particularly, Studies and reviews in Islamic texts and narratives, In order to inquire the Impacts of Islamic teachings in the development of welfare indicators in Iran
