Professional social work has developed necessary theoretical backgrounds by using different human sciences, including sociology, psychology, social psychology, law, management and communication.The aim of this profession is to help individuals, groups and communities with social problems or those need to do some procedures preventing social problems.This profession based on an ethical charter and by using its professional abilities is attempting to empower individuals and families until they can increase their awareness about social problems and can use these internal sources for solving society problems or decreasing damages.In this research we delphied a group including twelve sociologists with 10-30 years experience in this field in Tehran or other cities.Outcome data show that our society fields and capacities have been changed in past 50 years, so some of the social work theories have been more applicable.

This paper seeks to examine "Land use planning programs" in Iran and France. And a quick look at the three dimensions of land use planning projects that will position the organization which outlined the history of land use planning in the world will. And ways to improve program management by experts in the land use planning is presented according to, Mainly as a comparative land use planning program between the two countries will be reviewed.

Increasing expansion of communication and information technology and easy access to internet and satelite tv have targeted all people at evety level of age, sex, nationality and culture and also at any time with great deal of information. Therefore, the investigation about social welfare and the influence of globalisation on it, is the main question of this article which will be explained through the summarization of socialogists, economists and others commentaries who have made theorizations in this domaine.In the first instance, a review on theories about globalisation will be presented and then those subjects related to social welfare will be discussed and finally, the relationship between the two concept will be investigated.

Information is a basic element in decision making for awareness of people. Right information will support the people to get more empowerment on social and cultural aspects.Application of media and Information Communications technologies (ICT) especially Satellite broadcasting, fiber and internet networks would help to individuals and group access to new information from distances just by a computer modem and telephone lines by connecting to internet and cyberspace. In fact, Globalization would possible with new communication technologies (ICT).Information communication Technologies were changed conditions of services to customers in the area of medicine and created new ways to health services. The aim of the paper is Pathology of especially women. This paper Based on social pathology, particularly women and changes based on the quantity and quality of research are examined.Research methods, meta-analysis. The data is based on criteria provided in tables and reading research documents. Statistical population of this research includes all research is readily available. Research carried out according to three factors; dimensions of time, research and field studies; 13 cases have been chosen. Research findings show that most of the research has been done, not the natural condition of society, but in certain places, such as parenting centers and prisons has been done. Also, most research has focused only on their whores and analyze information or a full explanation of this phenomenon is not given. Previous research also shows that despite the policies and measures taken in the last 50 years the "special women" has continued.

In this article, we want to show the effect of Islamic teachings and culture on the development of welfare indicators in Iran, specially, with a qualitative analysis method. As far as, In some historical periods, people spent their lives and livelihoods based on these beliefs. Also nowadays, in modern Iran this matter is shown with intensity and weakness. Nevertheless, religious beliefs and religious training are effective in most aspects of daily lives of Iranians. Over time, one of the effects that these beliefs and teachings have on the lives of Iranian people is in the terms of welfare. These effects can be observed in some indicators like: Housing (shelter), Education, Employment and finally Health & Medical Treatment In this paper, at first, we investigate the proportion of religion with development and the impact of culture on the development of welfare, and more specifically, We will refer to Quran, customs and Islamic traditions Shia (According to the popular and official religion in Iran.And at the end, we survey theirs effects on the growth and development of welfare indicators in Iran One hypothesis of this paper is that there is no conflict in Islam and cultural factors influencing the development of welfare The aim of this study is really usage and we try to use descriptive documentary methods and go through the written works such as books, scientific articles, related sites and also Particularly, Studies and reviews in Islamic texts and narratives, In order to inquire the Impacts of Islamic teachings in the development of welfare indicators in Iran

This paper wants to surveys welfare pattern in Iran and world. Welfare pattern is a theoretical framework which is used for survey of social policy.Welfare pattern almost is special for European and western government and less is used to developing counties. Social policy exists in Iran because of institutional welfare although in Iran there is not welfare state.
