Abstract

ISSUE: This study sought to examine and compare some indicators from the perspective of social WELFARE and social development in the fifth and the fifth development plan. Due to the difference of time this program's social, economic, cultural, and historic sites in the course of which it is trying to account for these differences Indicators of progress or desired look.Methods: This paper has benefited from the comparative method of content analysis techniques. The population in this study during the fifth development plan revised WELFARE and SOCIAL SECURITY and the social season is the fifth development plan As the emphasis in social WELFARE indicators have been studied.Results: In both vocational rehabilitation program is interesting and important. Both medical rehabilitation program is the fifth development plan for social rehabilitation and prevention of social pathologies addressed while the main focus is the fifth development plan.Result: Due to its fifth development plan period had relatively good social and WELFARE issues.In this respect that the program is clearly identified positive and looks.
