Manufacturing Organizations usually face complicated Problems, so they have to pay attention to the concept of Strategy. Hence these kinds of organizations always will benefit from a relative specified logic derived from the corporate Strategy, when faced by such complicated problems. Since, in the Manufacturing Organizations, Resources play an infrastructural role, and taking into account the most –practiced approaches to Strategic Management, the Resource Based view to strategic management in manufacturing has been favored by many Manufacturing Businesses during the recent years. In this research, the problem to solve is determining and selecting the optimized place between some options in manufacturing to develop the capacity, using RBV, on the top of strategic decisions in manufacturing. The methodology to solve the problem is that, at first step we decrease the Problem to the decision making matrix, and at second step, we evaluate the available options and the existing opportunities by the approach of RBV and give scores to the resources to the extent that they affect the appearance of advantages on the products in competitiveness. In conclusion, by quantitative analysis and processing of decision making matrix, we’ll be successful to select the optimized option in manufacturing by RBV approach.
