Abstract

Most of organizations are interest to appraising existence situation and using actions for promotion of situation in the future. Hence, appraising performance is on of the most themes for new management. Usually, performance appraisal is a necessary element in planning, control and decision making. SUPPLY CHAIN performance appraisal create information and feedback to managers about SUPPLY CHAIN activities in the view of satisfying customers expectations and also amount of strategic goals access. In this paper population were top and middle managers of Pooya Co. and sample were 28 people, and introduced an integrated BALANCED SCORECARD (BSC) ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) approach for SUPPLY CHAIN management (SCM) evaluation that with aims of measure SCM performance, and it is tried to localize sub-criteria of four perspective BSC in any level of firm strategic. The results show that, for SUPPLY CHAIN system evaluation, with attention of managerial level, strategic, operational and tactical level are ranked respectively, and with attention of four perspective BSC, customer perspective is perceived as the most important criterions in pooya firm.
