Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to Training based teaching model Bybee step (5e) on learning and motivate student achievement The study was experimental. The population consisted of all the male students in the Azad university Kermanshah city in academic year of 2017. (50 students) were selected by multi stage random sampling. Achieve ment motivation test was used tools. Analysis of the data involved both descriptive and inferential statistics including means, standard deviations and covariance analyses. The analysis of the data in the form of covariance analysis test showed that using Bybee Teaching Method on promotion Educational Achievement Motivation of Students and sub scales on the studied students. The findings of the research showed that there was a significant difference between control group and experiment group in the after the test (p=0/001). There were also difference between groups based on the Educational Achievement Motivation and learning of Students (p<0/05). According to the findings of this research it can be conducted that presenting of that intervention of education based on the Bybee Teaching Method for increasing the level of Educational Achievement Motivation and learning of Students; so this research suggests the use of education based on the Bybee Teaching Method Cooperative Learning Method to increase the level of Educational Achievement Motivation and learning in the students

Abstract: 

Motivation is one of the fundamental components that as an initiator and a director has a vital position in individual behavior. Paying attention to motivation as the most driving forces of behavior, with religious perspective has become so much important on account of the richness of Islamic teachings in directing and evoking individual and social behavior, its general successful experience in formulating and producing expecting behavior, and finally the necessity of being depended on religious teachings in producing local human sciences and application of science in action. The aim of this study was to develop a motivational framework based on holey Quran by using cyclical process of analysis method. This method including four steps: data collection and analysis, data reduction, organizing and interpretation. These steps provide the possibility of analyzing scatter and multi-dimensional qualitative data. Research population including all verses of holy Quran with motivational message. Furthermore, due to the nature of qualitative research, the researcher-made worksheets based on qualitative method of cyclical process of analysis was used as an instrument. The findings of the first phase were collected in the form of motivational messages and finally classified in scopes including: orientation, principles and methods of motivation. According to the results, it is hoped that the context of organizational concepts development especially motivational concept with Islamic approach being provided in our country and on the other hand, managers be able to increase human capital motivation to improve level and quality of their behavior and performance. Besides through this way they lead their organization to more efficiency and excellence in functional and cultural contexts fit for local and Islamic culture.

Abstract: 

This study is done to consider the effects of cooperative learning (Hamyar) and self-assessment of student on "self motivation" and the achievement of high levels of student learning. The research methods were Quasi-experimental and the training was conducted in two groups. Methods of teaching were collaborative learning (Jigsaw and Hamyar) and in the other were used the same way with self-assessment for 8 sessions of 90 minutes. Statistical society was all boy students in third year high schools of the Birjand. Sample of this study consist 54 students in 3 groups (the experimental groups and one control group). Sample of research was the available. The research tool has been spontaneous learning strategies questionnaire (MSLQ) of Pintrich & Grout. In addition the other was a geometry achievement test to measure the high and low levels of cognitive domain. One-way ANOVA test and Tukey post hoc test is used to examine their motivation test data. For analyzing achievement test data was used the mixed analysis of variance test. The main findings indicate that "collaborative learning and self-assessment" has an impact on enhancing "self motivation" of students in course of Geometry. The "collaborative learning and self-assessment" showed a significant difference in the groups about their motivational beliefs. Moreover, the pattern of cooperative learning and self-assessment has had a positive impact in high levels learning and at low levels student learning in the cognitive domain.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to provide smart schooling model-based curriculum for the education system in Iran. Research was conducted using a combination of two exploratory methods of qualitative and quantitative methods. In the qualitative part, content analysis and synthesis research were used and in the quantitative part, a questionnaire was designed to determine the validity of the model from synthesis research. Research area in the qualitative level in the content analysis section has been all articles and books in the field of curriculum based on smart schooling and in the synthesis research has been smart schooling curriculum-based countries such as Malaysia, Australia, Finland, Singapore, South Korea and Britain. The sampling method was targeted sampling and it was continued to theoretical saturation. The statistical population in the quantitative section included all the experts and professors of Curriculum and Educational Technology and national and provincial trainers of smart schooling in Iran who were selected by stratified random sampling as 375 people and answered to a 41-item questionnaire symbolizing the introduced model. Information analysis in the qualitative section was done using categorical syllogism system and the topical coding. In the quantitative section, it was done using confirmatory factor analysis. The results of qualitative content analysis showed that smart schooling is a concept that involves five aspects of management system, teaching and learning environment, empowerment, hardware and software. Based on the results, synthesis research of the curriculum model based on smart schooling has a structure with elements of the objectives, content, teaching-learning methods and methods of evaluation.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment and transformational leadership of elementary schools’ principals in Golpayegan in school years of 2012-2013 on the basis of descriptive correlational methodology. 100 elementary schools` principals in Golpayegan in school years of 2012-2013 were the statistical sample of the study, 80 of them were chosen through sample size formula and stratified random sampling proportionate to the size of the sample and based on the gender as the participants of this study. The instruments of this study were four different questionnaires including Organizational Citizenship Behavior by Organ (1996) with 27 questions, Organizational Commitment by Mayer (1985) with 24 questions, Spiritual Intelligence by King (2008) with 24 questions and Transformational Leadership by Boss (1992) with 24 questions. The reliability of these questionnaires was confirmed by the supervisor, adviser, and some participants of the study. The validity of the questionnaires were estimated by Cronbach`s alpha respectively as 0. 80, 0. 78, 0. 88, and 0. 85. Data analysis was on the base of descriptive analysis (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and inferential statistic (Pierson correlation test, multivariable’ s regression, and MONOVA). Abstract: 

The main objective of this paper is to investigate the teachers' experiences getting high academic studies over the maintenance services based on human power. The research method is qualitative and phenomenological. Participants in this study were teachers with PhD degree in Marand education office who were selected by purposeful sampling and its number continued with respect to the nature of the qualitative research to theoretical saturation of data (8 people). The data were collected through a semi-structured, deep interview. The method of data analysis was the method of coding the subject with using the seven-step method. The validity of the present study was an internal type of validity, so that the data were analyzed by both authors of the article in order to rebuild the reality. Then, the data and interpretation of them were made available to the teachers themselves who participated in the study to confirm the accuracy of the data and the interpretation. In order to increase the research's reliability, the interviews were conducted with an earlier program in an appropriate atmosphere and observing the interviewing conditions with necessary guidance and away from bias and personal conduct. . About 16 sub-themes were extracted through partial concepts maintaining respectively within the main theme (job satisfaction, meritocracy, job promotion and organizational commitment). Based on our findings, lack of job promotion considerations, lack of meritocracy and job satisfaction are correlated with the teachers' resignation despite their organizational commitment and job concern. So, we can say that there needs to be a change in the current structure and organization of education in line with the system of meritocracy and the reduction of bureaucracy and the strengthening of participatory governance.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present study is presenting a Conceptual Framework for instituting a manager merit selection of Bank Melli Iran. Research method based on aim was practical and based on data type was mixed (Qualitative and Quantitative(. The population of the study in qualitative part includes Elites and Banking Specialists. Among them, the sample was selected according to purposive sampling and 10 person’ s saturation method. The second group of the study population includes all (3766) all the managers of the National Bank of Iran in the country. The sample size of 400 was selected by Stratified random sampeling method. Data collection was done by library method. Semi structured interviews (qualitative part) and questionnaire (quantitative part) was used. For measuring the questionnaires’ validity, the face, content and construct validity were measured and for measuring the questionnaires’ reliability, Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient and combination reliability were used. The results indicated that the researched made questionnaire was valid and reliable (knowledge (0. 862), skills (0. 812), individual factors (0. 858), organizational factors (0. 812). Data analysis was done thrugh content analysis. descriptive and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling, exploratory factor analysis) were used in quantitative part using SPSS and SmartPLS soft wares. The results of the study indicated that the components of internationalization of universities are knowledge, skills, individual factors and organizational factors. According to the components, a model was presented which was in good fit. It means all components in good condition.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is examination the role of toxic leadership style on organizational trauma by considering the role of mediator of organizational silence. The present research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of collecting data is a descriptive research type and is a branch of survey research. The statistical population of the research was 240 numbers of employees of Azad University and payamnoor University of Shiraz; that147 numbers as statistical sample have selected by using simple random sampling method. Data have collected by using standard questionnaires; Structural equation modeling and Lisrell statistical software have used to analyze them. The conceptual model of research has a favorable fit. The results of the research show that toxic leadership style has a positive and significant relationship with organizational silence and organizational trauma. research Findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational silence and organizational trauma. Also, the results of the data review show that toxic leaders can lead to organizational trauma through creating a climate of organizational silence.

Abstract: 

The present research is a component of quantitative and qualitative research. The research participants were faculty members of universities in the field of education and higher education. Twelve faculty members of Shiraz, Tarbiat Modarres, Razi, Yazd and Tehran sciences and research branch universities were selected by means of targeted sampling of key experts and following theoretical saturation technique. Data were collected using two tools: "Document Examination" and "Semi-structured interview". The data analysis method was used to data analysis. Finally, the main finding of the study was the design of a professional identity model of faculty members with 5 general themes: 1) background 2) personal 3) social culture 4) professional and 5) political-economic. Based on the selected model of the content network, a faculty member's professional identity questionnaire was developed and 30 faculty members were assigned to determine the validity and reliability. The validity of the questionnaire was analyzed by the Item analysis and its reliability with Cronbach's alpha. In a quantitative part of the study, a questionnaire was distributed to 331 faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Fars province selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. The results of repeated measures of variance analysis indicated that faculty members, professional, personal, cultural, social, political and economic factors had the highest and the least impact on the growth of their professional identity, respectively. The results of multivariate analysis of variance also showed that there is no significant difference between the professional identity of faculty members with different scientific degrees.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to Designing a model of talent management for secondary school teachers in Ardabil. The study population included secondary school teachers Ardabil was in 2360 that number using multi-stage stratified sampling method chosen sample of 331 persons were chosen. The data collection tool was Teachers talent management made questionnaire. Face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. Convergent validity (AVE) questionnaire / 80. Was obtained. and Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 83 /. Was obtained. PLS2 software for quantitative data analysis, structural equation modeling was used. The results showed that meritocracy (decent selection, good breeding, good impressment) through talent management causal factors (organizational maturity and organizational structure), talent management strategies (teaching staff, planning the implementation of talent management, decentralization), field agents (the participation of teachers, systematic structure, training facilities) and independent schools is positive and meaningful impact on organizational development. Linkage between or acetone-Gaysr index also showed that the structural model of appropriate quality.

Abstract: 

One of the most important issues in higher educational system of Academic Art is to increase creative thinking skills in students and to establish a suitable proportion of that in the comprehension processes of exquisite artistic creations. Here, one of the important variables is how to organize art educational system in proportion to thinking, creativity and all kinds of human perceptions which based on De-familiarization Approach can be effective in making a deep and exquisite change in educational system. The aim of this research is to offer proper solutions to adjust the hierarchy of educational steps on each of these levels which is done by quality method and Grounded theory guidelines. In accordance, it has been attempted to choose the main axes and minor levels of data by using textual inductive analysis and open selective theoretical codification. To validate the rate of validity and functional credit of data, the competent artistic analysts have been consulted, out of the inter-textual theoretical hypothesis. To show the rate of validity 35 general issues in 4 relevant hierarchies which the study process is presented in the form of paradigm framework including: primary solutions, secondary proportions and the outcome levels.

Abstract: 

The present studys aim is to indentify the challenge and damage of innovation capacities creation in Iranian university management based on Islamic Azad University. The research method is applied in terms of the applied (qualitative-quantitative) data, and in terms of the nature and method of the implementation of the foundation and a cross-sectional survey. The studys statistical population in qualitative part were University experts that 17 of them is selected as samples and participated in the interview process. The statistical population quantity part were 248 persons in position of managers, research and technology assistant, educational assistant, faculty heads and prominent academic staffs that the emphasis was on different management attitude and expert of higher education in Islamic Azad universities branch. Based on Morgan's table, 212 people were selected as sample size and distributed randomly among the questionnaires, that finally, 197 questionnaires were returned. The designed questionnaire consisted of 2 dimensions, 9 components and 106 indicators, which were arranged in the form of a two-way Likert spectrum. In order to determine the reliability and validity of the qualitative part of Delphi technique, in the quantitative stage for determining the validity, formal validity were used and Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the credibility of the questionnaire. The data analysis method is used in the qualitative section of the encoding technique and in the quantitative section, besides the descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory, and one-sample t-test and two correlated groups, have been used. The results are as follows: The appropriate for innovation capacity creation in university management has 2 dimensions, 8 components and 106 indicators (including hard dimension with three components of organization and organizational structure(35 indicators), organizational processes (3 indicators), resources and equipment(4 indicators) and soft dimension with 5 components of organizational culture(12 indicators), human capital management (18 indicators), leadership and strategic management of knowledge (14 indicators), education and promotion of science (9 indicators), research and technology (11 indicators). Abstract: 

The aim of this research is to identify On-The-Job Training(OJT) indices and determine their relationship with staff Performance Improvement(PI) among staff of Iran Forensic Medicine Organization(IFMO). This is a cross-sectional study which is done based on descriptive and analytical method. The study population is 2800 people working in IFMO in 2017 among which 338 persons were randomly selected based on Cochran's Formula using multi-stage clustering sampling among 15 selected provinces. Data was gathered via two researcher-structured questionnairs including OJT and performance improvement parameters. Face-related and constructive validity of the questionnairs were approved by elite and experts while using Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient showed an acceptable reliability calculated respective 0. 89 and 0. 87. Correlation Coefficient between 9 identified Indices of OJT with 3 identified factors of PI was approximately calculated 0. 77 by which technology and individual performance showed the highest coefficient as 0. 92 and 0. 96 respectively. Findings showed that there would be a positively significant relationship between OJT's indices including need assessment, aims and priorities, content, planning and implementation, way of evaluation, executive management, facilities and equipments, technology and learners) with PI's factors including job performance, individual performance, and organizational performance. Also, findings showed that the best predictor would be modern technology for PI regarding OJT's indices.

Abstract: 

Teachers are the future makers of society and the driving force for developing of the country. The aim of this study was to identify factors that lead to the development of the culture of teachers’ collective efficacy in Tehran schools. This study was conducted with a phenomenological qualitative approach. To identify the factors contributing to the collective efficacy of teachers, we used the semi-structured interviews of the 3 international theorists and 21 national experts in the field of education that were purposefully selected. The required data were collected based on theoretical saturation; Because we got theoretical saturation after 24 interviews. We used software NVivo 10 for data analyzing. The results showed that 8 factors play the most important role in the development of the culture of teachers’ collective efficacy in schools. These factors included: "the quality of life of teachers, " the highest rating in the first place, "empowering teachers" in second place, "motivational features" third place, "enabling structure" in fourth place, "personality" in the fifth, "supervision and guidance" in the sixth, "targeted planning" in seventh place and "educational policy" in the eighth position. Therefore, all these factors and the proposed solutions need to be considered in unison to develop the culture of teachers’ collective efficacy in schools.
