Abstract:

In this study 1000 goats were studied with comparative Intradermal tuberculin test in selective sampling method in sanandaj area. In all goats 11 recognized responded positive or suspicious. The reactor goats were slaughter led then carried out sampling of different organs and bacteliogic and histopathologic examination on them. In one of the samples mycobacterium tuberculosis was isolated from L.g culture media and differentiated by differentiae biochemical test Since this study is the first basic research about diagnostic tuberculosis of small ruminant and isolation M. tuberculosis from goat, therefore it shows that the presence of Tuberculosis at least in goats is expectable in Iran.

Abstract:

Intraosseous injection of medicines and liquids in emergency cases can be a good alternative for intravenous injection. Because this method more speed than before method and also the efficiency of this method in the various conducted studies in the world has been proved. In this study two group of dogs, each group with 7 number were used and a mixture of ketamin with a dose of 5.5 mg/kg and xylazine with a dose of 1 mg/kg in each group have been used. In one group the intraosseous. Injection and in the other group the intravenous injection. In this survey, there were significant difference in the cases heart rate and respiratory rate. Findings of this study indicated that there was no significant difference between the/anaesthesia/ as a result of intraosseous injection with medicine mixture of ketamin 5% and xylazine 2% and intravenous injection of it.

Abstract:

In this survey, the individual and mixed effects of heavy metals such as copper and cadmium and detergent (LAS) on 1g white fish Fry (Rutilus Frisii Kutum) were studied with 6 treatments and one blank in 3 replications using OECD method (1964) in the laboratory and concentration limits were determined with logarithmic method for Cadmium (0.1-0.5), copper (1-5) and LAS (10-19) mlg/l. Finally, The achieved results were calculated with Probit analysis (Finny, 1971) and Correlation coefficient was regarded for Cadmium 0.93, copper 0.92, and LAS 0.98 and in mixture of Cadmium and LAS 0.93 and mixture of copper and LAS 0.98. The amounts of Lc10, Lc50 and Lc90 and permissible limits of above – mentioned pollutants were calculated too. Copper effect on white fish fry caused Lc10=1.83, Lc50=4.02, Lc90=8.79; Cadmium effect caused Lc10=0.11, Lc50=0.21, Lc90=0.34; LAS caused Lc10=5.91, Lc50=11.62, Lc90=22.71; mixture of LAS and Cadmium caused Lc10=0.017, Lc50=0.047, Lc90=0.12; mixture of LAS and copper caused Lc10=0.02, Lc50=0.09, Lc90=0.37. Hierarchically, the amounts of pollutants permissible limits for Cadmium effect on white fish fry were 0.021, for copper 0.4, for LAS 1.16 and mixture of Cadmium and LAS 0.004 and mixture of LAS and copper 0.009.

Abstract:

Six healthy male dog aged about 1.5-2 years with average body weight of 20±0.5 kg were selected for this study. Before experiments, vital signs were recorded. Blood and urine samples were collected prior to the trails and paraclinical examinations were performed. Urine samples were analysed for glucose, bilirubin, urobilinogen, blood, keton bodies, pH, creatinine, specific gravity and urine precipitation. Serum samples were analysed for creatinine and blood uria nitrogen. Electrocardiographs were taken and then positive contrast cystography with the use of urografin 76% was performed on each animal. After 2 and 24 hours clinical parameters were recorded and urine samples were collected. Ventrodorsal abdominal radiographs were taken immediately and at 5, 20 and 40 minutes after injection of contrast media. In each case there was no significant difference between the clinical, urine, biochemical and heamatologic parameters befor and 2 and 24 hours following injection of urografin (P>0.05). electrocardiographic findings showed no abnormality following injection of urografin. Radiographic findinges showed that urografin had suitable and perfect contrast with no side effects for urinary system in small ruminant.

Abstract:

Our reasearcher harvested some of Capoeta damascina fish that they are local fish of province kerman, from Baft rivers in 1382-83 and put them in variety of temperature (below 10- 10 to 20- 20 to 30– 30 and above 30°c) in some aquvariums. After days, some confession signs on fish saw such as hemorrhagic in the surface of fin and through fin-corrosion fins- unusuall swimming scites and ….Reasult of this research was showing 80% of fish which was in 20-30°c and upper, became sick and bacteria Aeromonas hydrophila was isolated from kindy and fins, fish which was in 10-20°c, 40% was polluting, but 1% fish were in below 10°c was involved.

Abstract:

The specific aim of this study was to determine the effects of varying levels of Natural Zeolite on production index and feed cost of 240 (male and female) Lohman chicks. In this study, using a completely randomized design with six treatments, four replicate and ten samples for seven week in three periods of starter (0-21 days), grower (21-42 days), and finish (42-49 days) were investigated. Maize and Soya were used to balance the diet and level of zero (control), 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 percent of zeolite was added and energy and protein levels were same in all diets prepared. The results obtained in the experiment showed that: The production index increased significantly (p<0.05) with the increase in the level of zeolite in the diets and were highest (208.99) in treatment 5. Results indicated that body weight gain between treatment were statistically significant (p<0.05) and the highest daily live weight gain were related to treatment 5 with 4 % zeolite (49.10 g) and lowest value (44.28 g) were obtained from control with no zeolite in it. Between treatments the difference in feed conversion ratio were significant (p< 0.05) and lowest value (2.11) were related to treatment 5 with 4 percent of zeolite.varying levels of zeolite did not have any significant effect on feed intake and Mortality. But the groups receiving 3% and 4% zeolite was exhibited best feed efficiency than the control group (p< 0.05). The price per kg of food prepared were decreased to a lowest value in treatment 5 with 4% zeolite in it (p< 0.05). Under the condition of this experiment, the use 4 percent of zeolite content the diet exhibited the best effects on performance and reduction of production cost.

Abstract:

Theileriosis is an important clinical disease and cause of mortality of ruminants in the enzotic area such as Iran. Meat from this animal must be deleted. This study was made to determine the prevalence of bovine Theileriosis in sanandaj slaughterhouse in 1385. A total of 252 suspected cases with enlargmented lymph node (theileria annulata cause severe lymphoproliferative disorders in cattle) were examined and investigated for the presence of Theileria schizont in appropriate lymph node smears. In this study, 26 cases (10.3 %) were infected. Seasonally, the prevalence of Theileria infection reached the highest level in June (32%) and July (16%) and August (20%), while a decrease was observed in February (0 %) and march (0 %). There was significant differences between the rates of affection in breed` sex and age. The most prevalence of Theileria infection absorved in third age group (above 4 years old) (66%) and female genus (77%) and hybreed race (54%).

Abstract:

Cryptosporidosis is one of the common diseases among human and other animals. The causative agent is protozoa from cryptosporidium Spp. From general public and veterenary field view point, this protozoa has great importance due to it is resistence against enviromental and physicochemical condition. Different species of this parasite cause disease in human and animals. Cryptosporidium parvum, as one of cryptosporidium Spp, results gastroentritis as well as diarrhoea meanwhile, Cryptosporidium andersoni is located in abomasal mucosal layer then weith loss, down production of milk occurs. On the other hand it causes chronic emaciation which is important from economical point. There is no effective therapy in animal or human. So the best way is prevention and limiting the transmission. In our study for detecting contaminated cattle and buffalo, we selected 300 cattles and 300 buffaloes of Tabriz slaughterhouse, throughout nine-months. We prepare smears from abomasal mucosal layer then stained with modified Zhile-Nelson. To differentiate two Spp as aforementioned, we used and focused on diameter size of Cryptosporidium. Finelly, 16 out of 300 and 10 out of 300 cattle and buffalo were positive, respectively. So, in this study we found that the contamination rate can exceed to 5.3% and 3.6% in cattle and buffalo, respectively. This shows that occurrence of crptosporodiosis is noticeable.
