International exhibitions are as one of the most important introducing channelsfor product and transfer of technology in the world. This study has identified the strategic aspects of exhibition destination attractiveness in Isfahan International Exhibition. Participants in this study include exhibitors and visitors. The scale of exhibition destination attractiveness was applied on them. In this paper, Cronbach's alpha and combined research were used for reliability, and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis for validity. Results revealed that the Cronbach's alpha coefficient for scale of exhibition destination attractiveness was equal to 0. 91. For subscales of facilities, availability, city / host region as a competitive source for exhibitors, economic environment, host city leadership in industry and leisure environment was calculated 0. 75, 0. 85, 0. 79, 0. 82, 0. 81, and 0. 78, respectively. The result of confirmatory factor showed that this scale is a second-order constituent made up of facilities, availability, and city / host region as a competitive source for exhibitors, economic environment, host city leadership in industry and leisure environment.

The main objective of this study was to examine the effect of knowledge culture on strategic innovation in companies located in Tehran University's Science and Technology Park. In addition, the present study examined the role of knowledge absorptive capacity and considered that strategic flexibility is strengthened or weakened this relationship. The philosophy of the research is positivism, the approach is deductive, and the strategy is surveying. Therefore, after reviewing the literature and designing the conceptual model, a questionnaire consisted of 24 questions presented to a sample of 113 staff members. Then, the data were gathered and analyzed by Smart PlS software through correlation matrix, structural equation model and fitness test. Finally, all three hypotheses were confirmed. It was found that knowledge-based values and beliefs affect potential and realized knowledge absorptive capacity, and this absorptive capacity is effective in creating new business models. Furthermore, the study showed that the relationship between absorptive capacity and strategic innovation to is strengthened by rising of strategic flexibility.

In This article by using Foresight methods as cross impact balance and the scenario planning to identify strategic factors affecting the banking industry discussed the future And then the major scenarios ahead the banking industry are compiled and analyzed. Initial research data have been analyzed by using the mic mac software. The results obtained from the use of CIB showed that 10 key operating profitability, resources and expenditures, government and the economy, interest and reserve requirements, payments, capital adequacy, sanctions, laws and regulations, duty facilities and environment of economic uncertainty among identified factors will have the greatest impact and influence on the future of the banking industry, these basic factors used in scenario planning. In order to scenario planning at this stage of experts were consulted and ultimately the sum of 31 possible positions for 10 factors were defined. Possible position for any of a variety of situations covered unfavorable to favorable. An analysis performed by the scenario wizard software, 5 strong scenarios and 9 believable scenarios of based on 31 possible positions on the 10 key driving was extracted.

Customer Knowledge Management (CKM) provides this opportunity for organizations to be able to diagnose created opportunities in the market and increase their competitive advantage. In this paper we have tried to identify the strengths and weaknesses of after sale service agents for the purpose of gaining satisfaction of current customers by use of data collected from a set of customers of an industrial complex, as well as to assess these companies efficiency and to consider the connection between their competence aspect with service. This result indicates these companies efficiency for providing service to other customers and this procedure will make it possible to take decision for devolving great.

In recent years the study of various costing pattern, led to revealing deficiencies for that and trying to improve them. However, because of the importance of cost and the advantage that recognizing it has in planning and rating of organizations, in this research has been tried to assessment of function of Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) pattern, compared to the classical costing in particular ABC, in service companies. This paper has an applied purpose and the analysis is descriptive by using correlation method. Financial records and documents were used to the collecting the data and finally the costs calculated by TDABC model and current model, then Student's t-test were used to compare the two samples. The results indicated that TDABC was more efficient than the classic costing, which used at Barakatel Company, for calculating the services' costs. This method can also apply by managers to finding out the idle capacities and costs for different purposes.

This research has been conducted to determine the level of knowledge and readiness of people in Pakdasht city against earthquake phenomenon and to identify the most appropriate method of safety education and people's needs in this field. For this purpose, a survey has been done among residents of the Pakdasht city to obtain their knowledge and readiness on earthquakes, their awareness of the earthquake, their needs, their behaviors during the earthquake, and the most accepted and appropriate educational methods for transferring concepts and safety measures to them. The statistical sample included in this study is 512 inhabitants of the city of Pakdasht. A questionnaire was designed for collecting data and has been completed by questioners by visiting the door of houses and high schools. After collection, the data were extracted and analyzed using SPSS statistical software. The most important achievements of this study suggest that the provision of educational methods should be based on the common culture and interests of the people of the region. On the other hand, school drill continues to be one of the most important ways of informal education in institutionalizing the society's social culture against the effects of earthquake. These first-presented results will clarify ambiguous angles and provide future plans for disaster management and earthquake risk, as well as training residents in the capital's suburbs.

Nowadays, the organizations should assess your situation by using strategic planning, and formulate and implement the appropriate strategies. The key of the successful implementation of strategies is that people understand them. Since the strategy map describing strategies of the organizations and help people understand them plays an important role in this regard. The organizations often prepare strategy map using the senior managers and experts’ opinions and ideas of organizations during a series of multiple management sessions. The aim of this study is to introduce an innovative approach using diagraph theory which can develop and draw the causal relationships between the strategic objectives of the strategy map with the aggregation and processing of the experts’ judgment. The research statistical population is determined ten expert managers of a Food and Drug government organization. The results of the implementation of this approach and its efficiency are examined are applied in a Food and Drug government organization.
