Abstract: 

The necessity of flexible responsiveness to impacts of globalization process on economic structure of cities of the world, accompanied by the need to resolve concentrated urban problems, through maximum utilization of local potentials, has culminated in regarding “ culture” as a new tool for urban regeneration and deal with all dimensions of urban decline. Interventions in declined urban areas in Iran are made with inadequate attention to cultural identity and cultural potentials of these areas and in many cases lead to weakening their identity. The main purpose of this article is to create and introduce an integrated framework for optimized exploitation of cultural potentials of urban areas to deal with all dimensions of urban decline. To achieve this purpose, theoretical framework underlying culture-led urban regeneration approach is considered and after selecting case study by use of “ factor analysis” , significance of relationships between culture and urban regeneration aspects in selected areas is proved using Chi-square test. Then alternative courses of action are generated using “ the analysis of interconnected decision areas” technique. By evaluating the alternatives, one course of action is selected and introduced. The main achievement of this article is to devise and application of a framework to integrate culture into strategic planning of urban regeneration in the case study, with emphasis on interests of local residents and dealing with all dimensions of urban decline. This framework is designed such that makes it possible to create a self-sustaining circle in which regeneration tools and local communities reinforce each other mutually.

Abstract: 

Market entry modes, are one of the strategic decisions that the firms should consider them, either at the corporate or at the business unit levels. One of these entry modes is export. The aim of this study is analyzing and evaluating the relationship between reputation, ethnocentrism, trust and consumer attitude. To achieve this, six hypothesis were adjusted and 400 of Iranian buyers, were selected and investigated, as convenience as the sample size. The results of the study show that the reputation of firms from the country– of-origin helps to create trust in international markets and directly impacts consumer attitude. In addition, the current investigation identified the direct effect of ethnocentrism on trust and attitude. Iranian consumers have positive attitudes towards appliances labeled "Made in Korea". In contrast, they do not have positive attitudes towards appliances labeled "Made in Iran". It is hoped that the outcomes of this study can help the firms and stakeholders in our country Iran, not only to produce the Iranian products in a competitive manner but also to think about international market entry modes, such as export, licensing and etc., in a strategic way

Abstract: 

Not only enhance the attractiveness of e-service quality, and extended free choice, and compare product information display is Safe and secure environment but also enhance customer loyality and customer satisfaction and therefore loyalty is to the company. Today, banks are trying for attract customers and maintain their market share by delivering the innovative services using e-banking. Banks always increase new electronic channels into their current services. Because of the loyal customers is the main factor of organizational success, obtaining Loyalty is the concept that in today's business has been considered by organizations. In this study different parts of customer experience management that include functional, mechanic and humanic Clues are evaluated also its relationship with customer loyalty in e-banking services examined. The result showed there is positive correlation between different parts of CEM and Continuous use in e-banking services. In this study, questionnaires were used for data collection. Respectively, to identify and prioritize determinative factors, correlation analysis and artificial neural networks were used. Results showed that in order of importance, Quality of service, loyalty, trust, satisfaction, customer expectations, attractiveness, competence of staff, ease of use are factors that determine customers’ repeat patronage of e-banking services.

Abstract: 

The performance of a company depends on many factors such as innovation in the enterprise, exist specific interpersonal skills in individuals of the company. These agents communicate with eachother, affect the performance of a company directly or indirectly. Many opinions have been put on entrepreneurial competencies. Entrepreneurial competencies engaging managers in various roles, including roles as of entrepreneurial, managerial and functional. This study deals with investigating the impact of the entrepreneurial competencies on innovation and performance and in terms of type, a descriptive – correlation research and in terms of purpose is an applied research. The Statistical population this research are all manager of knowledge-based firms settle in Shahid Beheshti and Tehran Universities that overall 97 questionnaires were collected and their data were analyzed by SPSS software & PLS software. Investigating results this research shows that entrepreneurial competencies have significant impact on innovation and performance of knowledge-based firms.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research is designing the elevated process model of financial performance on the basis of Just In Time, agile and total quality management. Therefore, to approach this purpose we are investigating the impact of Just In Time on financial performance of the large manufacturing companies of Khuzestan province. This research model included Just In Time production the independent variable and total quality management, operational performance and logistics performance are intermediate variables and financial performance is independent variable which influenced by production and logistics performance. The total population of the study includes the large manufacturing companies of Khuzestan province that according to statistics of the General Directorate of Industries and Mines Khuzestan in 1390, 180 companies have been introduced. The population size is 180, with using the formula 123 companies chose randomly. In this study data collected from financial, operations and production managers. Using a structural equation model to demonstrate the hypotheses. For analyzes the data SPSS software and LISREL was used. The analysis results showed that the just in time production system has the significant positive impact on financial performance and total quality management. But just in time production has no impact on operation performance and this hypothesis rejected. And total quality management has significant positive impact on agile and operation performance. Operation performance has significant positive impact on logistic performance. Logistic performance has significant positive impact on financial performance.

Abstract: 

The main question in the present study is that what is the suitable model for attracting and preserving of strategic Customer in banking system (case study: Ansar Bank)? The present research in base on the result of research is an applied-developmental study and based on the research goals is explaining study, that we collect and analyzed data by survey and correlation method, orderly. The statistical populations are all strategic customers of Ansar Bank in Tehran. According to Krejcie & Morgan’ s table, we selected 335 people as the samples by purposeful sampling method. Also, we interviewed with all managers in Anasr Bank about 76 people. The main tools for data gathering are questionnaires and half-structured interview. The results show that the reliability of the Ansar’ s bank does not have a direct impact on attracting of the strategic customers. But also, Competency of the personnel, marketing relationship, responsible staffs and empathy has direct effect on attracting strategic customers. Also, customizing services, validity, assurance and accessibility to services have reverse effect attracting strategic customers. As well as, the results indicate that the competency of the personnel, marketing relationship, responsible staffs, customizing services, validity, assurance and accessibility to services have indirect effect on preserving strategic customers. By the way, customizing the services has a reverse effect on preserving strategic customers in Ansar Bank.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, the rapid changes with the turbulence and turmoil make up some of the organizational environment and one of the most important tools that will help managers in this environment is strategic management. Therefore, choosing the right strategy and management control systems aligned with the strategy is the problem that most managers are faced with it. The purpose of the present study is to investigatethe Relationship among Business Strategy, Management Control Systems and Performance in Qazvin Industrial Estates. The current study is an applied research carried out in a descriptive-correlation approach. This paper is completed with the cooperation of 190 company managers, Accountants and Strategy experts in Qazvin Industrial Estates that have been accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange, and has more than 20 personnel. To test the hypothesis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling are used. The findings indicate that two business strategies affects management control systems and these systems affect business performance.

Abstract: 

Electronic banking as one of the solutions for E-commerce prosperity has been constantly expanding and providing banking services through the Internet has had an unprecedented leap in recent years. Undoubtedly, to enter global markets, it is vital to have an efficient banking system relying on precision, accuracy, speed and up-to-date technology, which is capable of competing with the world banking systems. Regarding the fact that providing electronic banking services is one of the major necessities in association with the expansion of services and the fact that customer satisfaction is a top priority as well as considering the importance of measuring the services quality, identifying its strengths and weaknesses, it is of high importance to assess the rate of success in satisfying customer demands as well as scrutiny of banks expectations and customer perceptions of banking services. In this regard, this article with the aim of identifying the most important factors affecting the quality of electronic services in Iran's banking industry and studying the researches conducted in this domain and interviews with experts, we made a classification of effective factors on the domain of electronic services quality, which is over 74 factors including trust, privacy protection, content quality, web appearance, suitability of updating services and current information on the website, innovation in provided services, etc. Ultimately, based upon that, a local model for the domestic banks has been presented to assess the quality of electronic services.

Abstract: 

This study explains a model for herding behavior in Tehran Stock Exchange. Also in this study, the impact of returns on herding behavior is examined. Using transactional data herding behavior in Tehran Stock Exchange (in the time periods 480 360 240 120 seconds) was measured and analyzed, and the number and incidence of this behavior routine transactions were identified. In this study, Cipriani & Guarino model was used for offering behavioral patterns based on market microstructure. Considering of informative value of news as a parameter in market microstructure is the advantage of proposed model. Analyzing data showed the evidence of herd behavioral for all trading days and the most moments of trading. Also herd behavior in sale transactions is more than buying shares. The relationship between the behavior and performance of companies based on logistic regression models were analyzed at various time intervals and found that company return is associated herding behavior.

Abstract: 

Human resource Development (HRD) in each organization is the cause of durability and competitive advantages, so the top management of organizations faces two options: changing its own human resource as a resource with value-added capability, or to benefit from outsourcing strategy. Training and development department in National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) is accountable for the development of human capital throughout planning of the staff affairs, job career planning, training & development, and also performance evaluating. Following this issue, the essence of comprehensive and permanent process is needed for evaluating current situation whether from the qualitative level of performance or practice of laws and advised Instructions. Regarding the special and unique conditions of this very important industry, it is emphasized on designing and applying comprehensive system full of control dimensions for comparing present condition with desired one for the human resource development Depts.; which is named auditing human resource development. Therefore, with the use of previous researches and interviews done with the NIOC HRD managers, a model with the contingent dimensions and categories for auditing three subsidiaries (training, evaluating and staff affairs planning) has been designed. The research is based on Mixed Research and at first; with the cumulative content analysis relevant dimensions and categories fitted for Auditing model are explanted. After that, for the purpose of verification of designed model and reviewing general situation, questionnaires among the HRD staff of NIOC were distributed and LISREL software was used for investigation. In conclusion, auditing outcomes were reported to the top managers and some suggestions for resolving problems and weakness points were offered to the related management.

Abstract: 

With the advent of modern society and its increasing scope in global borders and consequently in Iranian society, consumption has attracted the attention of industrial activists as the central focus. In this regard, payment process as the heart of global trade has underlain the development and establishment of numerous technologies and businesses around this concept and caused a lot of efforts to be made for simplifying this process for consumers. After the experience of adopting the technologies associated with electronic payment, Iranian consumers have shown a lot of enthusiasm for the operation of mobile payment technologies. The increasing growth of penetration rate of mobile phones, smart cell phones, and mobile Internet has increased Iranian consumers’ interest in the use of these technologies. Hence, in the present study, using a qualitative approach and tacit knowledge of Iranian experts in mobile payment industry and also reviewing the global status of this industry, entrepreneurial opportunities of these services were identified and then classified in an applied framework for the use of activists in this industry.

Answer With the Pars Khazar is a holding company, in this study population included all the experts, managers, professionals and key personnel in the province of Pars Khazar is that the target population is about 150 people. The variance is due to the absence of Morgan method used To analyze the data, according to the proposed goals or the value based on the data obtained from the questionnaire was found out, Then the resulting information is described in the tables and graphs, descriptive, overall view of how to distribute them created that can assist in the use of various statistical models Research hypothesis test to determine the Spearman correlation test using SPSS for all the assumptions of the screw. The final conclusion of the acceptance or rejection of hypotheses in the last episode of the season is reflected.
