Nowadays, having complete health means a producing life from socially and economically point of view. World health organization defined the health as a physical, psychology and social complete welfare and not being patient or disabled. Attention to social dimension of health made a vast mutation in analyze of societies from health rate. Social dimension of health involves levels of social skills, social function and ability of everybody selfreorganization as a member of society. In order to realization of social health in the society members, it is very important to provide social security as a fundamental need for society. Also social health will result in development of social security in the society because of emphasis on people's attraction in social charts and acceptance of social norms. Possibility of providing aims of community policing is more because of having people with upper social health in reason of easily social participation and increasing social trust.

Security and its sense are usually imagined as a demand and social major desirable and always people were trying to have security and its sense. Theoretical chart of the research is based on sociology and psychology theories that it explains tow social and individual dimension of security sense. Because the role of public media in sense of security is very important so the theories of public media also are used in the article. This study has a survey method and data were collected with questionnaires. Statistical group involved citizens who were older than 18 years old that based on 1385 census it is 5,976,561 persons.

Community policing approach acquires to gain the people's trust with giving high-quality services. So attracting their participating and partnership. The main question of the research is: what are the Aspects and indices of the quality of police services in police stations? Logically and randomly Numbers of police stations have been selected. Sampling size counted 142 persons On the basis of the daily average of referrals to police stations and using the Cochran formulation. 121 completed questionnaires are collected and analyzed according to factors, aspects and indices. So 32 indices decreased in17 indices and 5 dimensions: possibility of trust, responsibility, assuring, sympathy, organizational policy.

Providing social security needs for having desired human resources and the role of women police in this process is very important. This study has survey method. Statistical group are all Tehran women citizens (between 15-36 years old) that randomly 813 persons (from 5 districts of Tehran and 162 persons from every district) were selected and then analyzed. The important findings are: attendance of women police in the society provides psychology and physical security of Tehran women citizens and totally social security because of attendance of women police would satisfy Tehran women citizens from services of women police so police social status is good from citizens' view but attendance of women police don’t provide physical security of Tehran women citizens.

The aim of this research is Study on the effective organizational factors on personnel's productivity in lorestan province. This study has survey method. Statistical group are 320 personnel of lorestan province and for collecting the data were used questionnaire. The important findings are: changes of human resources productivity are due to changes in organizational culture. The maximum rate of effective Coherence in human resources productivity is organizational culture (R=0.92) and minimum Coherence is for Leadership style (R= 0.70) the results show that: organizational factors, organizational culture, personnel education, Worker Participation, personnel selection and Leadership style have direct effect in rate of personnel's productivity in lorestan province. So it is recommended that: the managers observe the importance organizational Productivity factors in the organization policy.

Making different approaches like community policing, problem-oriented and hot spots policing can be declared as positive stages in observing order and more accurate security. While perhaps there isn’t research and proper scientific reasons and objects about the special effect of these approaches in all dimensions of order and security and prevention from crime. But with advent of these approaches made a kind of tention public and organizational about them. So applying they become global as some kind of organization innovation. Perhaps this is because of this belief that approaches and traditional Policing have not got sufficient effect in observing order and security. In another word in crime prevention.(bayley,1994.Gattfredson and Hirschi,1990) but a question comes to mind that without complete study, may all dimensions of approaches and patterns of traditional police in crime and prevention failed And only with applying the new approaches and patterns of policing omit the functions of previous patterns? The purpose of present article is classifying these patterns from two dimensions: focus rate of crime prevention and varieties of performances in crime prevention addition to declaration and explanation of traditional and new policing models and their senses And then whit analyzing the applied research results address to proof of efficiency or inefficiency of these models and their senses in crime prevention and finally it allows the analyzing the efficiency rate of different policing models.

By historical review of background and activities of police in the world, it is clear that formerly police was as a force on the power of sovereignty in order to achieve the political aims. Gradually in developed and then developing countries, the police force changed it's approach to community oriented policing. In the article addition to analyzing theoretical position, ethics and professional behavior and interaction of police with people, It was addressed to the features of police behaviors in the United States and British. Other than ethics obligations, some factors are analyzable: first: compilation ethics regulations. Second: attention to protection of available ethics in police. Third: attention to cultural, social, political, economic context in the police and finally fourth: attention to educating police ethics for protection, development and police professional behavior and good interactions with various strata of the society at the end executive, research and educational prepositions have been presented.

Retirement propounds everybody's last stage of occupation life. This stage of life is usually along with some kind of poor economic and social status. Because of it's structural correlation with old age period. In many cases I.R.I police personnel by retiring or just approaching to it, they will become upset. Because of multi- dimensions and their job structural relationship with social power that they had in relation with their rank and occupation so this will affect all positive features of retirement period. The current article is comparative of research results that researcher has done with quality manner for his thesis in one of funds of I.R.I police organization and after 7 years, the results have been recycled in 1381.
