Abstract

Retirement propounds everybody's last stage of occupation life. This stage of life is usually along with some kind of poor economic and social status. Because of it's structural correlation with old age period. In many cases I.R.I POLICE personnel by retiring or just approaching to it, they will become upset. Because of multi- dimensions and their job structural relationship with social power that they had in relation with their rank and occupation so this will affect all positive features of RETIREMENT period. The current article is comparative of research results that researcher has done with quality manner for his thesis in one of funds of I.R.I POLICE organization and after 7 years, the results have been recycled in 1381.
