Prior to script ion invention the humane expressed hearts and minds by figurines made of either mud or stones and etc. The scattered settled tribes of the Iranian plateau on B.C millennium were not always pure faithful imitators of the nature, but they often tended to expose their fancy and memory contents via either stone sculpture or artistic pottery by using ax head or fingers based on their wishes, rites or beliefs manifestation. The animal figurines were possibly considered as either vow, made to God or a sacred person or shrine, or as offerings. The female figurines were probably symbolized the birth and creation (Mother Goddess) and represented the rituals aspects. The psychological analysis of the mentioned art works could reveal that the artist that made such an artwork not due to the pure art but also to express an idea. The earliest man-made works of art were mostly the female human being figurines. The feminine was so mysterious for the ancient people and this could be seen in the created figurines. From the archaeological and the anthropology perspectives the woman represented the myth symbol considering the archaeological ancient world weltanschauung. The Lady Goddess was the primal archetype of woman characteristics. The Goddess was not only the mother figure of the humane being but the mother of the all creatures. The animals sculptured in any figurine represented such a matter.

The purpose of the current study was to predict marital satisfaction by the relational beliefs and marital intimacy among the normal and divorce women in Mashhad.125 women who were divorced and 125 women, whose aims were to continue marriage, were participated in the research as sample group (totally 250 women). All the subjects were asked to fill out the Relationship Belief Inventory (RBI) and Marital Intimacy Questionnaire. Discriminant analysis and descriptive statistics methods were used for analyzing data. Results, confirmed the hypotheses suggesting that marital satisfaction was predictable by the relationship beliefs and marital intimacy variables in both normal and divorce women.

The current research was done with the goal of recognizing the barriers which impede women not to reach senior and middle managerial positions in NISOC. The research was an applied one in goal and a survey research in nature. The statistical population of the research included the official staff with B.A degree and above. 141 individuals were selected through stratified random sampling, using the sample’s volume formulas. Data collection instrument was the researcher initiated questionnaire, which was validated through face and content validity by the experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated via Cronbach's alpha. The collected data were tested and analyzed through applying factor analysis. The result of research showed that social, cultural, organizational, domestic and individual barriers effect on women not to promote toward senior and middle managerial positions in NISOC.

One of the universal and spiritual roles of women was the effective presence in Divine prophets. In which they played a significant valued roles in the development and promotion of monotheism and Divine religions. Not only they had role in upbringing and material protection of these Messengers but by cleanliness and purity they provided appropriate background for appearance of these Divine blessing. Her holiness Eve, mother, sister of His Holiness Moses (peace be upon him), Assiyeh, the Faroh's wife, mother of Her Holiness Saint Mary, mother of His Holiness yahya to Her Holiness Khadijeh and Her Holiness Zahra (peace be upon her) were examples of these landmark women in Divine Religions.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between innovative organizational climates, job engagement and organizational citizenship behavior in women employees in Ahwaz city. The sample of the research included 159 subjects who were selected randomly via simple sampling procedure based on Morgan table. For the measurement of the variable, Cigel and Kaumer's Innovative Organizational Climate Questionnaire, Selando and Schoufeli's Job Engagement Questionnaire and Lee and Allen's Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire were used. The research was correlation study, and the data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multi-variables regression. The results at the p£0.0001 level showed that there were a significant relationship between innovative organizational climate and job engagement with organizational citizenship behavior. The regression analysis results also indicated that innovative organizational climate and job engagement were more proper predictive variables in concern with organizational citizenship behavior.

The aim of authors was to explain various aspects of this subject in flied of versified and prose literal works of the mentioned poet via descriptive- analytical approach.According to the results of this research, Azizi's view toward woman was completely influenced by Islamic beliefs and instructions, Shiite culture and revolutionary values and in other hand, it included educational aspect, that is he attempted to conform social view toward woman and woman's view toward herself with Quran trainings, Imamate's family (peace be upon him) tradition through recreating the woman's visage and value in Islam worldview and anthropology and Shiite school, in art interesting aspect and poetical images and allusions. For achieving such an aim, he had used two educational instruments of modeling and creating contrast.

This study aimed to examine motivational factors of gaining managerial position in female staff in physical education general departments of western region in Iran. The methodology was descriptive and the statistical population included female staff in provinces of Kurdistan, Ilam, Kermanshah and Hamedan physical education general departments. There were 65 female staffs. The sample was equivalent to the population due to restriction of population number. The research data collecting questionnaires consisted of two sections. The first section was Personal Characteristics Questionnaire, and the second were Management Motivation Questionnaire, Organizational Climate Questionnaire, Hofsted Organizational Culture Questionnaire, and Organizational Structure Questionnaire. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was significant p£0.001. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including KS, Kendall and Pearson's correlation was used. Results showed that, there were no significant relation between personal factors with management motivation in female staff in physical education general departments of western region, and there were also significant relation between organizational structure and organizational climate with management motivation. The findings also indicated that there was no significant relation between organizational cultures with management motivation in the female staff.

The implications of women presence on Islamic Gnosticism history on Islamic Era four early centuries could be observed in religious records and documents regularly and in scattered in historical and theosophical texts. The current research introduced pious women from Basra in the first two Islamic centuries and their knowledge which was specialized on Koran and Hadith; a record of the words and deeds of the Islam Prophet. In third and fourth centuries, one can find out that the sole reason for Khorasanian wise women presence was without any doubt the strongly structure of Neishabour in social, political and scientific circumstances. The majority of these women regarded asceticism as basis of belief and did believe that they would find their calm in worship when they purify their soul through asceticism. Shaavaneh, Rabeeh, Fateme Neishaboori, and Aesheh could be regarded the most important mystic women of the mentioned time. Khorasan became Iranian mystic's home development in the period in which Rabee initiated mystics and Khorasanian women interested in this field more than all the Neishaboorian women.
