Abstract: 

Trust is the most important factor in making social order and capital. The present study was carried out to investigate the rate of social trust and factors affecting it among the people in Rasht. This research implemented theories of Luhman, Ingelhurt, Putnam and Sztompka that studied and analyzed the concept of trust and also the theory of Giddens as theoretical models and frames. The study type was quantitative and qualitative and the data were collected by means of questionnaire. In this survey study, a sample of 220 citizens of Rasht (15 years old and over) were interviewed. The unit of analysis was family and the level of observation was the person (Rasht citizen). The findings showed an index of %17.7 for low social trust, %59.5 for moderate social trust and %22.7 for high social trust. There was a significant relationship between independent variables (altruism, social alienation, security feeling, suitable space of general morals, social correlation and satisfaction) and dependent variable (social trust). Only the correlation of variables social acceptability and economical- socially status with social trust was negative. The rest of variables had positive correlation with dependent variables.

Abstract: 

This study sought to examine possible problems with English syllabus for high schools based on Weinstein and Fantine’s Model from Karaj English teachers’ view and is, accordingly, a qualitative research. To collect data, structured interview was used. The population included all male and female teachers of Karaj city. The sample group members were 25 teachers based on theoretical saturation. Findings, based on data analysis were the following: English textbooks being old, unsuitability of content, lack of concentration on the four language skills, English teachers not being experienced and also their lack of command on modern and effective teaching methods, grammar-based content, text-based environment, students’ lack of motivation and interest in learning English, and material preparation based on grammatical translation instead of conversation and dialogues.

Abstract: 

This research aimed to study the role of information and communication technology in the human resource management in educational organizations using descriptive method focusing on survey method. The statistical population included all heads of educational and cultural centers of Samaa from all over the country comprised of 120 individuals. A researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was studied by 20 experts was used to collect data. Besides, its stability was computed by Chronbach’s Alpha to be 0.82. In data analysis, one-variable T-test was applied in order to study the role of information and communication technology in the human resources management in educational organizations. The obtained results showed the impact of information and communication technology on human resource management in educational organizations. It also affected dimensions and components such as recruitment and employment, education and learning, motivation and maintaining human resources in educational organizations.

Abstract: 

The present was carried out to study the relationship among Emotional regulation, Attachment Styles and Marital Satisfaction in Tehran Secondary teachers. It was correlation research based on data gathering and applied research based on objective. Participants in this research were all secondary school teachers from all of Tehran education sectors with gender segregation.140 teachers (N=140) were randomly selected from a larger community (14 secondary schools from 5 education sectors); and the sample for the current study was multi clusters sampling method. The instruments were Simpson’s (1999) 3 dimensions attachment styles scale, Groutze and Rumer’s (1992) emotional regulation scale and Enricht’s (1989) marital satisfaction scale. The gathered data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficients and multivariable regression tests. The results indicated that there was significant relationship among 3 variables (Emotional regulation, Attachment styles and marital satisfaction). There were negative significant (a=0.05) relationships between attachment styles, poor emotional regulation, and Marital satisfaction. Also it was demonstrated that there were positive significant (a=0.05) relationship between secure attachment style and marital satisfaction and inversely there was negative significant (a=0.05) relationship between insecure attachment style and marital satisfaction in both of the two groups. Based on the research outputs, it can be said that secure attachment style and emotional regulation skills could make and develop marital satisfaction relation in teachers.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research was the comparison between the styles of perceived parenting and attachment in the children of the aged living in the nursing home and those that live with family in Tehran. It relied upon a descriptive methodology, using a casual-comparative as its instrument. The statistical population consisted of children of the aged living in the nursing house and those that lived with family in Tehran in 2013; the sample consisted of 94 children of the aged living with their families, and 60 children of the aged living in nursing house selected based on the multistage sampling method, and answered two questionnaires of perceived parenting styles and adults attachment. For the data analysis, statistical procedures including the chi-square and T-Hotling were used. The Findings showed that there was significant relationship between authoritarian and neglectful perceived parenting styles with the aged presence in the family. In addition, the results showed that there was great relationship between the authoritarian and neglectful (null) perceived parenting styles for children of the aged living in nursing house. Also, children of the aged living in the nursing house were subject to insecure ambivalent attachment style and secure attachment style compared to the children of the aged living with family.

Abstract: 

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the comparative perspective of Jalal ad-din Mohammad Balkhi and Martin Heidegger. The study was comparative and the necessary information and data were gathered through the use of libraries and archives. The present survey was done in order to derive training –mystic view of Rumi (as a representative of the Islamic tradition and a prominent Sufi of the twentieth century) and training-philosophical view of Heidegger (as one of the leading figures of school of human reality and a renowned German scholar of twentieth century). First, a review of the training viewpoints of two scientists was presented. Then, the themes expressed in the training opinions of Rumi and Heidegger- similarities and differences- terms like education and training, human, language, thought, life and poem were explained and the conclusion was made. Results indicated that educational principles were permanent and its branches changed with time, and Rumi's mystical knowledge and ontology and its recognition by Heidegger and consequently education presented uniform principles in their works. Considering this issue and related to the purpose of the study, further research is suggested to provide a comparative account of the principles, goals, and training methods of Rumi and Heidegger.

Abstract: 

The present study investigated the relationship between cultural intelligence and humor styles in students of Khorasan Science and Research (Nishabur) branch. The research method used in this study was a correlation study and the population included all students in academic counseling, clinical psychology, general psychology and educational management (555 patients) from whom a sample of 255 patients (according to Morgan, 143 females and 89 males) were randomly selected. For data collection, research, cultural intelligence questionnaire (AbdullahZadeh, 1389), and questionnaires of humor styles (Biniyaz, 1387) were used. Based on statistical indicators, such as One-way analysis of variance and and Pearson correlation coefficient, the data were analyzed with the SPSS software. The findings showed that there was a significant relationship between the components of cultural intelligence and those elements of humor.
