The present study was performed to identify and prioritization barriers foreign investment. To achieve the above objectives, two main question and subsidiaryquestions are written twenty-three. The research method was descriptive and statistical research of all managers and experts make up the Organization for Investment, Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran. Using sample determine the 60 people from Cochran is relationships to simple random sampling were selected. To collect the necessary data from the researcher made questionnaire is used. Questionnaire for formal validity and correlation and reliability using Cronbach alpha coefficient and breakdown factors have been calculated barriers foreign investment. T-test been used for analysis the data. The results of studies shows economic factors, support, the structural, and legal and regulatory barriers foreign investment in Iran are considered.

The purpose of this study was to determin the level of influential factors on the accountability system of Islamic Azad University and to design the conceptual model to improve and develop the accountability systemusing a descriptive method. For this purpose,first the accountability level of Islamic Azad University was evaluated based on some factors and then based on them,some approaches were developed and designed to improve the accountability system in terms of some factors and idices. The main method of this study is correlational one.However, the researcher has used other research methods such as investigating theoretical studies, douuments, interviewing. The validity of the identified factors was performed by the researcher made questionnaire the population of the study includes all mangers of different parts hthe directors, deans and vice chancellorsof colleges, assistants and university deans of all branches of Islamic Azad University of 13 and 8and 2 areas which was performed by cluter sampling and random and based on Morgan table 384 people were selected. Validity of research instruments were confirmed by experts and scholars in this field and for reliability Cronbakh alpha was used which for each of the questionnaire was in a suitable level(0.80). the data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS.

Recognition of intellectual capital and the ways can be increased by the organizational learning capability and knowledge creation among employees is a crucial lever for maintaining and supporting organizations position and also, however, there is no accurate assessment of intellectual capital. Therefore, the present study is sought to examine the impact of intellectual capital on organizational learning capability and knowledge. The Statistical Society of The research is consisted All employees of the Khuzestan water and power organization. 320 employees have been chosen via applying Morgan table and Simple random sampling method. The present method is based on the practical aim and in terms of how to collect data is in the type of research is descriptive and in terms of relationships between research variables is in type of causal research and obviously is based on structural equation model. Questionnaire to measure the research variables and methods of statistical analysis using software SPSS.18 and LISREL.8 / 5 is used. The results of questionnaire analysis showed The impact of intellectual capital and its dimension (human capital, structural capital and relational capital) on the organizational learning capability and knowledge creation is positive and significan, also organizational learning capability has positive and meaningful effect on knowledge creation.

It is strongly believed that there is a direct relationship between men's efficiency and the realization of their potentialities and practicalities. The present study aimed at investigating the correlation between employee's job and major and their efficiency in Oil Company in the southern regions of Ahvaz. The present research descriptive and correlative one whose goal is applicable to business purposes. The research data were collected through questionaire, approved by experts. The correlation coefficient was determined. Alpha Koronbach was used to specify the research constancy. The obtained indices were over %7 for all parts of questionnaire. The tests conducted to the subjects through spss software were independent T-test, and variance analysis. 236 employees out of 1007 were randomly chosen based on Morgan table. Statistical findings of the present research show that there is a positive and significant correlation between the subject's efficiency and their job and course of study. In addition, the findings reveal that there is no significant relationship between subjects' efficiency and their level of education, job background, marital status and so on.

With the rise of the ‘innovative era’, knowledge has become the most valuable economic resource. Only knowledge provides the opportunity to improve the wealth of nations, the growth of organizations and the value of individuals. In 21st century knowledge and intangible assets (Intellectual capital) are known as most important competitive advantage of organizations, therefore this issue has created a new research and study area. Previous studies demonstrate that intellectual capital is positively and significantly associated with organizational performance. Because of the importance of this issue, in this research relationship between elements of intellectual capital (i.e. human capital, structural capital and relational capital) and its impact on organizational performance in National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) has been investigated. To achieve this purpose, a questionnaire consisting of 67 items was designed for the elements of intellectual capital. Model development and hypothesis testing was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS) on a sample of 142 respondents from NIGC and affiliated companies. The analysis of data based on structural equation modeling revealed that there were relatively strong correlations among the elements of intellectual capital. Also structural capital is positively associated with organizational performance, but the relational capital has no impact on the organizational performance of NIGC.

This study attempts to give important evidence about, the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and students satisfaction in Islamic Azad University in District 13, with the aim of students satisfaction Promotion, according to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in 2013 to present. To this end, 380 employees and 380 managers of employment and employment of students studying in Islamic Azad University, Region 13 cluster sampling method were selected as samples. A questionnaire was used to collect primary data. The results of the study showed that all of the indicators of organizational citizenship and significantly correlated with student satisfaction. All research hypotheses were confirmed. The results and statistical analysis revealed that the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and student satisfaction has a direct and significant.

This research aims to study the intra- organizational management method of projects and administrative bureaucracy) and extera- organizational (allocation of credit and geographical factors) obstructions existing in the implementation of civil projects Justice administration of Tehran. This research also aims to recognize the weaknesses and strengths of the factors related to the implementation of civil projects if the Justice administration and provides Proposal for the elimination of such weaknesses and enhancement of strengths, to facilitate the supervision of the implementation of civil projects in the Justice administration of Tehran based on geographical factors for the purpose of financial planning and execution of civil projects. The ultimate objective of this research is to improve the execution of civil projects throughout the provinces og Iran. The research, which is of survey type, is carried out using descriptive method. For the collection of data required for this research, a questionnaire, whose validity has been confirmed By the opinion of experts, has been used. The reliability of the questionnaire has also been confirmed by the coefficient of Cronbach's alpha that is equal to 0.80 in This research. The statistical population of this research consists of all experts working at the financial and administrative department of the Justice administration of Tehran. A simple random Sampling method has been.The Results of the research showed that the project management, administrative bureaucracy and current allocation of credit prevent the appropriate execution of civil projects in the Justice administration of Tehran. And geographical factors as an obstruction to the implementation the Justice administration of Tehran no confirmed.
