Abstract: 

Introduction and purpose of the Research: The purpose of this research is to determine the role and family role of the students of Tehran Science and Research Branch in producing their cultural capital from the incarnated dimension. The purpose of this research is to apply the purpose of the research. The data collection method is descriptive-survey method. To collect information about the library-field method, a questionnaire was used. Methods: According to the purpose and subject of research of the statistical society, this research includes all students of Azad University of Science and Research Branch of Tehran. Due to lack of access to the community, 3, 80 people were selected by Cochran method to determine the sample size and the questionnaire was distributed randomly among them. The content validity method was used to determine the validity of the questionnaires. Also, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaires, and the coefficients indicated that the information gathering tool had a high reliability. Findings: Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. In descriptive statistics, the research variables such as mean, standard deviation and variance and demographic variables such as gender, age, educational status, marital status, field of study paid. Inferential statistics were used to verify the validity of the questionnaire and to validate the research hypothesis, structural equation modeling (SEM) modeling using SmartPLS 3 software was used. Conclusions: Finally, all the research hypotheses were confirmed, also data extraction tables of data analysis tables were deduced that the research variables in the statistical society were positive and high. The results showed that students' skill training had the least impact and familiarity with laws had the most impact on inclusive cultural capital.

Abstract: 

Introduction and purpose of the Research: The purpose of this research was to study relationship between cultural intelligence and human resource productivity in Kashan Saipa Company. Research type was descriptive correlative. The statistical population consisted of 2700 managers and staffs in the Kashan Saipa Company that by Cocran Formula from the 2700, 172 were chosen by using stratified randomized sampling were chosen. Methods: The information gathering tools at were cultural intelligence questionnaire with 20 items and productivity questionnaire with 20 items on base 5 likert scale. Questionnaires validity confirmed by content and construction validity. Through Cronbach alpha coefficient, reliability coefficients were obtained equal to 0. 83 for cultural intelligence and 0. 88 for productivity. Data analyses were used in levels descriptive statistics (frequency, average, percent, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (correlation, t-test & regresion) through SPSS software. Findings: Finding showed mean of cultural intelligence and productivity components are bigger than average and there are positive and significant relationship between all of components cultural intelligence and productivity components. Conclusions: Since cultural intelligence is capable of adapting to new cultural contexts and settings, it seems that those who are considered to be intellectually culturally more productive.

Abstract: 

Introduction and purpose of the Research: The main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of cultural capital on the urban participation of citizens. Statistical society include all citizens of 18 and above the city where that is in the summer of 1394 in this city resident have. The volume of examples 640 people. Methods: This study sampling, multi-stage cluster is commensurate with the size. The research method in this study, is fuzzy. The findings show that average cultural capital and participation of respondents, respectively, 7. 12 and 2. 78 of 10. Findings: The test findings stepwise multivariate linear regression showed that objectified cultural capital (-0. 239) and embodied cultural capital (-0. 108) respectively, the highest and lowest impact on the dependent variable (Urban participation) have. Conclusions: Should be noted that the three variables entered into the regression equation (cultural capital embodied, the cultural capital objectified, institutionalized cultural capital), there is no variable out of the equation.

Abstract: 

Introduction and purpose of the Research: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between work-family conflict and value system of employees of Islamic Azad University, Shahrekord Branch. Methods: The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data, a descriptive correlational type. The statistical population of this study was all employees and managers of Shahrekord's Islamic Azad University, 300 people. Using Cochran's sampling formula, 168 individuals were selected through simple random sampling method. The instrument of the questionnaire was the standard questionnaire of the Carlson Work-Family Conflict (2002) and Schwartz Value System Standard Questionnaire (1992). Validity of questionnaires was based on content validity using expert opinion, formal validity based on the viewpoint of a number of statistical society and construct validity by factor analysis method. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed and Cronbach's alpha were used. The values of the standardized the Carlson Work-Family Conflict (2002) 0. 862 and Schwartz Value System Standard Questionnaire (1992) 0. 787 and the analysis of the data was done at two descriptive levels and inferential statistics including Pearson correlation coefficient and regression with moderating effect. Findings: The findings of the research showed that there is a meaningful negative relationship between work-family conflict with the value system (p <0. 05). Conclusions: The results also showed that there is a significant negative relationship between time-based conflict, pressure-based conflict and behavior-based conflict with value system components (p <0. 05) as well as regression results showed that work-family conflict can predict the value system of employees.

Abstract: 

Introduction and purpose of the Research: In the present era, due to the social, cultural and economic upheavals, the presence of women in various fields of society has increased. Since the socialization of women and the consequent consequences of it are inevitable, the Islamic State has a very important task to prepare for the proper conditions for the presence of women in society. This essay examines the responsibilities of the Islamic State in the management and planning of the field of education in order to foster the appropriate conditions for women's participation in society. Methods: This paper is descriptive-analytic and based on sources, texts and previous researches and expert opinions. The theoretical basis of this research is mainly based on the works of Professor Morteza Motahhari. Findings: The main tasks of the government in policy planning, planning and management of educational affairs, in order to improve the socialization process of women, are: developing a family education system, teaching life and home skills, teaching parenting skills and coaching, teaching science (general and specialized) Family-based skills upgrading, social and occupational developmental skills, career planning training courses, self-employment skills training courses, skills development in homework and entrepreneurship training courses. Conclusions: The Islamic State has a duty to properly and accurately implement the above-mentioned plans and take appropriate and urgent measures, because the lack of proper functioning of them involves abnormalities and disadvantages that challenge the personality and personality of the woman, family and community excellence. Abstract: 

Introduction and purpose of the Research: The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between cultural intelligence and organizational conflicts Health Network workers Dareh city. Methods: The study was a descriptive-correlational survey was carried out in a way. To collect the data in Research a questionnaire on their attitudes towards development Ank and Bourdieu Doubrin was used. The study sample consisted of all Staffs in Health Network of Valiasser Dareh city in 2016 based on statistics obtained to the number of 350 people. 184 samples were selected based on Morgan table. In order to analyze the data in the description of mean, frequency tables, graphs and inferential test, Spearman correlation and regression were used. Findings: The results showed a correlation between cultural intelligence development with organizational conflicts-0. 772 at α = 0. 01, the cultural intelligence (metacognitive) with an organizational conflicts-0. 729 development, the cultural intelligence (congnitive) with an organizational conflicts-0. 712 development, intelligence (motivational) with an organizational conflicts-0. 717 development, intelligence (conduct) with an organizational conflicts-0. 744 development. Conclusions: According to the results, Due to significant negative relationship between cultural intelligence and its dimensions with organizational conflicts.

Abstract: 

مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: هدف از پژوهش حاضر جایگاه و نقش خانواده ی دانشجویان واحد علوم و تحقیقات تهران در تولید سرمایه ی فرهنگی ایشان از بُعد تجسّد یافته می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف کاربردی می باشد و از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع توصیفی – پیمایشی است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات مربوط از روش کتابخانه ای-میدانی و به صورت پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. روش پژوهش: با توجه به هدف و موضوع پژوهش جامعه ی آماری، این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد واحد علوم و تحقیقات تهران می باشد. در این پژوهش به دلیل عدم دسترسی به جامعه مورد مطالعه برای تعیین حجم نمونه از روش کوکران استفاده و 380 نفر انتخاب و پرسشنامه به صورت تصادفی ساده بین آنها توزیع گردید. برای تعیین روایی پرسشنامه ها از روش روایی محتوایی استفاده گردیده و هم چنین برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه ها از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد و ضرایب نشان داد که ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات از پایایی بالایی لازم برخوردار می باشد. یافته ها: برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی استفاده شد، در آمار توصیفی پژوهش به بررسی متغیرهای پژوهش از قبیل میانگین، انحراف معیار و واریانس و متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی از قبیل جنسیت، سن، وضعیت تحصیلات، وضعیت تاهل، رشته تحصیلی پرداخته شد. پس از آن در آمار استنباطی، به منظور بررسی روایی پرسشنامه از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و به منظور بررسی فرضیات پژوهش از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری روش الگویابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) با کمک نرم افزار SmartPLS 3 استفاده گردید. نتیجه گیری: در نهایت تمامی فرضیه های پژوهش تأیید شد، هم چنین از برآیندهای اطلاعات جداول تحلیل داده ها استنباط شد که متغیرهای پژوهش در جامعة آماری مورد مطالعه مثبت و زیاد است. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارت دانشجویان کمترین تأثیر و متغیر آشنایی با قوانین بیشترین تأثیر را بر سرمایه فرهنگی تجسد یافته داشته است.

Abstract: 

Introduction and purpose of the Research: The present research was conducted with the aim of relationship between organizational intelligence and information and communication technology with the effectiveness of primary school principals in Amol city. Methods: The research method was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population included: primary school administrators in Amol city, the number was 227 in 1396. The sample size was determined using Morgan table of 140 people. The cluster sampling was done. Data were collected using organizational intelligence questionnaire (Alberhet) with Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0/740), information and communication technology (Mahmoodi) (0/718), effectiveness (Hasanzadeh) 0/756, validity and reliability of which was confirmed. Data analysis was performed with spps18 software. Findings: The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational intelligence and the effectiveness of managers. Also, the relationship between information and communication technology with the effectiveness of managers, the relationship between information technology and communication with organizational intelligence has been confirmed. Analysis also showed a positive and significant relationship between organizational intelligence and information technology with the effectiveness of managers. Conclusions: Finally, given the three assumptions of research and the fact that life in the current world requires education based on knowledge, research and innovation, the use of new communication technologies helps us in this and improves the quality of our learning to complete ourselves and The environment is around. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational intelligence and information and communication technology with the effectiveness of primary school principals in Amol city. Results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational intelligence and information and communication technology with the effectiveness of managers.
